Brought my car in for front-end collision repair. The estimate didn't include the radiator, and they didn't replace it. Problem is, the radiator was clearly damaged from the impact. Car overheated within 2 days of pickup. Had to bring it to another shop who confirmed the radiator should have been replaced trom the start. I expect a body shop to catch damage like this during teardown, not send me home with a car that can't drive safely. Poor inspection and no heads-up. Now I'm out more time and money. read more

The entire team there is friendly and personable and very professional. Especially Fabio, who worked directly with my insurance, keeping me informed of status all throughout the process (which can get messy when insurance companies are involved). I have to say I am very impressed with Paul's Auto Body Shop. Being rear ended is no fun. It was my first time using Geico Fast Track Program, for I do not have Geico and the work done to my car has gone above my expectations. I am very happy. 1. Very professional staff, Fabio helped me out and was able to explain every step of the way. He was straight forward and fair. (Everyone who works there is awesome too, sadly I didn't get their names). 2. The repairs on my vehicle came out flawless; that they were able to fix my bumper and muffler. 3. Quick and efficient service, it took them 4 days to finish all the work needed. 4. They detailed the inside and outside of the car when I had gotten it back. I'm so amazed because the last shop I was with did not do that. 5. I love it that they are friendly and approachable to talk to, making it helpful for customers to ask questions. Wow! What a great experience. I came to the shop and spoke to Nolan because he was my POC for Geico. He looked at the damage, spoke to me about how they'll fix it, and when I should expect it back. He then told me to hang out in the A/C until my rental came. I sat down and immediately there was an enterprise guy with my rental. I loved how they were super friendly and that I was only there a total of 20 minutes! When I picked my Car up, no surprise to see the work was immaculate! Looks brand new! Very honest and professional. I stopped by to have a few scratches on my car evaluated for a paint job and one of the (I believe) co-owner's first quoted me $600 to have both areas repainted. I told him that I would have to hold off for now and would call back for an appointment. After further discussion, he found out that I was leasing the car. He then advised me not to repaint the car because he knew that the dealer would not charge for minor damage when I need turn the car back in. In addition, he also offered to touch the areas up for me at no charge. Talk about integrity. This will be my first ever Yelp review - but I had to! The service here was actually incredible. Auto service is notoriously not great, nor all that friendly. Not only are Fabio and Scott so genuinely nice and friendly, they were honest and their guys did a great job. I quite literally destroyed my entire paint job with a shovel in the horrific winter we had 2 years ago trying to clean off the several feet I was buried under (I know, I'm an idiot). On top of that, I apparently had pretty bad hail damage on most of the car. The worst part about all of this, is that my car was a lease, so I had to get it fixed. They were fantastic. Detailed the car and sent me to the Belmont Car Wash for a free wash after I picked it up to make sure the car looked perfect. Can't say enough great things. read more

I decided to take the time to write this reveiw which is over due. Do not ever go to this body shop. I had my Avalance rear latch repaired and it fell off since it was missing a screw. I took it again and they left the bolts loose so part of back cover broke and fell off. I took it in this morning agin and now they want me to pay for the same job. Just because it looks good on the outside does not mean they actually fixed the problem under the facade. With my Jeep they left parts out and we had to take it again.
