My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. Communication is poor, and it often feels like calls are being screened or ignored rather than addressed professionally. A major issue arose regarding a biopsy. The office had my insurance information on file but failed to inform me that the lab they used was out-of-network. At no point was I given the opportunity to consent to this. When I brought it to their attention, they dismissed the situation by saying, "this has never happened before," instead of taking responsibility. As a result, I've been left with a bill they refuse to cover, despite their lack of transparency. Additionally, I had a very concerning experience on October 31. I witnessed a staff member at the front desk drinking while patients were present. I was told the office was closed, yet the door signage indicated they were open, there was a parent waiting in the lobby, and dental equipment was visibly set up in the back. This raised serious concerns about professionalism and patient safety.

Then she convinced me to just take the cracked out and do a filling with bone or something. I knew what was happening but it was already done. the followed up was months later when I came she said there was another tooth that needed extraction and another needed a crown. She extracted the tooth that was the third extracted tooth under her care and in addition to that she made the crown. I though the crown was to complete something else but the tooth with the crown kept hurting I called back they gave an appointment with a different dentist an African American lady whom am assuming didn't know what had happened and said that everything looked perfect. But the tooth kept hurting i tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager that never came to the phone so I went to a different dentist who told me I need a root canal in the tooth that had the crown. I though that's not the right way to do things I though the order of things was root canal followed by a crown but no she did the crown without a root canal then one Friday someone called to confirm an appointment with the surgeon on a Saturday a surgeon that came once every few months the problem was that no one told me that I had that appointment or even that the tooth with crown still needed a root canal now I have to go have a major surgery with a different dentist the crown is basically going to be trash and I might lose another tooth under the care for over a year of dr Nadia Zorapapel I've had 4 teeth extracted more teeth in one year than in my whole life. In addition to all of these the last time I went one of the assistants at around 5pm decided that she needed to get a full set of xrays I didn't understand why since I was about to leave but did it anyway then I realized is because every set of xrays is paid so it was about money not care. The icing on the cake is that I called the office to ask for the email of someone in charge so that I could sent a formal complaint they put me with an office manager named Stephanie who did not provide contact info did not provide Dr Nadia Zotapapel license number said that it wasn't her job and finally just basically got upset and hanged up. I think Dr Nadia has a narcissistic complex and is not able to correct any of her mistakes not even acknowledge them and her w way of being is becoming the culture of her practice meaning that the assistants and managers are as dismissive as DrNadia Zorapapel. I wish I knew a way to hold Nadia Zorapapel liable and responsible for all this but i don't know how the only thing left to do is to leave a formal complaint with the California dental board and the insurance companies that keep paying for xrays. I gotta accept that it was counter productive to go to this dentist . They should make very clear that they are not specialist and are extremely limited in what they can do. Basically this Dr Nadia has a hammer and that's how she conducts surgeries cause she really can't. I do want to acknowledge that there are a couple very nice ladies in the counter that there are other dentist who seemed more caring and professional and this complain pertains specifically about dr Nadia who is a narcissistic unprofessional dr that does not care about her patients her assistant who cracked my tooth and finally the manager Stephanie who refuse to give me the contact info I asked for the Dr's license number or anything for that matter got on the phone to put me in my place and hang up. Recently got Delta Dental, and this was the office assigned to me. Be aware, they are only open two…read moredays a week. I still have the tooth underneath and just needed a temporary for now. I got my X-rays done. I've seen plenty of dental xrays and these were just masses of blurry blobs on the screen. Once done, I was sent back out to the waiting room. Eventually, I was moved into an exam room. Read an entire magazine while I waited. 90 mins after my appt, the doctor came in. He proceeded to poke into my mouth with a small mirror and started to WIGGLE one of the root tips in my mouth while giving instructions to the nurse. I tried to stop him, but the man was on a mission. He went over my entire mouth multiple times, changing the numbers he gave the girl more than once, obviously confused. While he poked and prodded and mumbled, he was LEANING IN MY SHOULDER AND FOREHEAD LIKE I WAS A DESK!!!! I might as well have had IKEA stamped on my head! THEN, he says the crown next to the missing one needs to be replaced. O_O. The 'crown' he spoke of is NOT A CROWN but a real tooth. He left, and the front office girl came in and told me my total would be close to $3,000. I have insurance, so I got a discount! I made another appointment just to be polite to the girls up front, since I was pretty much in shock. I could still feel the heel of the man's hand imprinted on my forehead. I'd rather go without the crown than ever return.

Thankfully, I went to Dr. Meserkhani for a second opinion--and I'm so glad I did. He was able to save both teeth with root canals. Dr. Abrishami, the endodontist, performed the root canals, and the experience was surprisingly easy and painless. He's incredibly skilled and also very friendly, which helped me feel at ease right away. Throughout the process, Dr. Arbi Aboolian also worked on my teeth and was just as professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Everyone I interacted with made me feel confident I was in good hands. After the root canals, Dr. Meserkhani placed a crown on one tooth and a veneer on the other. The results are amazing--my front teeth look identical, natural, and beautifully done. Dr. Meserkhani is very detail-oriented, which I really appreciated since I'm quite particular about aesthetics. The staff were also so warm and welcoming. I've always felt anxious about going to the dentist, but this was the first time in over 30 years that I actually felt calm and comfortable. Don't ever see Dr. Spero -- he is short tempered, egotistical, disrespectful, and misogynistic…read more Office is super disorganized and doesn't remember patients and their history because they split time between 2 offices. When I told Dr Spero I had a root canal based on the advice he gave me last year he became defensive and said I was lying (why would I lie about the medical advice he himself gave me? He did my filling that immediately needed a root canal, so I guess it hurt his ego since he said I should have had the procedure done with him and not an endodontist - which is the opposite of what he told me last year via text message). I have a photo of the text where he told me to see an endotontist, so he is clearly blaming me for his misremembering. The way he was talking to me was making me uncomfortable while I was in the chair, and he even closed the door so others wouldn't listen which made me more uncomfortable and uneasy around him. So as we were talking I politely said I preferred not to do any treatment today, to which he just got up and left the room with no words. As I left the office I told the receptionist that I felt weird vibes, and he came out yelling at me to get out of the office in a childish temper tantrum, saying I was the one who made HIM uncomfortable. I have never had an experience like this with a medical professional. Dr Spero's behavior today showed he doesn't seem able to control his emotions or empathize with patients, which is concerning for someone who is meant to help people. Telling a doctor you are feeling uncomfortable and want to leave is your right as a patient, and shouldn't be taken as a personal affront. As a young woman I told Dr Spero that I felt uncomfortable and asked to leave, and he the older man followed up with DARVO by turning it on me to pretend I was the offender. Beware and choose any other dentist who isn't short-tempered, pompous, and utterly disrespectful.
