Not only do they offer make-your-own pasta bowls, but they also offer "signature dishes." Found this hidden gem! We were kindly greeted by the owner, he shook our hands and introduced himself. Explained the menu and how it all works when ordering. Him and his staff are very friendly and always willing to help. Inside is cute with orange accents that give it a fun vibe! I got the build your own pasta (penne, Alfredo with grilled chicken, my mom got a build your own pasta (penne, Alfredo with grilled chicken with Spinach and mushrooms). I am definitely going back to try the rest of the menu. I love their outside eating area! Good size table, and an umbrella to provide great shade to eat comfortably. When we first arrived I was hesitant because the place was not what I was expecting, however the owner went out of his way to greet us and ask if we would like any recommendations. We ordered cheese ravioli with pesto and desired add ons along with fettuccine and vodka sauce, cheesy garlic bread and a Cesar salad. The portions were enough that we could have shared so we had ample leftovers. Everything was very tasty and our service was amazing. At the end the owner came over and boxed up our leftovers and gave us hazelnut topped donut holes for dessert. I recommend coming her for casual dining. Will be back. Wow, can I just say as a person who is gluten intolerant, this is the best pasta I have tried! Everything was so flavorful. Tried this place for the first time and it's honestly amazing. The minute we walked in the owner came out and shook our hands. He gave us recommendations and was honestly just really kind. The owner was very ackwardly introducing himself to customers while disrespectfully speaking to the young lady working for him. The cook yelled out loud at the young lady in a manner that was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The food was very expensive and and just average tasting at best. The table next to us waited 55 minutes to get their pasta order. The pasta came in paper bowls and plastic utensils were all that were available. Drinks were canned sodas or bottles of water and very high prices and were not very cold. It was not a good experience and we will not be returning. read more

The worst part is me, my partner & my friend all got sick a few hours after eating here & felt very nauseous. Cleaned the table for us, brought the food, took away the tray, gave us dessert on the house! The pasta here is without a doubt the best in the area. Ive tried a few spots known for their pasta, but this place has been the best. Portions are really good! The added chicken is really soft, juicy, and TASTES good. You can tell the chicken has been prepped beforehand. The sauce is also not insanely heavy like most places so you cant stop eating. The flavors are balanced and the sauce is verrry good. Will be coming back! Im quite picky and have no complaints. Emphasis on the chicken though. I usually would avoid adding/eating the chicken because you can tell its either been frozen for a while, dry, or not even prepped. The fact that even the chicken added into the pasta is given that much attention says a lot about the owner and the food. He also feels quite bad on behalf of the customers who dont get their food on time when things get busy. They only have 4 ovens and it seems to weigh heavy on his heart that he cant provide faster service. I think when I learned about this and saw how he interacts with me and others, it really hit different. He isnt trying to just run a business and sell a meal. Not a lot of reviews yet so I figured they just newly opened. But Im glad I gave this place a try. Their pasta texture is just right and the sauce is flavorful. Staff is knowledgeable about which adds on pairs well with which sauce when we tried to customize our pastas. Great value also as their portion is very generous. Save some room for their tiramisu. At that price, I kept thinking I could have ordered takeout from The Cheesecake Factory and at least gotten bread and butter. Then I took the first bite. Food was great, however I wish the spaghetti with breaded chicken didn't have so many chunks of tomatoes, I wasn't aware of that and picked out so many, personal preference & I don't like that. Everything else was great! I'd prefer the regular breadsticks over the cheesy garlic ones. If you love a lot of cheese definitely get the cheesy bread. One of the most underrated pasta spots in Fullerton. I come here every other week! The service is always top tier, extremely friendly staff and they always make you feel welcome. Pretty good amount of seating and there are cute lights in the outdoor seating. It's a casual pasta spot which is nice since many pasta spots are more sit down restaurants--had a super cozy and homemade type of vibe. I'm on a mission to try every item they have on their menu... all of their sauces are very flavorful and they give big portions.
