    Chicken dumplings

I love when I ask for spicy and they deliver. I came by on Saturday afternoon after golfing nearby. There weren't too many people dining inside so we were seated immediately. I had the Pad Se Ew, extra spicy and it was perfect! It was bursting with flavor and heat, and the noodles were perfectly al dente. I don't typically like breaded seafood, but the crispy salmon was really yummy. The chicken dumplings were really tasty too. Overall, this is a solid Thai restaurant with good service and delicious food.

This is my go to place for Thai food in my neighborhood. The service is always courteous and friendly small place with a few tables, but the food is big and delicious. We are all shared our selections from the drunken noodles w/ Pork belly, chicken dumplings, eggplant, cashew w/pork belly, plate all we're very good

Finally! Good Thai food in NJ. I've tried a handful of places but this one finally hits the spot. Originally from Houston, I have great Thai options at my fingertips but it's been a struggle to find something tasty here. I've driven past this spot for years, when it was called something else on my way to the best Vietnamese restaurant and only now did I try it thanks to my hair stylist who recommended it. Although I must say, I'm used to my papaya salad being spicy as that's how it's originally made, there's had no heat. Odd. The crispy pork and Chinese broccoli was delicious and the sauce was reminiscent of my favorite Thai spot back home. And you would think you can't mess up pad Thai but so many places make it terribly, not Papa haha it's delicious here! I wish it was closer so I could go more often but maybe it's good it's far for my waistline haha. Will be back!

My partner and I passed by this place all the time and only ordered takeout but never stepped in for a complete meal. We finally decided to go on a rainy afternoon, in perfect weather, to try one of their noodle soups, and they did not disappoint. The restaurant is small but cozy, though some ambient music would be excellent. We ordered an appetizer of curry puffs 4 for $8, so tasty and flaky that they remind me of Colombian pastelitos but in a tinier, even more savory version. We also had a small bowl of their Tom Yom spicy soup with chicken for $5, as well as a bowl of duck noodle soup for $17 - the duck was crispy, and the broth was slightly sweet and savory. The spicy green with chicken - excellent presentation (see attached photo). It was tasty but not spicy. Overall, it's definitely worth checking this place out for some delicious Thai meal.

I ordered takeout and honestly, I'm disgusted. I ordered a side of veggies and asides for coating $8 for something smaller than my palm, it was placed in a cold food plastic container that literally MELTED making the dish inedible.

Ordered delivery from here which is pretty uncommon because for me it seems delivery often leads to mixed results, but this particular order turned out well. I'm always looking to give Thai spots a chance because there aren't too many that top my list. Papa Thai did well for not being dine in. We got an order of Thai Siu Mai - dumplings and Thai style chicken wings. Dumplings were hot but I thought there would be more; Wings were saucy with decent crispiness and flavor. Went with my usual Drunken Noodle. Decent amount and not too heavy on bean sprouts which was good. I like how as this was a takeout, it was packaged in tin trays to keep it warm. I'm not a fan of Styrofoam packaging as it's flimsy and doesn't keep things quite as hot. So not bad for take-out Thai, I would give them a try in house to see if it could be just as good or better.

I've had Papa Thai twice. The first time we did DoorDash delivery and the food was amazing! Although I think the food is pricey, it was worth it. The second time, we ordered through DoorDash but picked up the food. This time the curry puffs and crispy chicken were dry & not worth the money. That's why I'm giving three stars, for one good experience & one bad. Both times we had the pineapple fried rice with crispy chicken, curry puffs, roti w/ curry, & Thai iced tea. Food was ready quickly & delivered in good packaging.

Ordered delivery a few times and the food was delicious. I finally got a chance to visit in person and I found it to be located on a busy street. The place was so small that I passed it while driving. Parking is free about the neighborhood but crossing the street can be a challenge. Once I got inside I realized that this is no place for a large event. Its suitable for a party of 2-4 for lunch or dinner. The ambiance gives off the kind of vibe where you would be comfortable eating alone here without being rushed to leave. As for the service, there was very little interaction since I was on the phone conducting business. I paid for my meal, sat down and they brought it over. The menu is not extravagant- but it includes authentic thai food with minimum options for beverages- just the way I like it.

My family stopped by this hole-in-the-wall restaurant on the way back from a road trip by coincidence and we were really surprised by how good the food was. Was better than most of the Thai food I've had in NYC. Everything we ordered tasted great and was the perfect balance of Thai flavors (sour, sweet, spicy, savory). We got the drunken noodles, fried rice, Tom yum soup, mango sticky rice, and Thai iced tea. The mango was perfectly ripe and sweet. Wish I lived close by so I could come back. This place is definitely a hidden gem.

Every item I've had here has been exceptionally tasty. Everything is fresh and flavorful, and my order is always packed and ready by time I arrive. The attention to customer service is great! Definitely recommend if you're in the area, I love the drunken noodles!

