Probably out of the many pad Thais I've tried in Seattle this is probably my favorite. It's perfectly season without being overly salty or too sweet and they do the spice level perfectly. Level 3 is the way too go. Enough spice to get that heat without it burning your stomach. I used to get 4 or 5 but had to tone it down for my health. Go higher if you can handle it! Yellow curry is my absolute favorite. I try it at every new Thai restaurant that I experience. Panwa is definitely in my top two all time favorites. I just discovered this restaurant last month via Uber eats and I can't stop ordering from them! I always order the following: Pad see ew, Garlic lover with pork, crab rangoon, and Thai iced tea. Everything is so delicious. I like spicy food but level 4 spice was so spicy I could not enjoy the food. Level 3 seems to be the best level for me. Their crab rangoon is unlike any other I've tried. The wonton wrapper is so delicate and perfectly fried. I would recommend trying it even though it's not the typical thing to order. I also want to note that their packaging is great. I've only ordered here from Uber eats and they put your Thai iced tea in a takeout container so it's all in the bag along with the food so you don't need to do a handoff with the delivery driver. read more

Ordered prawn padthai and prawns were missing from this liquidy gooey messey noodles jambalaya with Tamarind sauce pool. Went to toilet and saw boxes of canned products next door(open). Basically Toilette door, storage and kitchen are right next to each other. Asked the waitress to fix the food - flat out refused. It's alright. The pad Thai and pad see ew lacked flavor. Pad Thai came out first and I thought it was the dipping sauce for the egg roll that smelt fishy but it was the dish (I got chicken). The dipping sauce was very sweet which wasn't appetizing for me. I recommend getting the Panang curry and coming during lunch. Each entree during lunch comes with rice and an egg roll. read more

Awesome place to get quick and inexpensive Phad Thai. The environment is bright, warm, and inviting. It's a small hole-in-the-wall kind of place but full of personality. There's only enough seating dine-in for maybe 10 tables, but a lot of people seem to get takeout, which is just as great! The portion sizes are pretty big - I usually get two good-sized meals out of an order of Phad Thai! And the leftovers are such a happy surprise the next day. The food tastes great, and it is ready for you quick. They do a good job with their spice ratings - 3 stars is usually a really nice medium spice for me. The staff are always really friendly, cheerfully welcoming you through the door. They offer me water while I wait for my takeout every time. I'm here with my family and we're a party of five. I have never seen this lady before, so I'm guessing she's a new hire. She had a French braid in her hair. She just pulled up another chair to a table of four to accommodate the five of us, which was fine with all of us. Then she told us to move the table that was next to us so that we could have more room, which was fine, but she rudely us to move the table and rudely told me to take the extra chair away. The staff were courteous, checking in on me mid meal and thanking me at the end, even though they were slammed with lunch orders (they do app deliveries too). Ordered via Amazon Prime and was super happy with the food. I'm a Thai food lover and this was one of the better meals I've had recently. The fresh rolls were just that ... fresh. There was a nice mix of fresh, crunchy vegetables and the wrap was moist. The peanut sauce is the best I've ever had. Pea-nutty but not overly so with a great spice to it. Great consistency as well. Not to thick and "gloppy". The yellow curry was also extremely well done with enough heat and spice. I would say my only wish for improvement was the pork in the eggplant dish. The eggplant was amazing as was the rest of the meal, but the pork was very dry and did not add to the dish. Had there been a little fat on the pork cut, it would have been out of this world. Next time I will order the eggplant alone. I honestly am not sure I would have ever tried this restaurant without the Amazon delivery.
