My pizza was ready very quickly and tasted great. It also seemed very clean in the restaurant.

I've been visiting my local Chick-fil-A regularly for about two years now, and overall it's…read moreconsistently one of the better fast food experiences in the area. Over that time I've tried pretty much everything on the menu, from the classic chicken sandwich and waffle fries to the seasonal items like the Peppermint Chip Milkshake and the Spicy Deluxe. Here's my honest take. The standout is easily the service. Every single visit, the staff is upbeat and genuinely friendly, not in a forced way, but in a way that actually makes the experience feel different from other fast food chains. During a lunch rush last month, our order came out faster than I expected, and an employee even came to our table to refill our drinks without being asked. That kind of attention to detail is rare. The food itself is reliably good. The original chicken sandwich is simple but hard to beat, and the nuggets are consistently hot and fresh. The Polynesian sauce is a must. Breakfast is also underrated. The Chicken Egg and Cheese Biscuit is one of the better fast food breakfast items I've had. That said, there are a couple of areas where I think they could improve. The drive-thru, while impressively managed for the volume it handles, can back up onto the main road during peak hours, which creates traffic issues that feel like they go beyond just a management fix. The physical layout of the parking lot makes it tough. Additionally, the menu options for people avoiding gluten are pretty limited. A clearly labeled gluten-free section or a few more dedicated options would go a long way for customers with dietary restrictions. Overall, Chick-fil-A earns its reputation. The consistency, the service, and the food quality make it worth the occasional wait. If you haven't tried the Mac and Cheese as a side, that's the next thing on your list. Highly recommend for a quick, reliable meal.

I do not recommend ordering anything from their cold items or deli menu (chicken salads, fruit cups, etc.) because I have ordered items multiple times that have had mold on them or wilted/brown lettuce leaves. When you bring this up or try to return these items it takes them a long time to fix the issue. You can tell that some of the food items are usually left premade and sitting because they want to improve their efficiency and delivery speed metrics that they struggle with (fun fact: you can see their charted performance when you pull into the drive thru and look into the window... judge for yourself if it is a winning number). There were "frowny faces" scribbled on the margins. Additionally, they do not offer allergy substitutions and when you press on this issue, they're reluctant to make a salad without cheese or a breakfast burrito or sandwich with egg whites vs yellow egg. I have received items with cheese/dairy in them even though I have a dairy allergy; I cannot eat these items and usually end up giving them away and wasting my money and time... even though I requested "no cheese" on their app or in the drive thru window. There are better Chick-fil-A's in the area that offer better quality food, cleaner location, and a faster + higher quality service. It might be worth the additional 5-15 minutes to go to those locations instead of coming here. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment from a "fast food" place like this.

The order process online went smoothly and the food was ready promptly. I was disappointed by the gyro and ended up not eating it. For the uninitiated, a gyro sandwich is a pita bread filled with gyro meat, tzatziki sauce, and sometimes lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. The meat is made of a blend of seasoned lamb and beef meat molded around a vertical spit. The spit rotates and the outside is exposed to a heat source. As the meat broils, the chef carves off slices or chunks from the sections that have browned. Typically the gyro meat is cooked to "well done." The meat in my gyro was not browned; rather it was lighter colored and had a mealy mouthfeel. I've eaten gyros in traditional Greek restaurants and casual eateries in Chicago, Austin, San Francisco Bay Area, and now Denver, and this was the first time I've tasted the meat cooked this way. Three stars because the restaurant looked well kept and reasonably clean, the service was polite, and it's possible other people are not bothered by manner of preparation of the gyro. I also ordered a side of hummus and it was good.

Both were absolutely delicious as far as freshness of ingredients was concerned. They almost blend the chicken mushroom and peppers into a thick mince and it's spiced beautifully in the cheesesteak The gyro was more traditionally apart and a tad dry but perfect with the tzatziki (I would ask for 2) Fries were a solid side. Fast service and the seating area is small but pleasant.
