Went for the first time and had the buffet. Very fresh with quality ingredients. You can even make a special request if you'd like. The only thing I didn't like was that the pizza ran out pretty quickly. People are waiting around for the next pizza to come up and before you know it it's gone. Pretty good thin crust pizza. You can get a giant pizza free if you order a giant. Lots of pizza for leftovers and it is good leftover. No delivery but easy to get to for pickup. I have never eaten in but they have an all you can eat buffet for a little more then Cici's charges and I think the pizza is a lot better. read more

This quaint little pizza joint in far west Fort Worth in a very small strip shopping center doesn't impress from the outside. But, the pizza and salad bar inside were delicious. Seating is all of about 50 and when I arrived tonight, the supper crowd was fairly small. It appeared a large group had, thankfully, just left. Otherwise, the small buffet serving table would have been crowded and overrun. But, with a small crowd of about a dozen customers, they kept the buffet full of fresh, hot pizza. The salad bar was also fresh and full. And, the two young ladies up front were super friendly. Though I submitted a special request for the buffet when I came in, when it never arrived on the buffet, I asked again and the order had apparently gotten lost. By the time it was ready, I was already mostly full. But, this is my only complaint. Completely unrelated to the pizza, the restaurant was full of Halloween decor, a fun touch to a happy place. I ordered 6 giant pizzas for a work luncheon. I called various times because I had questions regarding my upcoming order. They don't have an online menu and the 3 different times I called the girl on the phone was not pleasant. In having a customer oriented type business the person on the phone should at least be friendly. It felt as if I was an inconvenience to the people on the phone. I've been coming to Parton's for well over 30 years, the pizza is still as good as I remember it to be. The buffet is always good, pizza is always hot, request what you want and they sometimes will bring it to your table first so you can grab your slices. I picked up my pizza to go on Sat, when I got home I realized it was not what I'd ordered. I called them and they offered to remake it, I went back and they even refunded my money. Good pizza buffet! They have a dinner buffet which is nice and they take requests if you don't see something on the buffet you like. I requested a cheese and it was done in probably 10 minutes, maybe less. The inside has a neat pizza parlor vibe. The buffet includes a fountain drink in the price and it's unlimited refills. Located in a seedy part of town and next to some interesting businesses BUT the pizza is to die for! Walking in you will see lots of cheap holiday decor and you will feel like you've walked into a major dive. There is a "buffet" of about 3/4 pizzas at a time and my husband thinks it's God's gift to earth that they serve tater tots with their pizza. The tomato bacon pizza is their signature pizza and it's probably the only one i jump on when they call out that it is on the buffet. On the back wall is a salad bar with a few desert options like pudding. Nothing to write home about but it's a good option to help fill you up and not all on pizza. My only complaint would be the small seating options and the speed the pizzas come out but that doesn't change my star rating. The pizza is just too darn good! This was my first time here. I really wanted to like this place. Maybe I came at the wrong time. It was during the latter part of lunch around 12:40 p.m. When I walked in, it was packed. I waited 5 seconds for a host and quickly figured I needed to walk up to the register. There was NOT a formal greeting from the lady who assisted me at the register. I would recommend to the crew here to greet customers by saying, "Hi. Welcome to Partons' Pizza. Is this your first time dining with us?" That's an opportunity to explain to your new guest the operation of your establishment and that seating is self-serve as well as your drink if you order one. The salad bar is included and located at the back behind you. If there is a special pizza you want, you can place your order here and we will get it right out. I did not get any of that. I paid my $9.50 and asked a few questions myself. I then began my scavenger hunt for the salad bar and available seating. The clearing of tables was a slow process here. There were five opened tables but they hadn't been cleaned yet. I decided to waste some time by going to the salad bar that I found while looking for a table. The pizza was good and at the time I was there the bar was stocked well. By the time I sat down, the packed place went to six of us. I had mixed feelings on how to rate Parton's Pizza. It is my favorite pizza by far! However, in the last year or so the service has become so bad that I'm afraid I won't be dining there anymore. Which is very hard for me as I love their pizza. But every time I go for the buffet there is a dining room full of people and no pizza on the buffet line. This can be at 11:30am, 12:00pm, 12:30pm, it doesn't matter when you go. The bottom line is they can't keep up with the demand. I don't know if they need a bigger kitchen or more ovens, but as soon as a pizza hits the buffet line, it is gone. You can easily wait up to 15 minutes to get some pizza. That's the problem with dining in. So we stopped dining in and started just getting our pizzas to go. They wasn't much better. Several times (and I mean more than 10) I've called, been asked to be put on hold, they set the phone down and that's the last I hear from someone. I can hear them helping people in the background, but they totally forget I'm on the line. So I hang up and call back and the same thing happens again. I was so excited to be visiting back in Fort Worth and going to my favorite pizza place. Then I walked in. They RUINED "Patrons Pizza." It might as well be "Parton's Playground and Pizza". I walked in and they had games and gum ball machines and little kids running EVERYWHERE. I might as well have gone to "Golden Corral" or "Chucky Cheese" buffets with little kids running a mock and touching everything grosses me out. We always try to come during buffet times since the kiddos just love it as much as we do. They will take requests and make them fresh for the buffet if its not already out. You never have to worry about old pizza that could be stale or cold, because as soon as it hits the buffet, it's gone within moments, but there's always plenty with good choices, and again, if what you want isn't out, they'll make it at your request. Wanted pizza for lunch for the first time in forever!! Googled pizza near me and this little hole in the wall popped up less than 2 miles from work. Had great reviews so we tried it out. Of course being lunch time it was super crowded and the popular thing is the pizza lunch buffet. No pizza because everyone was waiting and eating as fast as these guys were making it! We decided to order our own. Ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza which I've never had before and it was EXCELLENT! Reminded me of the pizza at Pizza King in Longview owned by the Inman's from my childhood. So good and a great memory popped up for me :). The crust was light and crispy and the toppings fresh. The salad bar was good as well and they didn't use bagged lettuce (a triple plus for me!). Literally in a small well-dated shopping strip near the base. Looks scary from the outside but small and colorfully decorated on the inside. Will Definitely go there again! In fact I will order take home next time I need some dinner!
