I placed an order online for pick up. I ordered a total of 8 pastries. When I went to pick up my order, there was only 1 other customer at the counter and the employee just handed me my order without saying anything. When I got home and opened my box, they only have me 6 of the 8 items. I understand that some items may sell out, that's fine it happens. What I find unacceptable is that the employee who gave me my order made no effort to tell me that 2 items are not available(offer me a refund), but I was charged for all 8 items. I called in and spoke with an employee named Lance who told me that he'll tell someone and they should be able to refund me. I asked to speak with a manager and I was told there is no manager at the location today. I then asked for some kind of confirmation that I will be refunded, he says I'll just see a credit. How am I supposed to trust that I will be refunded when they couldn't even tell me about my missing items! I asked for the name of a manager for the location and he told me that he couldn't give me the manager's name. I gave him my name and phone number because he said the owner would call me. I asked for the owner's name he said he couldn't give me the owner's name. I'm highly disappointed in this business' process for handling online orders that are missing items and the refund process. read more

We love Paris Baguette and have always enjoyed the pastries, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We placed a pickup order for around $100 that included 3 drinks and 15 pastries. When we arrived, we gave our name for the order, and the employee only handed us one drink and two boxes without saying anything or confirming that everything was included. As we were leaving, we realized we were missing two drinks, so we went back inside. The employee barely acknowledged us and was still finishing the drinks. Another employee eventually came out and handed them to us, and the interaction made it feel like they were just trying to get us out of the store as quickly as possible. Before leaving, we specifically asked if everything was included, and we were told yes. Unfortunately, after driving the 35 minutes home, we discovered that we were still missing about five pastries from our order. By then, the store had already closed, so there was no way to contact anyone to resolve the issue. Mistakes happen, but for a $100 order, it's disappointing that no one took the time to verify it was complete--especially after we had already come back once because items were missing. We really enjoy Paris Baguette and hope this was an isolated incident, but we also hope more care is taken with future pickup orders so other customers don't have the same experience. read more

The pastries here are good, but honestly, the staff that works here could probably care less about your pastry. I went into order a cake and asked if they can write a name on it and the guy working in the front basically said the lady in the back can do it because that's her "job" ..They weren't very friendly at all not to mention when the lady in the back came up to put the cake at the front nobody told me that was my order. I had to stand there. Wait for someone to walk over and ask if it was my cake that I was waiting for. You will be impressed by their cakes and their bakery. I came here at 730am for some birthday cakes for our office celebrants and they were all happy with the look and taste of the cake. They even have a fancy cake cutter with built in match so you won't need to worry if you don't have a lighter. They give away long candles for the cake where the bottom is covered in foil so the candle remains clean for well wishes and candle blowing. This did not disappoint and will surely be coming back for the cake! read more

Really cute interior definitely gives this place that French cafe vibe with the colors and aesthetic. A lot of variety of sweet and savory pastries all on display nicely. I really appreciated the cleanliness of everything as well. I like being able to grab them myself. The cakes in the display case by the register are absolutely gorgeous and everything is decently priced. I didn't try any beverages but got a few pastries to go and all have been delicious. I found this place on a whim, I never knew they were here. They have such a large selection of pastries as well as breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I had their ham egg and Swiss croissant and asked for it warmed and it was really good! Its not like your typical cafe, but it's more of a place where you can buy some pastries and either eat them there in their seating area or take some home to enjoy. They were serving lavazza coffee and I tried their cold brew and their white mocha. Their coffee was a little strong but the pastries were really good and sweet. The almond croissant kept catching my eye so might just have to return to try it out! read more

