I actually LOVE Papa Murphy's pizza and usually buy it on their sale day, Tuesday. However, I was hungry for my favorite, CHICKEN-BACON-ARTICHOKE on Wednesday, 8/25/21 so I ordered a large, original crust C-B-A. It was $15 on Wednesday but hey, it's a great pizza... I was shocked to discover at home that I received a THIN-CRUST C-B-A pizza. I hate thin crust pizza. But I did not take the receipt so there was nothing I could do... Without a doubt, the WORST Papa Murphy's we have ever been to. Here's the rub, we order 2 pies, one made wrong the other had a hair in it. We come back with the receipt and the 2 kids who made the pies insisted that they didn't make it wrong and it the hair "wasn't theirs". I work with guests every day, if you're in guest service in any way, you know that kind of response is beyond disrespectful. So I called corporate, they eventually have Paul call me. Paul told me things my wife said that weren't true and told me I was trying to scam them. I HAVE THE RECEIPT! He asked me "why didn't you just accept the gift card that corporate offered you"? He also said "do your best" when I told him I would let people know about his behaviour. Paul, you need training. Next stop, trip advisor, then back to corporate, then Google. Disappointed to say the least. Ordered online. When I got there a customer was telling a worker his pizza was wrong, no one would fix it, employee complaining about customers, and my pizza was terrible. It looked liked they literally just dumped the toppings on in the middle. The bbq sauce was runny like they added water to it. Crust was missing on half the pizza. Employees seemed like they were miserable. Manager yelling at someone about toppings sitting out too long. I love papa Murphy's but I'll never go back to this location. read more

Very poor cleanliness. I watched an employee (Jay) wipe snot off his nose with his blue glove, in the middle of the COVID-19 shutdown. To make it worse, he looked around to see if anybody had noticed, once he decided nobody had seen he continued on to making and wrapping pizzas without a glove change. Absolutely disgusting in the middle of this. To make it worse, when I brought it up, some really really stoned girl threatened to kick me out for being "belligerent". I used to be a regular here, but this is entirely unacceptable behavior by many employees. If you want to die, enjoy your pizza. UPDATE: I was called by a "manager" who was convinced I couldn't be a good customer because he only saw five orders in my history. I checked myself, and that was five this year, not total, and at least half the time I pay cash in store and it wouldn't be listed under my phone number. Since I didn't recognize his voice, that was enough for him to write me off. After he said all this he asked for my credit card number??? No. No thanks. I even tried giving them another chance, and I now have video of yet another employee, and once again at the end of the production line wrapping g the outside of the pizza that we all touch as we walk out the door, wiping his face with his gloves and continuing. I gave you another chance, a different employee screwed up, I've been harassed by two employees including a "manager". Terrible business practices, I hope they go out of business. read more

We like to joke at our house that this is the worst Papa Murphys in town and time and again they prove us right. We ordered 2 pizzas, that were supposed to be thin crust, apparently they did not get this memo. I don't know what they do at this location but the pizza never tastes as good as other Papa Murphys. The vegetarian pizza just had no flavor. The garlic chicken pizza was decent. The good news is that we had coupons so we saved some pennies. read more

This pizza is some of the best in our opinion. Especially when it comes to convenience and taste. Now we can even get it delivered. I just start the oven once I place the order so it's ready to go. The workers at this location are very friendly and efficient. They made 4 pizzas for us in around 7-10mins. The pizzas all tasted very great. We got the delite crust pizzas and they are good and not as much carbs. I will come back to this location. read more

Every time i order pizza my visits to Papa Murphys have been nothing but positive. Service: After I was greeted by a Papa Murphys team member. It was easy to get my pizza. I told him I called in a head of time he promptly retrieved my order. The cashier was a young man who showed great familiarity operating the til and applying the appropriate codes. Food: I ordered their Cowboy Pizza on Thin Crust and I found the overall taste to be quite enjoyable. I prefer my pizza cooked medium well. I make it so the cheese is chewy and golden brown. For appetizers and side dishes they have Breadsticks and Salad. If your hungry for dessert they offer take home cookie dough. Reccommendation I'd come here if need to feed the family or your just a single dude feeling lazy on that whole idea of cooking. read more

