On several occasions this Papa John's location has under-baked their pizzas. When u call in to complain or ask for a Mgr, they disconnect.

This rating is mostly for customer service. I ordered an extra large three topping pizza from this papa johns last week, and it didn't taste very good and wasn't cooked very well. I indicated this on the online post delivery survey, and the manager called me back within a couple of days, letting me know that he was sorry for my experience, and that he had placed a credit for an xl pizza on my account. I ordered the credited pizza yesterday, and it was better quality than the fist time. What really impressed me was the manager's response to my bad experience. read more

This place is well below average. The pizza is sub par and so is the service. Every time we get a pizza it's doughy and under cooked, even if you ask for well done and it says well done on the boxes sticker but alas it will be doughy soggy and under cooked. The drivers absolutely refuse to bring cheese or peppers even when you repeatedly tell them that you want them. I will not patronize this place anymore and it definitely has changed the way I feel about Papa Johns as a brand. read more

This place is a zoo, nobody knows what they're doing and anytime you ask a question, they have to grab a manager. I ordered 2 pizzas and was asked if I wanted cheese sticks, I said sure, but when I went to pick up, they don't "recall" me ordering cheese sticks. I was told to wait for a manager who already had 3 people waiting with other complaints, one of them being a wrong order. I watched the workers turn around and talk crap about the lady who was complaining, but if her order wasn't correct, that's to be expected. The manager seems overwhelmed and the workers seem like they don't want to be there, its a shame, I like Papa Johns but don't think I'll be eating here anymore. Horrible customer service! read more

I ordered online. I get a receipt sent to my email with toppings I didn't order, so I try calling the store before the pizza either went in the oven for the order to be fixed or refund my money. The phone on their end wasn't working. I ended up with a pizza with toppings I didn't order. They didn't try to fix it and bring me the right pizza. Do not use their online system to order. Well we are back! 2 years later, and the pizza still isn't on par with what "The Papa" would want in my opinion! Now it's a nationwide charge to add any extra sauces to your order so I will just have to stick to small local owned joints that don't stick it to you!! read more

Ordered my pizza online for some amazing deals through the email coupons. When it came I noticed that the sauces weren't correct. I asked him that if anyone else came in this area if they would drop off the right ones that'd be cool but no pressure. My delivery guy Rick made a special stop and brought me my sauce lol. I always make sure I tip them well as the delivery charges are never enough and driving around takes a lot and I know that. Take care of your delivery drivers and they will take care of you!! Up until today I was very satisfied with this Papa John's. Today I ordered a pizza and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. When I went into check on the pizza, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes total, I was informed my pizza was still in the oven. I demanded a return of money and went to Pizza Hut and had my pizza in 15 minutes. It will be a long time before I try this Papa John's again! read more

Did an online order, but for whatever reason it didn't go through. Showed up to pick my order and it wasn't ready. They offered to make it now, I was kinda upset but what are you going to do. As I waited Brett told the guy make hers first don't worry about that one. They had my order made and ready to go in a matter of minutes. The fact that they went out of their way to correct a mistake that was most likely my fault, they have won my love. You rarely come across really good customer service these days. So incredibly immature and unprofessional. Run by untrained people. They are rude as hell. I ordered a large thin crust cheese pizza and asked for a sprinkle of oregano on top. The girl looked at me like I had two heads and said "we don't have oregano". I asked her how a pizza place didn't have oregano. Didn't even answer me but instead read my order back to me as "thin crust cheese pizza with pepperoni". I glared at her and told her I didn't order any pepperoni. She shrugged and pressed a few more buttons and asked me for my $13. I paid and sat to wait. I also wasn't thrilled to give her my phone #. She told me if I didn't give it to her the order can't be placed. While I sat I glanced at my receipt and I see she's added peppers to the pizza. I immediately got up and went to the register for a refund. The only person that was trained to do this was a young man who was making pies and had flour all over his hands. He apologized and I told him the girl is either stupid or being a B on purpose. While this exchange went on the girl was in the back of the store in full view literally laughing her butt off. To add insult to injury I was told I would get a refund on my card in 3 or 4 days. Never again. Went to Blaze down the street and had a delicious pizza with a drink included for $11. If you want mediocre pizza with stupidity on top you'll love this place. read more

Got the mushroom Swiss pizza, way too much garlic sauce for sure. Also had a thin crust regular pizza which was great. But next time I will definitely get easy garlic sauce on the mushroom swiss!! read more

