The food is tasty and the service is quick! I'm giving the restaurant 4 starts specifically for the beef bolognese with the chefs pasta! It's so good!! Unfortunately, the pizza and the fettuccine sauce were mediocre so I can't recommend them. But I'll keep going back just for the beef bolognese. read more

We were so pleased to finally stop in and try the newest dining experience in the WC and boy were we pleased. From the time we walked in we were treated like family and made to feel right at home. After driving past it and looking up the reviews we ended up back here after shopping at the Grove and Krate was too packed. We were so happy we came here instead. The choices were extensive and we each got different pastas and they were all exceptional. The Vodka sauce with chicken and bacon was my favorite but the Alfredo sauce was also so good. So.. im trying to limit carbs so tried this a few times because they are one of the few restaurants that have zuchinni noodles. I've ordered this a few times and my assessment is: Sauce is creamy pesto and its good not out of this world but good Zuchinni noodles okay. This evening my hubby picked it up early and noodles sat in sauce for a few hours so prob a bit better but kinda feel like I'm eating zuchinni with a dip otherwise.. I get it hard to do zuchinni noodles don't want it to get mushy but also I f I'm trying to get the pasta experience, I can slice up zuchinni and dip it in pasta sauce at home I'm wondering what's up with the chicken..see my pic Looks like cut up spam Breadsticks don't bother. You can eat whatever dry bread you have at home. I love bread but also watch carbs. No way I'm wasting carbs on these. Fazolis breadsticks on the other hand... My sister got the chefs pasta w/ vodka (Alfredo & Mariana) & chicken which was just just as yummy (forgot to take a picture unfortunately). A little extra oily towards the end but honestly didn't mind since that's probably what kept the pasta from becoming dry. The price is reasonable considering how big the portions are. Definitely got the fast casual pasta down. Probably some of the best pasta in the area too. I am not a huge fan of any of the other pasta types but the chefs pasta was really good. Nice spring to the pasta cook. The tomato sauce was a little sweet and watery for my preference on pasta but really good on the fried ravioli. Both the Alfredo and the creamy pesto was dynamite sauces. Very hard to choose which of the 2 is better. However, taking these as leftovers, there is a lot of oil separation the next day. Really shows how much oil is in the sauce (though that's probably why it tastes so good). The oil is really the only negative I had. People were great, food was delicious, and will definitely be back when I'm craving some pasta. read more

Hidden gem! Daily made from scratch pasta in a fast casual restaurant. There was both indoor and outdoor (shaded) seating available. Very bright, clean and minimalistic aesthetic inside. Fresh grown herbs on display that are picked for dishes as needed. Dishes are brought to the table and everything is served in disposable containers besides the multi-use plastic container the pasta arrives in. Food was piping hot! Parmesan and red pepper flakes on the side. I got a side Italian salad which was filled to the top in a small plastic container. Was a bit hard to mix in the dressing since it was so packed. This was my first time having Strozzapreti pasta and it was DELICIOUS! Perfectly Al dente pasta with home made vodka sauce and Italian sausage. Don't forget dessert! The menu reads, "Made from Scratch, Fresh, Every day!" & the food definitely SCREAMS f*r*e*s*h! If I could award an extra star for handsome, friendly Owner/Chef Guy who blessed me w/ a free cannoli, I would:) A young Italian gentleman w/ a most beautiful accent, Chef Guy hails from Israel, but has worked as a chef in England & New York. He settled in Wesley Chapel just three years prior; his parents are residents. I stopped in to take some pics, but decided to try the food after Chef Guy introduced himself. He recommended his freshly made pasta w/ Vodka sauce & sausage. It sounded delicious; however, I opted for healthier Zucchini noodles rather than the Chef's Pasta (Strozzapreti) or Spaghetti, both made from scratch on site (or the Penne). And although I initially ordered the Vodka Sauce, Chef suggested I get the Pesto Sauce w/ the Zucchini noodles instead. (The sauce was light & Heavenly, & the first time I've EVER liked Pesto!) I also heeded his recommendation of sausage for an extra $2; the Italian sausage was mild & flavorful-- just incredible! (SEE PIC.) The seating area is smaller than I thought but it's a quick-style place. You order at the window and they bring it out to you. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They also came around while we were eating to check on us and ask if we needed anything. Tonight I had the chef's pasta bowl with Alfredo and added Italian sausage. The sauce and the sausage were both amazing. I love homemade pasta. The entire experience was great! The place was very well put together and was extremely clean! Food quality has gone way down! They now use frozen meatballs which you can tell first bite. the spaghetti sauce is no longer the bolognese and tastes processed too. The food was TERRIBLE! I recommend removing this from the menu as it is poor quality and taste. I called to speak with the Kitchen Manager who confirmed meatballs are frozen and refunded my money.
