K was my artist this time and he did such an amazing job, as per usual! He was super kind and asked me questions along the way to make sure my nails turned out the way I liked. He was so precise and detailed, I think these are my favorite set yet :)

I had a great experience with my nails. I was a walk-in and was seen within 10-15 minutes. I originally picked out a color but didn't like it while the tech was painting my toes. I requested to please have it changed, that I would pay, and she said it was fine, no additional charge and helped me pick a better color. I got extensions for my hands which look amazing thanks to Anne. All in all, loved the place and will definitely be coming back!

I ended up leaving when they just started clearing off my nails. The service is horrendous.

If I can read them as zero, they would be a zero. Ask them if they could be creative with nails with the color pine. I wanted unable to do so they could only copy some other design. I also let them know that I needed a pedicure and her and damage due to a bone spur. I have a toenail that grows crooked and therefore, I needed them to cut it in a way that it wouldn't grow into the skin. I told her that they could cut it shorter. It would not hurt, and it would not believe she refused and handed me the nail clippers myself. I asked her why I would pay for someone to hand me the clippers to clip my own toenails if I'm telling her it will be fine. They didn't proceed to tell me well then fine you can leave so I left. The customer service there is horrible. Did not even bother to try. If you want your nails poorly done or just half assed then this is the perfect place for you. If you want some decent nails where they actually do their job since you're paying for a service go somewhere else.

Just did a basic gel fill and I was so impressed! K was my manicurist. He gave so much attention to detail and gave me the best shaping I've gotten in months. I was so impressed with his precision and skill. Really kind too, he jumped up to grab me a pillow when I put my purse behind my back. Next time I come to town I'd love to come back here!

Im picky when it comes to mani / pedis. I am very active and bite my nails a lot so I need extra work done when I have a manicure. Here they spent their time and cleaned up my cuticles beautifully. The foot massage was great too, and not lackadaisical. My favorite thing is that they do not upsell or bug you for special packages, scrubs, extra massages, flowers etc... like they do everywhere else. My only complaint would be that the chairs aren't the best Ive been in but all in all a great spot for a nice treat. read more

Truth is, you can get your nails painted anywhere and I'm sure it will be fine, but for acrylics, Paris is the only place to go. I have been to many places and it's always hit or miss, Paris is always a hit. Three nail artist there do acrylics, yes I have my favorite but when they aren't available the other two are always great too. They shape with skill, clean under your nail (big deal to me) have a great selection of colors and good quality gel polish. And if it matters to you (personally I don't care) but they make an effort to speak English only around you. Paris nails FOR THE WIN read more

Trini gave me the best foot and hand massage ever . I swear I was in heaven . I just got back into town and had already gotten my nails done two days prior , but my mother wanted hers done . So while she got her hands and feet done I got my massages . I will definitely be returning . For a dollar a minute I could come by every day if I lived here . read more

Shocked! I asked for a pedicure as I had one last year at this place and it was a normally priced pedicure....$17-$20. This time, they added all this extra massage, exfoliating which I did not ask for nor did they ask if I wanted an upgrade. Once it was all complete, they charged me $40. WTH! Additionally my friend had a service which cost $14 for which she gave the person a $20 with the intention of giving a $3 tip. The person never brought her the change from the $20. So after 15 min lapsed, my friend called the person over and told them that she expected her change. Finally the person gave my friend her change, the tip was given and we left. We WILL NEVER BE BACK to this establishment! We will not be back! read more

Gross and unhygienic salon. They left dead skin from callous removals on the floor and didn't clean it up. We made an appointment for 2 mani/pedis and we waited 20 minutes till we were seated because they accepted every walk in and didn't have room for us. It took them 2 hours to do two mani/pedis. Constantly trying to move us to different seats to accommodate for the walk ins they told would be seated in 5 minutes. Don't bother coming here, I wont be. read more

I was in town for a wedding and the day before we took the kids to Dave and Busters to keep them entertained and I found this nail place down the street and decided to walk in for a pedicure and a new set of nails. It was mid Friday afternoon it wasn't busy just a couple customers. Everyone looked up when I came in they smiled said hello and I was seated for my pedicure immediately and the girl was so patient with me (I'm extremely ticklish on my feet). Before I was done with my pedicure a lady named Ann came over to start my nails then we moved to her station shortly after. Most times I just sit there and barely get any conversation in at the nails salons back home because the techs don't talk or they're are yelling around the salon to each other. Ann was so sweet we never stopped talking I lost track of time and when I told her I only had about 15min and I had to leave for rehearsals she was like I got you and quickly finished but again kept the conversation going and she did an excellent pink and white ombre for me I was very happy. It's been a week and the nails are still holding up very nicely and the prices were great. read more

Hannah, omg, totally worked out my in growing toes! No pain, no gain. Yes, it was a bit panful. But finally someone took the initiative and did my toes right. The pressure is off and my feet feel great. Find the massage chair remote and turn it on. One reason why so many fancy nails pics here is they ask for upgrades. Indulge and enjoy. I had extra massage. For ten ars, ten extra minutes. Felt great! Be sure to visit both walls of nail polish. Gratuity in cash or check only, the sign says. Subway sodas are across the way. Had an amazing gel mani/pedi here today! I didn't have an appointment and they took me right away. Everyone was in such a good mood and very friendly. The girl that shaped my nails did such a good job, i wish I'd gotten her name so I can ask for her again! I got sparkles too which i always feel can be hit or miss because so often the polish is gloppy. But it came out actually perfect! I think this is one of my favorite manis I've ever gotten. read more

