BEWARE - this place charges your card for 90 days without any communication. We asked Michael the gm about cancelling and he lied and withheld this info. Then when we asked to cancel he said, "sorry not for 90 days" it was a total bait and switch. I NEVER leave reviews like this but this place needs to be shut down.

Edited review: thank you to the business manager who took the time to write back. We will def come back again another day to see how things normally run with full staff. Have a good one! Original post: We came on Sunday around 2pm. This place is under staffed. We have one guy running 2 rides and also had the responsibility of running the prize stand as well. Then there's only one worker in the front handling payment for tokens, admission/rides, and also if you're paying with credit card to buy food/drinks you'll have to pay in the front. The eating area is dirty. Tables not wiped down and the chairs are worn out and also dirty. Two workers in the kitchen and a longish line to order. If they were fully staffed, I think we would have had a better experience. The jungle gym has a hole in the wall where my toddler kid could climb through it before I noticed him and stopped him. Some of the games are broken or steal your tokens once you put it in the machine. The rides for the kiddos are nice and fun and the arcade games were great too. Two stars knocked off because dirty, and need more staff.

I love the carnival rise. You do $19 to get in and $20 for tokens and that should do you for good two hours with two children ages 3 to 5. A lot of the bigger rides in there are free to get on the grandchildren loved it we stayed for two hours.

We came to Party Jungle for a Birthday. I think it's mainly because of Blippi that we had high expectations. The place wasn't the cleanest or the most organised. The arcade itself is in need of repairs. Most of the Machines were out of order. Other machines were just eating tokens and not giving any tickets. The rides for the younger ones are a little better the kids enjoyed the train. The staff was friendly but i strongly suggest keeping the place cleaner. Overall the little ones had a good time with their friends because it was a birthday party otherwise I don't think there's much to do here. Cheers!

My 3 kids (ages 9,7, and 2) just attended a birthday party here. Let me start off by saying I have been to so many kids parties in the last year and this was by far the most enjoyable. The rides were all kids friendly and my kids loved them! Even my 2 year old! We got a few token to play some games, we noticed a few games didn't give us tickets after winning. I found the manager and he was quick and efficient and making things right. He not only offered to replace our lost token but also made sure the machines we won on printed our winning tickets. All of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional working the rides and other activities for the kids. I would highly recommend this kids place for parties or just a place to take the kids to run off some energy.

Ask the Community - Party Jungle

    What are the prices?

$19.95 + tax per child for any child riding the rides, regardless of age. Adults are free. This is for all day use of our rides, mini golf, jungle gym and lazer tag (which is for kids 5+). We also offer a household monthly membership for $19.99 +…

Is there anything fun to do for an 11-year-old boy?

They could still do the rides, laser tag, and playground! In my opinion, I'd say this place is for younger kids. Most kids I see here are under 6 years old.

What are the regulations inside most recently? Are masks required? Reservations?

No reservations required and masks for everyone over the age of 5. Their website has more information as well!

Why did they quit playing music at Party Jungle? We always enjoyed the music.

We feel the same way! We are working on it!

Does Party Jungle have more open days near Christmastime? We will probably be altering our plans if PJ is open the Monday before.

We are sorry, but unfortunately, we do not have any plans to be open on Mondays.

Do the rides have a height requirement? My son is 35 inches.

Only one of our rides has a requirement of 42", but parents may ride that ride with their kids. All of the other rides, the children can ride alone, regardless of height,as long as they can stay safely seated and buckled.

I have been trying to call this place all week and no one answers...I have questions for a birthday party...first are adults free?...can kids play all day and just go to the party room at the reserved time? What kind of food is there besides pizza?

We are sorry you are having trouble reaching us by phone. The park is extremely loud which makes it very difficult to hear the phone. We do call back every message. Adults are always free of charge, even with the party package. The wristbands that…

    Does your facility sell socks?

Yes, we do for $2 per pair.

What age range do you cater to? Would my 10 year old enjoy it or is it more geared to younger kids?

Our target age group is 2-10, so yes,a 10-year-old will have fun!

Once you have paid to get in are you allowed to leave and re-enter?

The wristband is good for one entrance with no time limit, but there is no re-entry.

Is there a height requirement for rides? Would my 2yo be able to ride on the rides?

As long as your child will remain seated and buckled, we will allow them to ride.We do have one ride with a height requirement, however parents may ride that one with their children.

Will my 5&7 year olds will be interested?

Yes!! They will have a lot of fun!

Do you have a room or space for birthday parties?

We have five private jungle-themed party rooms available for private parties

Conveniently located right off Grand Ave (US 60) in a little strip mall right in the heart of Surprise. Tons of ample parking for you and some of your closest friends! We were greeted immediately when we walked in. Contrary to what a few of the other reviews have said, you do ** NOT ** need to bring quarters with you. Obviously, you can. But it's not necessary. The nice gentleman running the place today gladly took our $20 bill and give us a few $5 bills back. From there, you can go to their change machine in the back, chuck in your $1 bills or $5 bills and it'll spit out quarters at you. Once you've got your pockets full of quarters, head over to one of the many machines and be prepared to be entertained! It's $1 per game. I know, but this ain't 1984 anymore so a dollar per game checks out. We blew through our $20 in a hair over an hour. It is incredibly clean inside! The machines functioned with no issues at all and I can't stress enough about how clean the machines (and everything) was here at Player 1! If you want to partake in some soda or alcohol, they can serve you up some refreshments while you've got your hands full with a pinball machine. Super fun way to spend a hot summertime afternoon here in Arizona. We will DEFINITELY be back. Such a cool place. Can't recall the last time I saw this many pinball machines lined up in a row. I think I was listening to Van Halen on cassette on my boom box. Highly recommended, friends! Go check them out!

