I just want to point out that even though the word "Paris" is in it, this is not a French bakery. It hails from Korea and has some French inspire pastries with some common Korean style breads mixed in as well. All of the breads are at a self serve station. This appears to be one of the larger locations where you have a spacious dining area next to the actual grab and go stations. You grab a tray, lay wax paper on it, pick up a pair of tongs and place items into your tray. There are both savory and sweet breads to choose from. Some have fillings inside them or a variety of toppings. The ingredients are listed along with allergen warnings. There is even a refrigerated section with some items as well along with full size cakes and cake slices. And we cannot forget the assortment of beverages, both hot and cold. I really love their sandwiches too. I get something different each time but I also enjoy their sweet rice donut and chocolate croissants. They also have those flavored mochi donuts too. Once you choose your items you take everything to the front to be rung up. At this point you may choose to order the items on display and drinks. I have been very much looking forward to trying out this bakery - the photos did not do it justice. I took a friend a few doors down for dinner and we decided to grab some vittles to go. Everything looked amazing so just picking four things was difficult. I got their very berry pastry which was perfect - fruit tartlets are a bit much at times but this was nice and light, crispy and so much flavor in a compact pastry. I got the coconut mochi donut which was pretty incredible. They had this, what they called "Hash brown bread". Real talk - I wanted to love this and I think you might...I just was not a huge fan. It was not bad - I just expected more from it and everything else was so amazing so. I also got the Blueberry Chiffon cake slice which I could write poetry about. What I really loved here most is that everything is so rich in flavor but was not overwhelmingly sweet and heavy. I am pretty excited to go back and try some of their breads and croissants. We finally got around to trying this place and overall it was so-so. The mochi donuts looked better than they tasted; they were more soggy and chewy but the flavor was good. One of my favorite bakeries! Whenever I visited LA, I always had to go to Paris Baguette! For those that watch kdramas, Paris Baguette is often featured in the shows! I'm so glad Beaverton has its own location now. I do find their pastries pretty expensive. $5+ for a tiny croissant with a strawberry and cream? Or $6+ for a cake slice? I do admit the quality is good. It's a nice treat to splurge on, but I wouldn't come here regularly. 85 has the same quality, but for a cheaper price. I highly recommend their lemon cronut which is my absolute favorite. I love the crispiness with some sugar and a hint of lemon. Mmmm. I also like their small fluffy cheesecakes that are perfect for on-the-go. The tiramisu donut is also pretty tasty and rich. Their cakes are amazing, but expensive. My boyfriend bought me their strawberry matcha and the blackberry/blueberry. The cream is to die for. I could eat their cakes all day, everyday. I highly recommend downloading the Paris Baguette app to collect points with your purchases. Once you hit a certain point racket, you get a free pastry! So after raving about what a great place this was, I finally was able to meet my brother and sister here for some tasty pastries. I live really close by, but they drove all the way from Gresham. Can't believe this place isn't rated higher! Stopped by when I happened to be nearby and loved everything I got. I like that they have a good variety of savory options too. The flavor, freshness, and quality was superior to Tous Les Jours by a long shot. I actually think I preferred their curry bun over Oyatsupan's as well. The sausage they use is noticeably better and more flavorful in the pastries that feature that as well. Will definitely be back to try even more things! read more

Went for the first time and loved it. You get a clean tray and your own tongs and pick your pastries. They had just brought out fresh, warm almond croissants and they were delicious. This is a great place in the busy area ofCedar Hills. It is a quick self serve bakery with delicious pastries and good coffee. If your in a rush in the area for a quick bite and coffee, I recommend coming here where they have a display of ready baked warm goodies, even at 7:00 am in the morning. Walking in here gives a very warm welcoming with the natural light from the wide windows. Lots of walking space and spacious seating as well. Great place to have small group meetings or even just to sit on a cozy booth. Let's talk about the goodies! Many selections to choose from. Tough part is, where do you start? They have it all from donuts, cakes, croissants, meat in a croissant and more! I had their mini lemon/strawberry croissant and blue berry cream cheese bread. They had the perfect amount of sweet for me. I also had their barista select a coffee for me so not sure what it was but, it was very delicious and also not too sweet. Service time to get my coffee was under 5 minutes so another plus! Now, what's the reason for my four star rating? It's was the maintenance. It wasn't filthy but, for customers to feel comfortable,they should have a clean environment. Clean tables and clean floors! I still like PB a lot, and its reward system has since been fixed.. however, the fact that they are reusing the tray liner is quite disgusting, not to mention that they are still reusing it even when it dirty (with a piece of crumb on it). Food looks good. But! Do I want to go there anymore? NO! Today December 25, 2024 around 5ish PM my spouse and I went to get some coffee and pastries. One of the workers was moving food around and cleaning food displays. I witnessed a situation when a pastry with fruit fell of the tray and fell apart. The worker started to put it together in the most nasty way possible, he even swept some cream with his finger from the surface and applied it back on the pastry. In my head: dude, I hope you are not putting it back for sale! Guess what: he did! He made it look pretty and put back with the rest to sell! Nasty! With gloves he was wearing he was opening all cabinet doors that people touch throughout the day, pulling his pants up and who knows what else. That place needs better management cleaning wise! Our first visit today. My kids liked the chocolate croissants a lot so we keep coming back at the cashier to pay for it. Unfortunately, my husband liked the plain croissants and there was only 1 left, so he asked the cashier guy if they will have more coming out to refill their shelves. He went inside their room to check and said, "sorry we are out of croissants". But, after we paid the chocolate croissants, maybe he's the manager (Korean guy) came out with a tray of plain croissants in just 2mins after paying at the cashier. I would say it's a Japanese bakery with a French name. But the baking goods do not reach Japanese standard either. I gave it multiple tries. However, Fried breads and donuts are creasy and have that stale oil taste. Croissants are soggy. Coffee bread is dry. read more

Some sandwiches, both on baguettes and on croissants. Prices seem reasonable. Front end staff was unaware whether laminated dough (croissants) was made in-house. Baguettes (in the name after all) had a soft crust. Also, there were marks of using molds for shaping the baguettes. They also have weird blunt ends. If your name is "Paris Baguette" you should at least attempt to make a French baguette (pointy on both ends, crisp crust, proofed on a couche and baked - with steam - on the stone of a deck oven). I purchased a couple of different bread, two egg tarts and three slices of cake. None of them really stood out. The mochi donut was too mushy and greasy for my taste. The coffee bun did not taste of coffee at all and too dry. The cakes were mediocre at best. I do like the egg and cheese cake tarts, they were both very good and I will purchase again. Went today around lunch (which is usually a bad time for a bakery) and got a couple chocolate croissants, a pastry with cream cheese in the middle, and some cream puffs. Just ate a few after dinner and they were so good! Everything was still soft and tasted fresh. There was a pretty sizable seating area inside so I'll be coming back with the family to enjoy again.