Sometimes, as an example, for the chocolate covered and chocolate filled donuts they appear to be either a little smaller or with more cream inside and then sometimes they have less cream inside. Their chocolate croissants just came last night for a big purchase from the Devonshire, Paris Baguette and the chocolate croissant didn't have hardly any chocolate. But what really upset me was that 1 HOUR after opening, none of the cake slices were out on MOTHER'S DAY. My mom is diabetic, I can't get her a whole cake! They said the "slices are being made and are not ready". Why are they even open if only some of their stuff is out. I went to Porto's and it was the exact opposite not only do they have more options; EVERYTHING is out and available. Makes Paris Baguette look pathetic. I use to drive out to encino to Paris Baguette, originally had never heard of this chain. Encino was great just a little far, once I found out northridge had a plan to open one I was stoked and excited. I have visited and bought here probably over 30 times. From birthday cakes to their great pastries. It's a French influence, great friendly vibes, they don't always have someone to write Happy Birthday for cakes, so that would be a recommendation. I'm glad Paris Baguette opened this location in Northridge because otherwise I would have to drive to Encino to get some decent Asian baked goods (sorry 85 degrees). This location is a bit smaller than the Encino location but parking is pretty easy to find in this plaza. You can even park in front of the shop (there's a 10 minute parking zone) to quickly grab food/drinks. They have decent selections of baked foods, donuts, sandwiches, cakes, and drinks. So far I've liked everything I've gotten, including chocolate croissant, blueberry cream cheese, sweet potato pastry, and pain aux raisins. I'm definitely going back to try more pastries! I haven't tried their coffee yet, so that'll be next time as well. There are plenty of seatings indoor and outdoor. There were a lot of workers on Saturday morning. read more

I love coming here for coffee and pastries. It is always delicious. My family loves their cakes and it is our come to bakery for every celebration. There's only one item which I don't recommend. It is their French Macarons. I ordered 5 and the server squished it in little bags. 3 in one tiny bag and 2 in another. I'm used to getting mine in boxes. They have pretty boxes, so I don't know why they opted to serve them in plastic. Secondly, it tasted nothing like what the flavor they were supposed to be. You know when something has been sitting in the fridge too long and it adapts the flavors of it's neighbors(?). That is how it tasted. Sadly. But I'd be back again. First time coming to this location, wanted to see the what the hype was about. The pastries/food was very fresh and they did continue to bring out fresh items while I was there. I ordered a hazelnut half caf latte, and it was just ok. The service was not all that great it took a very long time for the girl at the register to greet and ask if we were ready. She was in training, but even with her trainer it took about 5 minutes for them to comprehend the order. I also do not like how there is no place to pick up your drinks. They just call your name to go up to either side of the counter. Unfortunately, this idea is not good because it is crowded and hard to get through people that are in line. The place is very clean and organized but it is not that spacious. The tables are pretty close together, and it's not that many. You can lounge outside in front or near Coffee Bean if you want. Overall, I think its decent and it's new, so it's a lot of hype. I'm not a pastry girl so I'm not into that but I'm sure they are great, my mom was satisfied with hers. I just think the customer service could be better, and more attentive. However, for parking, It's in a busy shopping center so it may be hard to find parking during certain hours. read more

Couple of tables inside and outside...during the day it can be a little loud with the older women gathering and chatting it up Workers: they're still learning the system but they're very nice. Just please be patient for now since everything is new :) Food: compared to like some of the Korea town locations, they don't have as many options it seems like but they have the good basics...but I can see them running out. Finally!! My bf and I have been waiting for this location to open since it is WAY closer to us than the Encino one!! So hyped and what a great spot for it. There aren't really any good bakeries at all in this area! I passed by the morning of their soft opening but had already placed a mobile order for my coffee at coffee bean next door so I made it a point to come back the next morning. I was the only one there and more people showed up after. The workers were still preparing but had a bunch out in their display already. Super nice and greeted me when I entered. I walked right up to get my Iced Pistachio White Mocha Latte which I believe is seasonal so I'm getting it while I can!! Ever since my friend Alix (IG: Bbkappa) told me about it, I've been hooked. The girl didn't make it as good as I expected and wasn't able to use my discount code for signing up on the app but that's ok. I'll save it for another time. Might just be for classic coffees or something. I came back the next day and whoever made my drink, made it perfect! Just what I was used to. I love the sizes of the drinks which makes it way more worth your money. The setup of this bakery is so spacious and love the rattan seats and marble tables!