They had childhood games like Street Fighter, Galaga and Elvira. Check the murals in all three bathrooms (different themes). My favorite was the Take on Me mural, but Bowie, Prince and Ghostbusters are cool too. They had Beastie Boys. It's not loud, but not crowded on Sunday. They have a pinball league. Check Instagram for info. Happy hour is 3-7 with $1 drinks. A fun date night or stop for drinks.

The premise is similar to an escape room, but there are several themed, interactive rooms that you try to progress through. Each room has a 3 minute time limit and if you pass the first challenge, a door opens to another room. Each themed room has 3 challenges total. We all had a lot of fun working together as a team. The rooms are hard to complete (at least for us lol) and some of the rooms required more physical ability. There are employees there to help you as requested, which helps if you get stuck on what you're supposed to do. The rooms are well put together, theme-wise, which adds to the experience of the challenges. There were a lot of people there, which meant a long waiting time. I feel as though we did more waiting than we did inside the rooms. Although, it didn't help that several rooms broke or weren't functioning correctly throughout the night. There's also a bar in the back where you can grab drinks and food, if you so choose. I would recommend waiting until after the experience since you have a 2 hour time limit. Overall, Bam Kazam is a unique activity to get a group of friends or family together for a night of fun and challenges! I would definitely go back again, but perhaps on a weekday or a time that would be less busy.

So there we were, headed to Castles N' Coasters a wholesome amusement park in the desert... a place…read morefor families, laughter, and apparently, poor decision-making. Now my buddy this man reaches into his pocket and pulls out what I can only describe as a historical artifact. I'm talking a doobie so big it looked like Bob Marley himself rolled it during a greatest hits tour. I said, "Absolutely not. I am a grown man. I got responsibilities. I got a mortgage. I got snacks at home I haven't even finished yet." That didn't matter. Next thing I know, windows are up, car turns into a Dutch oven of bad decisions, and now I'm just along for the ride literally and spiritually. Somewhere between "this is a bad idea" and "why is everything funny," I lost control of the evening. We pull into the park around that magical time you know, that in-between hour... not quite day, not quite night... like God dimmed the lights and said, "Alright boys, let's see what happens." The whole place is glowing neon lights, arcade buzz, roller coasters rattling in the distance. Felt like walking into a carnival dream... or maybe a fever dream. Jury's still out. Now here's the thing about this place it's been around since the late '70s, sitting right there in Phoenix like a desert time capsule of fun. You got four roller coasters, including the Desert Storm, which sounds fun until you're on it reconsidering every life choice that led you there. Then there's the Patriot wooden, loud, and about as gentle as a bar fight. And somehow... SOMEHOW... we thought tequila beforehand was a good idea. So now we're buzzed, slightly baked against our will, and wandering this park like three philosophers who lost their notes. We're laughing at everything. Nothing's funny but everything's hilarious. A trash can? Comedy gold. A churro? Best thing I've ever eaten in my life. A child running past me? I'm emotionally invested in his journey. But I'll give credit where it's due the park itself? Clean. Staff's friendly. Nobody's judging three grown men giggling like idiots. It's got that old-school charm too arcades, mini golf, rides, the whole deal. You can bring a family here... or whatever version of a situation we were. Now the rides... oh, the rides. Let me tell you something nothing will make you rediscover fear like being slightly out of your mind on a roller coaster you thought you could handle. I got scared... not once... not twice... but a few times. The kind of scared where you start making promises to God you don't intend to keep. "I'll be a better man if I survive this drop..." Didn't mean a word of it. By the end of the night, we had the munchies, the laughs, and just enough dignity left to get back to the car without needing a group meeting. For a couple hours, though? We were kids again. No responsibilities. No stress. Just lights, noise, and pure, ridiculous fun. So yeah Castles N' Coasters might be a family amusement park... but under the right or completely wrong circumstances, it turns into one hell of a story. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Just... maybe crack a window on the way there.

There are multiple movie theaters, a lot of bowling lanes, a grill, concession stand, a glow in the dark mini golf course, and an arcade. I worked with the event coordinator Emily beforehand and it was such a pleasant experience. I was not stressed at all, they did everything to my preferences and all I had to do was bring the cake. They frequently checked in on my preferences beforehand and even asked how I wanted the room decorated, which they handled themselves. There are several different food options to choose from for parties but we went with pizza which was pretty good. Everything was very reasonably priced, including the alcoholic beverages, which were fun and delicious. The arcade games were all working and well maintained. They had a decent variety and definitely had all the classic games I like to play. The prize counter was also nice and I enjoyed the glow golf course. My younger nephews came to the party and enjoyed so this is definitely a fun venue for all ages. Above anything else, every single staff member made the experience so pleasant from the event coordinator (who personally was present to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted it) to the party host (who checked in on us regularly) to the bartender to the person at the prize counter. I felt like everyone truly wanted me to have a happy birthday and a great event. I would happily come here to hang out or have another event.
