This is the what the caffe looks like inside, it has a nice vibe to it

Good service and great location, customer service was a 10/10, the drinks where a 10/10, the view and patio area they have was also 10/10. I highly recommend this caffe if you're on a date or going with family. Ulises was the one who was making my drinks he was very nice, I order a salted maple latte he made it absolutely delicious and my girl got a matcha with cold foam and honey I had a little sip and It was bomb, lol. I will be coming back for sure !

Love this spot! Cute indoor decor with tons of seating. You order at the front then they bring it to your table pretty fast. I had not been here in a few years. It looks like they remodeled and changed decor. The upgrades look great! The açaí bowl is big and delicious. All of the bakery items are insanely delicious. The coffees options are also unique and delicious. Parking is always tough in little Italy

$7.5 for lattes here. Prices seem on par with the area. They had a cute little fireplace patio that was nice. Service was also great, the guys in the front answered questions I had about their menu. Asked for the key to the restroom and it requires a card key! Something to note.

Great little option for breakfast when walking around little Italy. Fast casual where you order at the counter and then they bring your food and drinks out to you. Nice dog friendly outdoor patio. Food was great. I loved all of the fresh fruit with the overnight oats.

Matcha latte with almond milk was a let down. Not worth the price either

There was barely any matcha in our matcha lattes very disappointing. Maybe it's just this location because I've heard the one in little Italy doesn't disappoint. I wouldn't go back to this particular one again.

Great, intuitive Service... Friendly and reliable. We're very grateful that they provide a great atmosphere for our Swim Friends to gather and kibbutz.

Stopped by just for coffee, and the experience was great. The barista's service was 10/10 -- kind, attentive, and genuinely warm.

Disgusting coffee, rude baristas, okay-ish view. Won't be back. Coffee tasted burnt. Better off going to Starbucks and spending less money. 2 coffees - best part of 30 dollars

Perfect spot for a quick snack or a delicious drink. It's very clean and pretty inside. I love all the pink. There's a really great patio area where you can see the ocean and the indoor seating options are small and comfy. Staff have always been friendly and willing to answer my questions about their more unique drink options. The matcha is always great but it's fun to try some of the wellness lattes too.

Loved the overnight oats and super delicious coffee at Parakeet Cafe. Plus their parakeet pink cups are so cute!

I enjoyed a nice matcha hot tea with a touch of honey from this Parakeet Cafe location at La Jolla Cove Hotel & Suites. With the matcha tea, I had a pulled apart baked good, too. The matcha was very good. The young lady who made it did a very good job preparing it. It offered that good matcha flavor, hardly any bitterness, and a touch of sweet from the honey towards the end. The pull apart was good. It had different levels of flavors and chocolate chips in it as well. I was not as pleased with its texture as I thought I was going to be, but it was tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. They offer mostly morning beverages, baked goods, and some small bites at this location only. They don't offer the extensive menu as the other Parakeet Cafe's do.

Aesthetic Cafe Vibes When in La Jolla make sure to checkout one of two locations (the one by the beach only serves delicious drinks and pastries, but the in land location which is only a 10 minute walk away also serves beautiful dishes). We Tried: Flat Black (Activated charcoal, homemade lavender honey, milk) $7 Turmeric Latte (Turmeric, ginger, vanilla, cardamom, honey, unsweetened almond milk) $7 Iced Matcha Latte With A Twist (Matcha, blue spirulina, raw honey, milk) $9 Cookie & Croissant The drinks were delicious, refreshing, and packed with flavour. The cookie and croissant were fresh and the best pastries we had on our trip. Service 5/5 Food 5/5 Ambiance 5/5

It was a nice ambiance to sit and enjoy your juice and coffee. We ordered quite a bit of items as we were waiting for another member of our party to meet us here. The bathroom is beautifully and nicely decorated but they are super strict about using the bathroom even if you are a customer as they had a bathroom (there is a key you have to ask for) "wanted bandit sign"apparently for vandalizing it....which I understand however When another member of our party came, we went inside and the line was so long we decided to use the bathroom before ordering more, we were in there less than 5 minutes and the owner/manager knocked and knocked, I came out and apologized and asked if she knocked. She did apologize but said other people are waiting. I ordered another juice and was going to order sandwiches and acai bowls but felt like we probably were at cafe more than an hour and out stayed our stay. I understand as a business you have to be strict about the bathroom and that is their policy however if it is a juice/coffee place your customers are bound to use the restroom several times especially if they are continuing to order. Unfortunately, It did turn me away to try the food which I actually was looking forward to as they did offer organic croissant sandwiches. We decided to just choose another place to order food. I'll have to think about returning as we are always in La Jolla for yoga.