I pre-ordered 3 pizzas two days before I needed them, and was willing to pay for them then and there. The manager asked that I not pay for them until Halloween, because he wanted "really big numbers" on the day of Halloween. So I didn't. I've ordered Papa Murphy's Jack-o-Lantern pizzas every Halloween for at least 5 years. Every year i set my pick-up time for 4 pm, knowing that I'll be able to pick them up whenever is convenient to me. There was never any problem with this in the past, nor was it ever communicated to me that the pick-up times were set in stone or that pizzas could be sold out from under me if I didn't show up at pick up time. I walked in during an abject rush at about 5pm. I gave my name and was told that since I came "a little late", that they had sold my pizzas to someone else and I would have to wait. Sold my pizzas, including the special veggie Jack-o-Lantern I ordered for my daughter? Seems kind of lame to me. People who didn't pre-order should have to wait, and expect to wait. How do I put this? Hmmm A pizza joint without cheese is like a wedding without the bride. The excuse was that the demand was higher than expected, my response to that was; or just plain bad planning! I had to wait for someone to deliver cheese, I was overcharged for olives, and when I unwrapped the pizza it looked like a two year old threw the think together. Papa Murphy's has good pizza and we really enjoy the thin crust version. However, I have learned that there is a lot of variability between stores and this is one store to avoid. It must be fun to work there as the manager and employees are always busy socializing. But when 3 out of 4 phone orders had the wrong crust I brought the pizza in to show the manager. He agreed that it was not a thin crust pizza but that was all he did. No apology, no offer to make things right he just kept repeating "that is bizarre". The teenagers working were super friendly and hooked it up with the best pizza choice and answered all my dumb questions even being 15 minutes from closing. I have never though Papa Murphy's pizza are great, at best a C-. With that said I have to give them an A+ for convenience when I am sick of cooking. I went to PM's 3 weeks ago and ended up with someone else's order with one of the two pizzas being one I would never order because I find it sickening. I cooked the one that must have been a combo and froze the sickening one to be returned. When I brought the return pizza back the owner acted like it was my problem and did not offer a refund or discount--nothing! Well I am giving him a discount by not going their again--Wal Mart's T&B are about the same quality and cheaper anyways. I do like that this guy does employ many young workers and I will miss giving them a generous tip. One Star because the owner has a rectal cranium inversion problem. They changed their recipe to a wet sloppy heavy pizza with unchewable artichoke hearts and so much crap on it we ended up throwing it away. Got a coupon for here for $5 faves pizza so we got a cheese, 2 pepperonis, and a family size Hawaiian pizza. The cheese and pepperonis barely had any cheese on them, put on thin crust, and the sauce is spread very very thin. I understand it's a $5 deal, but that doesn't mean you give a crap put together pizza. Our other pizzas are just as bad, though the pepperoni makes it look slightly better. We asked if we could buy more cheese and they said no, so we had to go to the store and buy more cheese. Very disappointed. For those of you who need gluten-free, they have a decent crust. However, I've got a few tricks for you. The gluten free crust is only available in medium. If you make your own pizza online it's $15 for the crust + toppings. That gets expensive. So, when the have their specials, $9 for a certain pizza for example, if you ask for that pizza on a gluten free crust IN STORE they charge $11. Now that's not bad for gluten free. Also if you check online for specials, sometimes they have 2 medium pizzas for a special price. Then you can substitute gluten free crust and get a good deal on 2 pizzas. Usually less than $10 each :) One last suggestion, cook the gluten free crust until it is crispy: about 18-20 minutes and you've got a decent tasting gluten free pie. read more

I never thought I'd say that I actually like take and bake pizza's, but after popping one of these pizza in the oven, I was hooked. Their pizza's are HUGE, tasty and they always have a deal going on. If that's not enough for you, they even send you coupons in the mail! I'm never disappointed with their stuffed meat pizza. I have leftovers for days, and it STILL tastes good! I normally don't go to this Papa Murphy's location and I usually go to Papa Murphy's once a month but after going to this location I will be a regular attendee! The owner was so friendly. It was a holiday and he was training his daughter who looked to be about 12 years old to make my delicious pizza. I was in and out in about 5 minutes but in the meantime he managed to train her how to make my pizza and teach her cooking measurements (3/4 cup pineapple and such). Although this is a franchise I got a very mom and pop type feel. I will be a long time customer! I am very impressed! To top it off the daughter did a great job on my pizza! Ordered a few pizzas 3 weeks ago the night before we were leaving for vacation. The specialty pizza was horrible and we finally realized why. They had never put any sauce on the pizza. Called the location and spoke to a male manager that apologized and stated the next time we were to order that the pizza would be free. Because we went on vacation we didn't need to order right away. Called tonight and was told they didn't have record of it on their board and I was out of luck! I paid for a pizza with sauce and when trying to collect it they were not willing to honor their offer of replacing due to their mistake! We order their often but sadly I will not be ordering again. I like the idea of buying a freshly made pizza and taking it home to bake when you're ready to eat. That way it's nice and hot and exactly what "done-ness" you prefer. Instructions are included with your pizza. At first I thought it wouldn't cook very well in my oven without a pizza stone or a wood fired oven, but was pleasantly surprised that it came out well. They serve some interesting pizzas and use either the traditional red sauce or a white sauce that they use on their lower calorie Delite pizzas. My favorite is the vegetarian with extra cheese. They also serve salads limited to items that would top a pizza and containers of cookie dough that don't always make it to the oven... They are fast and fairly affordable because they aren't cooking it and don't have to cover the energy fee that would have been figured into the cost. In the shopping center to the right of Save Mart off North McCarran and Mae Anne or Seventh Street. Ample parking. I often get a spot right in front of the store. read more