My favorite pad thai in the area (and on restaurants delivering on Uber eats). Flavorful and the texture is just right. Their mango sticky rice is sweet and the mangos are perfectly ripe and juicy! My boyfriend has gotten the drunken noodles and loved them also. (Included is a picture of their sticky rice, I'm always looking for photos and reviews for this specifically so I thought I'd include).

I've never been to the restaurant but during this quarantine I've ordered from them 5 times this month via UberEats. They are quick with delivery and the food is still hot and very consistent with flavor and execution. That's A+++ service in my book especially with all you hungry people during the dinner rush. So far for entrées, I've had the Massaman Curry with chicken, which was very flavorful and not runny at all. If you're ordering get an extra side of rice because the size they give you is cute. Basil Fried Rice with chicken and also with half duck. The duck is an extra $10 but to me so worth it, very juicy and not dry at all. What a seriously satisfying dish! I just wish I got more duck for the price but I understand the circumstances and don't mind paying. For appetizers, the Curry Puffs are a tiny bit greasy but it's fried so duh, the size is shareable if you're into that. But overall very tasty and priced fairly imo. The Massaman Roti is bomb.com, again fried so a little greasy but you have paper towels, use em! You'll also have some sauce left over so I feel this is a great value, technically you get two meals with this app. Honorable mentions, crab fried rice wasn't for me flavor wise and the ribs appetizer could be more sizable for the price, but the sauce is pretty much crack so I have to figure out how to deal with that now. Overall, this place is very solid and I'm more than happy to support them during this pandemic, don't hesitate to do delivery but preferably pick-up. UberEats takes a % of each order. I would if I could but ya girl doesn't drive.

This place is wonderful! It filled the void that spice Thai left( the restaurant that was here before ). I'm very glad another Thai restaurant came in! And with great quality food. The place is literally the cleanest restaurant I've ever been to. (It is brand new). It's a different vibe than before but the colors still make it feel cozy. We got the drunken noodles and the pad Thai. Huge portions and they did not skimp on the tofu. Both were absolutely delicious. I will certainly be back. Here's to hoping for many more years!

My husband and I really wanted some restorative, Japanese comfort food. The food held up well in transit and was just as good as if we were dining in. I went with a Karaage Rice Bowl with a Ajitama (6 minute egg) as an added extra. My husband went with a Vegan Ramen bowl. While we were supposed to share the Crispy Tofu Buns, my husband couldn't stop after one. Hey, I can't really blame him though, they are delicious. We walked past it 3 times and when we finally left they decided to shine a light with the logo on the floor. When walking in it's more of a lounge than a true restaurant so prepare for that. You will sit right next to people which isn't my preference but it was fine. We started off with the cucumber salad which was excellent. Just wish there was more cucumber than other veggies they put in it. We then got the Cacio e Pepe Gyoza which was the star of the show. It's was unbelievably good. We followed that up with the calamari which was also extremely good and finished our apps with the Chicken Bao buns that were delicious. My friend got the carbonara dinner and honestly I don't get all the hype. Honestly I thought it did not taste good at all. I had one bite and that was enough. I wasn't sure what it exactly was that made it unappetizing but it just wasn't great for the amount of hype social media gives it. The presentation was beautiful for pictures but the taste wasn't there at all. I had the Spicy Miso Ramen which was very tasty. Only problem was it was about 110 degrees in the restaurant which made hot ramen a lot less enjoyable. The beef that they also put in it didn't taste like much just a piece a beef so that was a little underwhelming. Service was very nice, it just seemed they struggled tending to each table consistently, not sure if they were short staffed or just extremely busy because it was a Friday night. Nonetheless everyone was super friendly and tending to our needs eventually. Overall, I'd say the appetizers were the star of the show. I thought all were delicious. Entrees were a little underwhelming though my ramen was delicious, it was just extremely hot in the restaurant for some reason. Staff were good and price was what I expected. Great place to try but probably won't go back. I shouldn't leave a place sweating after a date night. I think social media hypes the place up too much but it is good just not great. People who come here are worried more about posting on social media than getting great food that the price reflects.

You can definitely customize and add, but at this price point I would rather have had base start at $24 and include wood ears, more veggies, bamboo, etc. Mine was basically the fat part of pork slices with 20% meat, one veggie, whole egg (which definitely was excellent), and a good broth. I really teetered with this review for days as I wanted to give 4 stars for local support and the chef's passion, but I simply won't pretend we loved this. Might try 10 for $10 dumpling Thursday with the pork filling one day.

I was super excited to finally grab some Tenmomi! This spot is a ghost kitchen so it's pick up…read moreonly! Also be aware to get your orders in early cause he sells out! I got some porky buns and the Ube sesame ramen. The bao buns were super soft, filled with tender pork and pickles that added a nice texture and acid to balance the fattiness of the pork ! Then comes a super unique blend of Filipino-japanese ramen. The fried thighs on top might have been some of the best fried chicken I have had in a while! The Ube sesame noodles were unlike anything I have had, slightly sweet, earthy, with a great chew. Overall 2 great dishes and I am excited to see what the future holds for Tenmomi!