WORST FOOD AND SERVICE EVER!!!!! This place sucks I have gotten my food cold the last 2 times I have ordered from here. So i have never actually posted a negative review on here, but i am extremely disappointed at the moment. After a very long day, i went online and ordered a pizza from papa johns. I really wanted cheese sticks, but since they (understandably) have a minimum order for delivery, i decided to order a pizza - but with no sauce. since it was a friday, they were busy (as to be expected) and it took almost an hour for my pizza to arrive (which i was ok with). the delivery driver was very nice and he gave me my order and left. when i got inside and opened the box, my pizza had sauce all over it. i checked the receipt and it said "no sauce" on it. I called papa johns as i was upset that my order was not correct. after explaining the situation to the person on the phone, they got a manager, who i then explained it all to again. he asked me if i wanted them to make me another pizza and deliver it, and i said yes, i would like what i ordered. he told me that he would take care of it, and not to worry, it would be free - no, it wasn't free - it was simply the pizza that i ordered. he didnt offer to throw in anything else (like a dessert thing or garlic knots or something) to make up for the mistake, but i have noticed a lot of places have stopped going that extra mile. fast forward to 25 minutes later when my new pizza arrived. the delivery driver (different guy) was extremely rude...he basically just handed me my pizza and turned around and walked away - very obviously pissed off that he was being forced to deliver a mistake pizza and he just assumed i wouldnt give him a tip (so i didnt). i can understand that mistakes happen, but the rudeness of this delivery driver was really uncalled for. read more

Don't ever order from here. Paid for a large pizza for like $17 and some change. Pizza arrived in an okay time, about 45-50 minute window. Quality of my pizza wasn't really there, and didn't appear as appetizing as it normally does when I order at other PJ spots. But hey, pizza is pizza. The reason for the 2 stars is the fact that I tipped this guy twice, and didn't realize it. I placed my order through yelp (very convenient btw) and it prompted me if I wanted to tip, so I did. Saves me the hassle of looking for loose change and dollars around the house. So pizza is here, and now I'm signing a receipt for my order. All cool. But I'm a bit confused because my total from yelp is on the receipt, so I'm assuming that maybe my tip on yelp didn't happen. I asked the delivery guy, and he isn't so sure, so I don't want to be inconsiderate and just tip him 20% anyways. I go look at yelps confirmation, and sure enough that I just tipped this guy twice for a total of $11. Now $11 isn't much, and I don't care for it, but when someone lies to me just for an extra tip, that's where it becomes bothersome. It's about the principal, and honesty of an individual or company. Or maybe he really didn't know, then oh well. But for yelp orders, if you tip on yelp, you do not tip on receipt when signing for your order. So all in all, I paid $31.05 for one large pepperoni, when it should have only been about $17 + $3(delivery fee) =$20 + tip. read more

I ordered two large pizzas online. I called the restaurant to verify my order and the person who answered the phone said that my order was correct. When I received my order, I saw that the pizzas were medium size. I called the store and I spoke with the store manager Cristina. She was not friendly at all and she told me that I had to repay again for the correct size. I told her to hold on as I was explaining the situation to my wife and she hung up on me. I called back and I asked her, why did you do that and she said " So, do I have to wait while you speak to your wife? You were the one who screw up your order not us! In the past I've liked Papa Johns because I like their sauce. The last pizza I ordered was supposed to be three toppings. They were such small pieces of each they were almost invisible in the cheese. More like a plain cheese pizza really. I gave up on ordering online because their website was so crazy and buggy. It wouldn't let you order the toppings you wanted, just kept going back because of the website errors. Today I tried again, and it was worse. I wanted a two topping pizza, one meat and one veggie. It wouldn't allow this. I kept trying to do over to get the right toppings, and when I went to checkout a $9.99 pizza had turned into over $44. Must have thought I was ordering more and more pizzas. What website doesn't get going back trying to get the right thing before going to checkout? The prices have really skyrocketed, too. No thanks. read more

Terrible service! Last two occurrences I had with this particular establishment were ridiculously frustrating. Every male manager I've spoke to had poor attitudes and they like to be abrupt and ignore customers. The other night they delivered my pizza to someone else on my block, when I clearly gave them my address on the phone. We paid with a credit card via phone and clearly the delivery guy failed to check the card and ID of the neighbor he delivered my pizza to, because he would have known the person getting the food wasn't the cardholder paying for it. Then when I called the manager back to ask if the driver was suppose to check the ID of the customer they delivered it to, the manager hung up on me, probably because my comment reminded him that the mishap they wete guilty of borders criminal! I was so kind about the whole thing to to be mistreated that way. They have a lot of gull there. The young male managers have this attitude that make a customer literally want to reach across the counter and m smack them into reality, where people are courteous to one another. I'm a positive easy going person, so I'm very disappointed to have had to share the service shortcomings with the community. This is my first yelp review ever. I signed up to share this information in hopes papa john's trains the employees on proper conduct and behaviors or gets some friendly people on the team because I love the pizza but disdain the headache that comes with the experiences as of late. read more
