We went here with a few other friends and all our kids-12 humans in total. They were very accommodating of our large party and we were able to sit within sight of a large open play area where all the kids could run around. My wife had the Hefeweizen and I had a summer ale. Both beers were good. Not spectacular, but easily drinkable nonetheless. The food menu is pretty limited. It essentially consists of appetizers, pizza, and salad. We did not get a salad, but we got a pretzel which was quite good and split a pizza. The pretzel was soft, more so than your traditional German pretzel, but quite tasty and served with a spicy mustard. I'd order it again for sure. The pizza was also a pleasant surprise. It's neopolitan style pizza so a very thin crust and cooked in a 600+ degree oven for only a handful of minutes. It was also very yummy. Only problem we had was a complication trying to divide up the bill. This place is a winner and I'll be back. read more

Parker County Brewing ticks all of the boxes with excellent device, great venue, and of course outstanding beer! The bacon chicken ranch pizza was delicious. On the beer side, I really enjoyed the hazy IPA being that it was almost 100 degrees. If you are a stout fan then give the chocolate vanilla milk stout a try. read more

We had lunch on a Saturday. Great atmosphere and the pizza was delish. Like so many restaurants today, it seemed like there wasn't enough wait staff on hand for the busy afternoon. In town on business and I had dinner here tonight. There was a live musician, solo. I wasn't in the mood for music, live or otherwise but he was a good player, his voice was on key and it was just good. I enjoyed it. Had a couple of flights because I wanted to sample a variety. They pretty much all tasted exactly as they sounded. All the brews were respectable with my two favorites being the hazy mango, and the Galactic Cowboy. Very well balanced. Ordered a pizza and by TX standards it was very good. The toppings could have been pushed further to the edge along with the sauce to reduce the Pappa John's style feeling, and the dough could have fermented in the fridge another 2 or 3 days for better flavor but all in all, it was a great effort. The part time bartender Nicole was amazing. She tended bar and seemed to be pouring drinks for the entire restaurant and she never seemed stressed, and was always attentive. I would have given 5 stars but had to knock one because 1. PLEASE give me a paper menu or booklet; I accept the risk of touching something another human has touched and I spend too much time staring at my phone all day. When I wanna check out, I don't wanna check back in. 2. Your lack of a pepper grinder is most disturbing. This is a place that serves craft beer, and artisan (almost) pizza and you want to serve me 10,000 pepper dust in a paper packet that lost all of its flavor when I was an infant? That stuff is just rebranded sneezing powder. Please pony up the small cash and put sea salt, and pepper grinders on the tables or at least behind the bar. This is a small gesture that would go a long way. In any case, if you are in town, give this place a try. I will definitely return. read more

Stopped in the other day with my family for lunch and was not disappointed! Kids got sliders, wife a salad, and I picked up a really good pizza. The service was exceptional, I had a great conversation and recommendation from our server on some tatto work in the area too! Any time you can have a quality bite paired with good beer is good, but to have a truly good experience you need great service. When we first got here we were greeted and had gotten a table after only waiting ten minutes which was great. Then the server comes up and asks us what we wanted to drink and I had ordered water and was looking at the drinks when I realized I had forgotten my id but had a picture of it on my phone. Asked the server if that was okay and he said they had to ask and it wasn't. I was frustrated but knew it was my fault. Then we were unattended for 25 minutes and finally my boyfriend had to stop him just to put in an appetizer. Got that fairly quick and then when he came to get the plate we decided to eat dinner and were looking at the pizzas. My boyfriend goes she's just looking give her a couple mins to decide. 15 mins go by and nothing even though he walked by multiple times but rushed by looking down at the floor when he saw us. We finally just went to the front and wanted to pay and leave because I don't know who the young man was with the nose piecing but God fucking pray for whoever you take care of next because with service like that you aren't gonna get tipped or get tipped very well. Maybe stacking books at a library would be more your speed but still could be quite a bit hard cause they are more organized and can get shit done then you could. But hey at least the guaranteed a pay check and won't have to rely on the tips you will never get from being a server. The atmosphere was nice but the food was not that great (at least for how it was priced). The beer was good although they did not have much on tap when we were there so I just got a beer out of a can. We ordered the bruschetta thinking it would have a good tomato to cheese ratio but there was almost no cheese or vinegar on it and it was basically all tomato. Then the Margarita pizza came we almost thought they gave us the wrong pizza because we thought it was a cheese pizza but then we realized nope that's our pizza. The pizza was okay but my boyfriend turned to me and said "this tastes like a frozen pizza I can make at home" and I couldn't have agreed more. Did a to go order and when I arrived part of my order was missing. I told the bar tender that my drinks were missing and she didn't even know that I had ordered any. I that thought was odd that she didn't know I had ordered the drinks. She asked me what they were and then she made three other drinks for other people before she made mine. She didn't appear to be very interested in helping me and seemed out off by my asking for my entire order. read more

Can't recommend this place enough. It is the first brewery in Parker county since the prohibition days. I took the Tuesday night tour and talked to the brew masters/owners for 45+ minutes! They are very knowledgeable on the science of brewing and didn't hesitate to answer all of our questions. The beer was excellent. Did I mention they have great pizza? We got a garlic chicken pizza and it was very good. You really can't go wrong with pizza and beer after a long day at work. Okay, so.... only reason why it's not 5 stars is that it's called a Brewery and they only have 5 beers, and we didn't LOVE them. The pizza however is another story. WOW -- amazing pizza. Great crust, wood fired. Awesome toppings/combinations. We really really liked the white pizza, the cheeseburger one, and the calzone was great. Service was excellent. Very casual chill environment. Would you believe that beer, wonderfully, mystically craft brewed beer right here in little old Willow Park?? You bet! Amazing stuff huh? Here's the kicker...it's actually really, really good. So good, in fact, that's it not unusual to see Parker County luminaries such as mayors, county commissioners, or even Randy Galloway here from time to time. So how is the pizza? Oh my goodness it's good!! I'd even go so far as to say it is great! A pizza is only as good as it's ingredients and the owners only use the best. Their pizza sauce is made exclusively with San Marzano tomatoes...that's why it is so tangy and delicious. The cheese? Top notch mozzarella! The ingredients? Candied jalapeños, fresh arugula, smoked brisket, artisan Italian sausage, fresh eggs, etc etc etc...you really must try this place ...and not just for the beer!! read more