We waited about 30 minutes (Sunday afternoon rush), but it gave me plenty of time to explore the menu. I usually stick to a simple order, but with so many base options, I decided to "do it all," and I'm so glad I did. My son loved the pitaya and mango bases (and so did I). The blue coconut and classic açaí were excellent, and the blue chia topping was a fun and tasty surprise. All the fruit was extra fresh, and the granola added the perfect crunch. We absolutely loved everything and will definitely be back soon!

I decided to just park along Gilman Drive, which is free, and walked about 20 minutes. Honestly, it wasn't bad at all -- it was a sunny day and there's plenty of street parking if you're willing to walk a bit. I've always loved Blue Bowl Superfoods in Oceanside. It's SO good and easily one of my favorite açaí spots, I could literally eat it every single day. I love all the customizations they offer, the variety of bases, and just how many ingredients they have. This time, I decided to visit their UCSD location, which is right in the middle of University of California San Diego's campus. They open around 10 AM on Saturdays (and typically around 8 AM on weekdays), and even right at opening there were already a lot of people waiting. My friend and I were still able to get in and out pretty quickly around 10. I ended up getting their mango passion base along with açaí. For toppings, I loaded it up strawberries, bananas, apples, blackberries, blueberries they truly have so many options. I also love their variety of nuts, seeds, and different types of nut butters. They really don't skimp on choices. Overall, I would highly recommend stopping by. I was SO full after, and honestly, you could even split a bowl with a friend because they pack it generously. It's about $12 for a normal medium-sized bowl, which I think is worth it for the portion and quality. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The ambiance is nice it's more of a grab-your-bowl and then sit outside type of vibe, but there is indoor seating as well. Definitely one of my favorite açaí spots, and this location did not disappoint.

She recently graduated from UCSD and this was her favorite smoothie (still is). My niece got the Frutopia smoothie and enjoyed her drink. I opted for a build-your-own açaí bowl. The bowl came with any 4 toppings, additional toppings varied it cost per item. I chose strawberries, blueberries, bananas, and new pollen. I also added sliced almonds and granola, topped with honey. The gal who helped build my açaí bowl (Acharipon, I probably butchered the spelling of her name), was very pleasant and had really great customer service skills. It's obvious she was well trained and had the skills set to work in food service. What sets this place apart from other places that sells smoothies and açaí bowls was the friendliness of their staff. Acharipon made a pretty bowl that was Yelp photo worthy! What I loved about my bowl: The açaí base was very frozen. Some other places make it watery, which I do not care for. I liked how it was frozen, down to the last spoon! The blueberries were frozen (I love frozen blueberries). Areas for improvement: The strawberries were frozen and chopped into tiny pieces. Fresh strawberries would've been nicer. The toppings options were limited. The shop was very clean and organized. There was a self-help kiosk where you placed your order, but payment was at the register. It seemed a bit odd that the kiosk didn't have the functionality to accept payments, because the order had to be re-confirmed at the register when it was already confirmed at the self-help kiosk. This slowed down the process slightly, which I didn't mind. Overall, I enjoyed the experience here and would definitely recommend it!

I had the greens to go smoothie which I found a little chalky and you could still taste the protein powder a bit too much for my taste. I had the almond butter toast to use up a gift card, which was fine but I'm not sure I would personally pay $5.87 for it. I found this place a little bit inconvenient to go to since the hours on Google and Yelp are incorrect and they didn't have any hours posted on their door, but they open at 10am on Tuesdays and not 7am. I also found it odd that they bill themselves as "on the go" food, but you cannot order ahead for pick up. If you order ahead you still have to go to the register to pay, which makes it a less convenient option than other campus options that do allow pick-up. There is no seating inside, but there are close tables and chairs that are outside. Note: This is on the UCSD campus, so it's not very convenient to go to unless you are already on the campus as you have to pay for parking.

There was a long line, no clear directions on where to stand, and employees were repeatedly yelling at everyone to line up "along the ramp" even though there wasn't any obvious ramp or signage. If it's your first time visiting, it's incredibly confusing. It's also a first come, seat yourself setup. We ordered our food only to realize there wasn't a single table available, so we were left standing around waiting for somewhere to sit. It would've been nice if that had been explained before ordering. The girl who took our order was especially rude and showed zero hospitality, which set the tone for the rest of the visit.
