I've had my ups and downs with Pappys over the years but enough is enough. Most expensive pizza in town and lately 7/10 its either burnt or under cooked. I went in there this evening to the most DISGUSTING business as whole I've ever seen in my life. My pizza looked like it fell to the bottom of the oven and they just stuck it in a box, it was covered in burnt crust and misc topping that didnt belong on my pizza, including pineapple which my wife is allergic to... When I asked for my money back the manager came at me like everything was fine with it and shes seen it a hundred times. She also legit banned me from the store for being mildly upset. What a joke... I've been eating there since the 80's and it was KC's pizza, never again. read more

Good place to go for pizza if you have your kids with you. The cheese bread sticks are good for the kiddos, and cheaper then ordering them a pizza. They have an indoor play structure, which could deem beneficial in the cold central Oregon weather. read more

Stopped here for lunch buffet. It wasn't very good. The salad bar was fairly good with a fair amount of selections. The pizza was not good pizza. The sauce and cheese were the worst and those two ingredients make or break the pie. The service was good and workers friendly. Too bad pizza wasn't better. read more

This is the first review I've ever left but had to leave this one. This pizza is horrible. 35.00 for a large pizza! The crust was obviously pre made and had no flavor. The Canadian Bacon had no flavor. We spent over 80.00 by the time our party of 7 had what we needed and it was a rip off for food that was nasty. No one will even touch the leftovers! The pizza was okay. Not great, not bad, a little weird even. Good crust and tons of toppings so the price was fine, but the two we tried needed some help flavor-wise. Called ahead to pick up our order and still waited over 45 minutes past the time they told us it would be ready, but the manager more than made up for it so they get an extra star. read more

Stayed at Eagle Crest Resort and decided to order a pizza one of the nights and stay in the suite to relax. The pizza took about 45 minutes to arrive which was exactly what they said it'd take. I got large half taco and half BBQ chicken. The pizza was outstanding. The crust was baked to perfection. The chicken tasted a bit bland, but all in all it was a great and unexpected surprise. Compared to pizza hut or domino's, Pappy's was excellent. The price is a bit high at just over $30, but all on all I would recommend. read more

Don't waste your money for unfriendly over priced crap! I've gone to pappy's now twice in two weeks, each time my order was made wrong. The reason I'm posting on yelp is because of my second visit. My second visit my order was made incorrect and manager noticed it was wrong only because the first 3 people that handled my food couldn't get it in the box to give it to me wrong. Manager then took my pizza out of the box and put it back in the oven to burn it some more as he heated the items that weren't put on my pizza in the first place. My pizza was now over cooked and had to be scrapped off the baking sheet to go back into the box. I only didn't ask for a refund because I'm sure they wouldn't know how to do it and I'd probably pay for it twice. read more

We love Pappy's. The pizza is good and my grandkids love the fun zone. Great safe place to take the kids for pizza and fun!

Good pizza a little different style which I liked! Lots of seating and it has a TV for you too!

This place is hit or miss lots of employees 1 or 2 working asked 2 employees 1 manger to please refill lettuce in salad bar 35 minutes later when asked for a refund because there's still no lettuce finally someone filled it and bottomless drink you pay for good luck on a refill waited in line over 10 minutes to be ignored and have employee take a birthday group of 10+ that cut in front of the line waiting to be told they take priority. Every table in the place was "reserved " but 3 which were next to very loud big screen tv and an employee with a friend taking up 1 table screaming about the event on the tv which left one table to sit at. Would the "manager" who took our order let us know seating could be an issue we would have gone somewhere else. Lesson here should have checked the tables closer we just saw lots of open seating should have looked closer to see the small white reserved signs. Interestingly enough most had no names on them. All in all in my personal opinion life is too short for mediocre overpriced pizza and poorly managed staff, and yes would have gladly left but cancelling, returning or refund was refused Customer satisfaction is not a priority and it shows read more

This was a horrible place to eat. The manager was hospitable. That was the end of the customer service experience. We went in (3 of us) to eat. It was almost 70$ for a pizza, a pitcher of soda and a beer. When the pizza was done some gal yelled "30". Apparently they were supposed to give me a number when I ordered our meal.. who knew eh? Anyhow. We were literally the only folks in there without food. Eventually after the 4th time she yelled I figured out that was our pizza... God forbid they bring my 64$ pizza to our freakin table!!? I get my pizza and go back after I drop it off at the table to get napkins, plates, crushed peppers ect.. and the eye roll and disgusted look I received when I asked for it was super lame. I have a daughter with cerebral palsy. Pappy's was very gracious and put on an awesome fund raiser for us with our help. Hands down the best place for good times, better pizza, and great friends. I frequently take my children to pappys pizzeria in redmond but what i found the other day was appalling. After finishing our mediocre pizza and soggy salad my 4 year old daughter asked me to go thru the play center with her..after years of taking my kids there and going down the slides with them thinking that the entire play area was kept up as the rest i was asstounded to find how filfthy and broken the top level of the play area had been kept...i followed my daughter thru and found exposed wood beams with screws sticking out...old bandaid s throughout the entire play area...duct tape falling off of parts and foam chunks and innsolation falling from the ceiling....needless to say i was pissed..i immediately pulled her out and asked her if had been like this for a long time...her response..its always been this way mommy...i went and asked for the manager on duty and his reply was even more infuriating than the actual play thing....he told me that his employees crawl thru the playbthing on a daily basis to inspect it...not.and that to fix those things i mentioned would be a waste of their time and money because the kids ruin them as fast as they repair them...he said if i didnt feel as tho my children were safe there i probably shouldnt return..i let him know thats exactly what we would be doing and that i would be writting this review. .instead of trying to right the wrong he let us walk out the door...pappys pizza not only did you dispapoint but you need to be looking for some new employees..i.e a new daytime weekend manager...i was there on saturday aug first at 5 p.m...thanaks for nothing. read more

I've been ordering pizza from this place since before it was Pappy's and up until the last year I have been really satisfied with the business. This last year the place has really gone down hill. Even though they try their best to make up for delivery mistakes with free pizzas and refunds, it doesn't make up for their CONSTANT errors. If they tell you it's going to be an hour wait expect your pizza to be cold and probably wrong if you asked for anything special. read more

The first night we moved into town, we called the first pizzeria we could find a number for and it happened to be Pappy's. The pizza was great! A little expensive but the pizza sizes are bigger than normal so you can order a small here if you normally order a medium, etc. The menu is pretty diverse and has some interesting combinations. Delivery was quick and courteous, even on a Friday night. This is our new staple pizza place! read more

I love the food but the atmosphere left a lot to be desired. The staff had no problem yelling out to the seating area to co-workers who I assumed were off work. Their liberal use of profanity was what made us decide to leave. I would still order take out but to sit in a restaurant and to listen to a bunch of employees sitting around and treating this like it was their own personal space to hang out in with their friends, is not something I want to repeat.
