Had a good take-out experience. Read the reviews before going and decided not to eat there and get our food to go instead. We ordered while shopping and went to pick up our food. Lunch hour on a Sunday seemed busy for them but not many servers around. Infact, we didn't see one for the 10 minutes we were there. We got zero acknowledgment from the lady behind the take out register but the guy putting the orders together was very friendly and went above and beyond. I have come here a few times to get the same lunch combo that I enjoy: Chicken pesto panini & Lentil soup (with the paninis, you have the choice between different salad and soup options but the lentil has been my favorite). The soup is made of organic lentils, tomatoes, garlic, carrots, onion, fresh parsley and mint in a vegetable broth (Vegan). Tasty and perfect for the season! Almost didn't check in for this spot but I'm so disappointed in the service and food. I got here at 650pm. This restaurant was not full. I placed an order to go. I went to the pick up area and spoke with a male Hispanic. I informed him that I wanted beef kabob. Which he repeated and asked how many. Only 1. Paid $20+ including tip. He was very snide and hurried. I printed my receipt then went to the restroom. A women in front of me began making a fuss bc she ordered a Cesar salad and had been waiting longer than expected. They finished her order in a couple minutes. After her they asked for my receipt. I waited until 730. Then my name was called and I grabbed my bag bc I was late for my movie. I've had many lunches catered by my work from Panini Kabob grill and it always hits the spot. I've also gone in person and it's a very pleasant dining experience as well. Their chicken kabob is super juicy and flavorful. I like that you get to choose either basmati rice, bulgar wheat, or brown rice with your kabob. I've also tried the salmon kabob which comes with a nice herby seasoning. I usually get the kabob with Greek salad but you could also do Caesar or romaine avocado. Their food is very consistently good and comes out pretty quick. The restaurant is also dog friendly. Wait staff are very nice and attentive and made sure we were enjoying our food. We were out in Burbank running errands and wanted to get something to eat. Wanted to try something different but also something not as greasy which we would like to think we made the right decision. It was very slow when we got there, and wanted to sit outside. There was more seating outside at the moment. But later when we left the inside was getting filled up. We didn't order any appetizers so we were outside and it was quiet and nice. Took a while to order just our drinks, which didn't make any sense because there hardly was anyone. Either way we just got drinks then both ordered paninis. Took a while but was worth the wait. We actually shared the salmon panini and took my chicken panini home, which I later ate that night which was still great. The prices can rack up depending on what you get but our plates were average price and worth it. Both type of paninis were great. The salads , which were the sides we decided on. We're salads of course. Simply put the food and atmosphere was nice. I mean not much to look at outside but it was peaceful. Like I said when we left, the inside was getting packed so I'm sure this place gets pretty popular. Food was great only deductions would be the service. Our waitress was meh. My son had the chicken kabob plate and his grilled vegetables were warm? Why I was served cold vegetables is the million dollar. Our bread basket was mixed with artisan bread and pita bread. The pita bread was toasted so hard I thought I was eating crackers. I told the waitress so now I have to hear her tell her coworkers in Spanish. This place makes such great Mediterranean dishes! It's probably my favorite in town. The food is always fresh and the kabobs are always hot. There is also plenty of parking in the mall lot next door. They are located on the top floor in front of the mall. They have two entrances, one from outside the mall and one from inside. They have a large covered outdoor seating area with about 20 or so tables. They also have a very cute interior with lots of framed photos decorating the walls. Both the inside and outside are always very clean and well-kept. The service is always great and they always get our order right. I have only ever gotten the chicken shish kabob plate with the avocado romaine salad and basmati rice. The vegetables and chicken are amazing. I especially like the onions they use. I gave them a 4 star rating on here because the two times I have used their restroom have been disappointing. I went in this evening and one stall was out of TP and barely had toilet seat covers. There was also trash on the floor both times I was there and no paper towels both times either. At least there was soap. I used a toilet seat cover to dry my hands today, which did not work so well lol. I will try to remember to avoid their restroom the next time I am there. I will definitely be back again, though, since the food and service are always top notch! read more

Which now that I look online it was missing the yellow rice that goes with the white rice. All of the other Panini Kabob Grills I have visited seemed to have problems with the staff. Of course, Covid was to blame for part of this, but Burbank seems to have solved the issue. If you're looking for a healthy option, definitely check out this place. Everytime I visit, the food has been pretty quick and the place is empty. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is on the edge of the mall. So you can enter either through the mall or from the outside. I tried both the chicken kabob and salmon. Both are well seasoned and consistent in flavor. I love that you get the choice of 3-4 types of salad, as well as, a side of grilled vegetables and rice. The servers both times were attentive and good at answering my many questions. This specific pick up, we were in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Very efficient. Our typical order for a party of 7-8 includes: (1) Family Kabob Combo ($59.99) - comes with 4 chicken skewers, grilled onions & tomatoes, a salad (Mediterranean Greek is our fave), & choice of basmati rice or bulgur wheat pilaf (basmati for us). We usually sub 2 skewers with (4) koobidehs (extra charge). Gives us a total of 6 - 2 chicken & 4 koobideh skewers. (1) Falafel platter (1) Tofu Ka-box for the vegetarians (1) Hummus Trio This is plenty to share with some left overs. Generous portions of rice & salad, the kabobs are long... so we usually cut them in 3 for variety. The falafels are delish. We saw this place at the Burbank mall and decided to try it since it has gluten free items. We were pleasantly surprised. Looking at it from the door of the mall, we weren't expecting it to be as good as it was. The plates were around $20 each. There were 4 of us, but they had a family platter (for 4) for $54 which was perfect. We even had food left over when we were done. The food tasted fresh. The menu said the chicken was "a must" but I was skeptical. It turned out to be tasty and it wasn't dry. It comes with 2 salads. We had the Mediterranean salad and the strawberry salad.