I went here on a Sunday with a friend of mine; we called for an appt and said we both wanted a gel Manicure. They said they had people available but when I got there I had to wait for at least 10 minutes while my friend was immediately helped. We each got our nails done and less than 5 days later the gel was peeling off both of us. The gel polish did not last at all! My friend went back and asked them to fix it but I just asked them to take it off. When we went in they all seemed super offended that we were back and most definitely were talking about us. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

They got me into a chair straight away and the guy who had me (didn't catch a name but he has glasses) was very nice and explained what was going on. I'm not one to pamper myself but it was a lot of fun. The environment was nice and friendly and they really got busy after a while, which I take as a good sign. I would definitely go back. Oh and best part their work is affordable and lasts! I'm a swim instructor in the poll 4 out of 5 days and it's been almost a week and no chipping or anything! read more

it was pretty decent, really busy on a Friday. their specialty definitely lies in Gel polish. the guy who did my acrylic did a good job except one finger nail was done crookedly. They dont have anyway for you to have regular nail polish to dry i.e no machines to sit at. However i will be returning to get my nail fixed and the polish fixed. read more

Wonderful experience and decent prices! The guy who did my nails asked me all the questions about how I wanted them before he started to make sure that he was going to do it right. Hands down one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. I am very picky when it comes to manicure and pedicures and they do such a good job every time. They are all very friendly, everything is very clean /sanitized, and always have availability to take appointments. Boca does my nails and Hana does my toes about every two weeks. I would discourage anyone from wasting your time stopping in. My husband and I were greeted with do you have an appointment? Since one person was in the salon, I asked....do we need one? She said, no but what do you want? I said two pedicures. She looked around and said can you come back in 30 minutes? At the same time we both replied....NO. And we walked out. All the chairs were empty but one, three of the chairs had either dirty towels or someone's empty water bottle on it. The place looked dirty and the staff was unkind. I am so glad we left and went to Shea Nails on Dorsett Rd. Beautiful clean salon, they greeted us and brought us directly into a super clean and comfortable chair, gave us beautiful pedicures and asked us to come back. They even offered us a complimentary beverage menu during our stay. I will spread the word on this Salon. Take you money elsewhere!! read more

I went over on a Friday, with an appoint but they were super busy. Although I had to wait for about 20 minutes after my appointment time, it was worth it. Bonny and Kathy did a great job with my pedicure and manicure respectively. I got the regular ones. My nails looked great for over two weeks with no chipping or cracking! I had the best pedicure today at Paris Nails! My friend and I called last minute and they said to come in. We were seated right away. I didn't catch the name of the woman who did my nails but she was incredibly sweet and thorough! The best part was how clean the salon is!! They use liners for the bath tubs which I loved and all the tools came out of packages. At only $20, I will definitely be back here! read more

Went in on a Sunday after work, needed to get my eyebrows done. It was 5:03 when I walked up and realized the sign on the door said they closed at 5pm on Sundays. The door was open, a few employees hanging around, when they saw me, one said you can come in what you like... I said just an eyebrow wax and they took me in (after closing time) that alone deserves a nice review. The lady that did my brows, was patient, took her time, did them right and still gave me a little temple massage at the end. Today, decided to go in at my lunch hour for a pedicure and again the service was great. The gal took her time, did a good job and got a little foot rub too. read more

No way.....do not go there!! They ripped me off!! went with a coupon for $12.99 pedicure,had nothing extra...Bonnie..had her son complete the polish after the pedicure & then they charged me &23.00.OK so....I called when I got home...did not want a confrontation...she said "$10.00 to remove the old polish" WHAT!!!!.......never again!!!! beware!! read more

That's it. Kristina cut my nails, didn't remove any ingrown or cuticles and was polishing my toes by minute 25. If you take a peek on their website, the service is for an hour. I left with crooked toes and not much done at all aside from dry drilling on my heels, cutting and polish. For $100 this was insanity.

Not long ago I went to a nail shop to get one nail fixed that had split. As I waited in this establishment, I noticed many other women were started to come in for their nails etc. Next thing I knew Paris Nails took the women that came in after me, What ? Then they took the women that came in after her? At this time They asked me to have a seat. Finally. oh but wait the guy that works there spoke in their language and guess what he took the very last person that came in !!!!! In closing Being a Black women and everyone else NOT black, It no doubt was a PREJUDICE MOVE. and shame on the white women who did not speak up and took my spot in line. I have been a customer at this salon for several years. During my recent visit for a regular manicure and pedicure, I was assisted by Lisa for the manicure and Meena for the pedicure. Unfortunately, the quality of both services was below expectations, with even the basic nail shaping poorly executed. When I politely requested adjustments, Lisa appeared irritated and dismissive. Tom, Ana, Steve, Poka and Quinn were all wonderful very welcoming and professional. I had such an enjoyable pedicure! I wish they had more pedicure options but my lady did a great job and gave an amazing massage. I was so relaxed I wanted to sleep. She took her time even tho they were closing at 5 and did my pedicure until 545. I definitely would recommend this place, I found it in a bind as my normal place is closed on Sunday. You will receive nothing but the best service. The most thing i like about this salon was a fill, they abrasion all the old powder really clean first then do the new powder and it look really thin and natural. I have the acrylics nail for many years and do it in to many different salon but i think this is the best salon do a fill make me gratification. read more
