I came here to order a takeaway around 6.30ish. I got spicy pav bhaji, and tried the new items a vada pav and the dabeli. They hand a buzzer which will let you know when the order is ready. The order was ready quickly. The vada pav was very authentic with the dry chutney powder and the chillies. It was crispy and right amount of spicy. The dabeli was tangy and sweet and the right combo with the crispy peanuts The spicy amul pav bhaji was what brought me here. The pav was loaded with butter and spices. The bhaji was a bit large quantity and loaded with butter. The bhaji has little heavy flavor to lavang/elaichi but was good overall. Definitely gonna be back for the other new items read more

I tried the classic vada pav here, and it was fresh and tasty--definitely one of the better ones I've had in the Bay Area. The garlic chutney was the perfect level of spice, and they serve the chutneys on the side instead of assembling it in the vada pav itself. The kutchi dabeli was also delicious, with a tangy chutney and flavorful masala. The spicy peanuts on the side were a nice touch too. I expected them to put the peanuts inside the dabeli though. I am not sure if they put pomegranete seeds inside the dabeli, atleast there were none in mine. The bread pattice was decent but nothing extraordinary. I've definitely had better at other food trucks in the area, so I wouldn't order it again. They also offer pav bhaji, which I didn't try this time. Out of everything I tried, the vada pav was hands down the best dish. I must add that they have plenty of seating for big and small groups so that's always a plus. The pav bhaji here is pretty good, one of the best in the bay, just that sometimes it's a little oily- but what I love best is the speedy friendly service! One of the really delicious Pav bhaji spots around! We have tried the Sunnyvale location and glad to have found this one in Milpitas. We ordered their Pav bhaji and bread pattice. The food took quite a long time to come in spite of just one other family being there. But it was totally worth the wait. Their bhaji is delicious, Pav well buttered and toasted with a tangy masala. The bread pattice was not as amazing as we have had before. We also got their chai and it was perfect too. This food truck is in one of the parking lots, making it easy to park the car and enjoy a meal. However, they are relatively new and yet do not have heaters set up. It was pretty chilly sitting out without a heater right now. The food is always amazing and we would definitely go back to try their Vada Pav! Pretty average bhaji for a place that primary sells Pav bhaji! The pav was toasted very well & we enjoyed that. The spicy pav bhaji is reaallyyy spicy so beware if you plan to get that. We also got masala vada pav which was good. Also, very spicy for me but I'll let you decide for yourselves. They have seating and it wasn't crowded on a Sunday night when we went so we were able to eat everything hot and fresh! read more

Pavbhaji and more is a great place for different kinds of Vadapaav. We love Dadar Vadapaav here. We also had spicy Pavbhaji, Dabeli and Masala Taak... Everything was perfect and really delicious. We tried their Szechwan Vada Pav, Dadar Vada Pav, and Classic Vada Pav. While they were decent, the flavor lacked a bit of a kick. The sweetness of the American Pavs seems to cut through the taste of the vada typically, so they need to work on their Vada & chutney/garlic powder to make it a solid bite! The truck owner mentioned that their pav is made to resemble Mumbai's laadi pav, but we didn't quite feel that the taste or texture matched. The Pune Special Chai was excellent, though. However, I think offering a smaller "cutting chai" for $1.50-$2 would make it more affordable and appealing. read more

We noticed this food truck while passing by the South Main in Milpitas and decided to stop for the dinner. They have couple of tables and plenty of parking if you are going for the dinner. 5/5 for the Amul cheese pav bhaaji, we ordered both spicy and non spicy. The curry was served very hot and generous portion that can be eaten with the extra bread. I really liked the strong flavor of the pav bhaji masala with the butter spice toasted buns and this is how I expect the street side food like Pav Bhaji to be. 5/5 for Vada Pav, I wish they could have served two pieces for one order. Indeed, one of the best places in Bay Area for Pav Bhaji. We tried Dabeli and Dadar Vada Pav, which were super tasty too. Amrut Tulya tea was the highlight of this visit. I'm not a big tea fan but loved this tea. Amol (the owner) is very welcoming and provided great service. Awesome Vada pav and Dabeli -- closest to what I used to have in Mumbai. The Pune Amrutatulay chai was the best -- took me back to my memories of being in Pune. I spoke to the owner who has been a chef in reputed restaurants and has a culinary degree. From our conversations, I could make out that he cared deeply about the quality of the food, and how it is prepared carefully with the healthiest and cleanest ingredients. He told me that he believes in serving few things really well rather than having a wide-ranging menu with low-quality items. I got Tandoori Vada Pav and Masala Vada Pav. Bad because: No customization for spice level. it was spicy. Bun and Pav or patty doesn't match, size of Bun should be bigger. There is nothing to this. So damn easy to make. Buy bun, toast with butter, buy frozen aloo patty, put some chutney to the bun and eat it. Hands down the best Pav Bhaji in the bay area. They are true to the Bombay flavor profile. They make in-house pavs which are by far the best and most fresh I have tasted. It's not sweet boring bread which makes it as close to Bombay pav one can get. I ordered Jain pav bhaji and their bhaji was spot on in flavor and texture created with a good combination of vegetables. I highly recommend their food for all types of pav bhaji! I would come back 1000x over! This was the first time trying this place finding it after I had a random craving for Vada Pav. I got the Masala Vada Pav and the regular Pav Bhaji. Both of them HIT THE SPOT!! I love the spices and taste overall. Most places have regular pav but this place is next level with what they add to it. The Pav Bhaji was flavorful and exactly what my cravings needed. Next time I'm going to have to ask for more onions and lime because that was a really good touch on both. I'm not sure what the green sauce was that was served with the Vada Pav but it was extremely good with it nonetheless. Overall, this place definitely knows how to make great food. I also ended up getting a Chai and that was a great sweet finish to the meal. Great service, great people, and great food. What more can one ask for? Try it out! read more
