Came here because they had yogurt drinks similar to those you can find in China. We got peach and mango. Both were really yummy but we both liked the mango more bc of the flavor and it was thicker, more yogurt like. Peach one I find a little too sweet and artificial. Not sure if they do sugar adjustments but it wasn't on the option when we ordered it. Overall not bad n would come again for other flavors.

Ordered the Jasmine Green Milk Tea with less ice and sugar through Uber Eats since they had a deal. The milk tea was good with authentic tea taste and not sweet after the adjustments. There was still a bit too much ice even with less ice though. The cup size is also decent and pretty worth. Overall, a pretty good place for jasmine milk tea!

Cute spot for drinks. The drinks are really refreshing and not too sweet. They use real fruit, so yummy! I'll definitely be coming back when it gets warmer. They have really good drinks for a hot day to cool you down.

Having work near this Citea location is a bit dangerous for me. I often order off either Hungry Panda or Fantuan. This place was the gateway for the app for me honestly. I love they have many drinks that I have never heard of and it was interesting and worth trying. Walking in, you can see a fridge on the left of the entrance and they are filled with a selection of a few drinks that you can pick up for $3!! If you do a social media post about this place, you are given a little teapot that has been going on social media recently. The workers are always attentive here and always greeting you. Personally, I love the lychee oolong drink here as well as the duck poop tea. I thought it was pretty good but not my "cup of tea" It was more of a limeade I would say. Overall, I will keep coming back here. I believe I came here once 4 times in one week for my fill of lychee oolong.

Walking in Interior is really clean has decent amount of tables would be perfect for studying!!! The lady is really nice and helpful with the menu! We got watermelon coconut n avocado smoothie. Both were amazing and made with real fruit! Will be coming back :)

4.5 stars. Been here when it was Ci Tea many years ago. Heard they rebranded to Pawfect Drinks. It's sorta cute with the paws & doggie theme with Disney font. My drinks were okay (drinkable/acceptable), but bf's Hawthorn Yogurt Shake was good. He liked it. Kinda makes me want to try Dragonfruit Yogurt Shake. Liked the yogurt drinks so much, went back again just to get those. DRINKS: Hawthorn Yogurt Shake 5/5 Dragonfruit Yogurt Shake 5/5 Mango Avocado Smoothie 4/5 Boba Milo 4/5 Very rich and thick. Feel like this drink needs more milk or add half n half. Waiting for the ice to melt is a good idea cuz it tastes better after it's diluted. Magnolia Oolong Milk Tea w/ Brown Sugar Boba add-on 3.5/5 Quite fragrant and very milky Golden Kiwi 3.5/5 It sounded good. Tasted fine/alright. Didn't wow me or anything. Just saw the info under "History". They're not a franchise of Ci Tea anymore. They've established Pawfect Drinks as their own brand. Oh, and I like their rewards program - a good one.

We have been coming here since they were Ci-Tea and recently re-branded to Pawfect Drinks. We love their Jasmine Milk Tea and tried all their sparkling drinks. Every drink is pretty solid and a good value! On this occasion, the owners(?) saw our Pomeranian and were visibly excited. When they gave us our drinks, which took less than 5 mins, they also gave us a little cup of dog treats. Although we come here often, it's little touches like this that keeps us coming back :)

Honestly came here just for cute little tea pot on top of the drink. I got the Duck Shit Milk Tea with 70% sugar and it was amazing! The tea was super fragrant and creamy. The staff was also super nice and drinks came out fairly quick!

I've been working hard to tone down my boba habit due to the usual sugar and syrups in the drinks. The one exception for me, where I do not feel guilty afterward, is Citea. They use fresh fruit in their drinks - including exotic choices like ube and durian. You can also order low sugar or no sugar. I've been to the other branch on Valley Blvd. and ordered the coconut drink, which is awesome. At this branch I ordered the passion fruit drink which has chopped and sliced fruits. I added the barley popping boba which provides texture and a nutty flavor. Just delicious. The parking is easier at this branch and the tablet pre-order makes it fast and easy. The shop has a great ambiance as well with whimsical decor.

This is the first US location for CiTea. Their drinks are freshly made and all fruit drinks are made with real fresh fruit. My group got a variety of drinks and they were all really good. My favorite drink was the Hawthorne Osmanthus Cold Soup; it's actually a herbal drink. Their fresh mango coconut milk is pretty good too. I also recommend the "Makes you thinner" which is a lychee soda with dragon fruit, chia seeds and lychee jelly. It's one of their popular choices. The owner was there and was really nice. Service was good too. Definitely give this place a try! read more

This drink store is just grand opening and I come to try with my girlfriend. The environment is clean and the decoration is interesting. There are lots of signs on the wall and piano inside. Drinks are not only beautiful and excellent but also the name is funny. Sever's attitude is friendly and they give us $10 coupon which surprised me. I played Chinese chest with my girlfriend after ordering the drink in a quiet and comfortable condition. I went this place last week and I can't believed the guy with tattoo was collecting the used bottles that were left by the costumers. I saw the guy was washing the bottles and try to reuse them. And I suddenly look at my bottle. I saw my bottle has some uncleaned cream stick on the surface. That was very disgusting.I think it's okay to use reusable bowls and chopsticks, but not disposable drink bottle. read more

The drink is over priced for its watery taste of tea. I ordered a passion fruit green tea. There is no taste of green tea nor the passion fruit, and costs $6. The Boba is hard not chewy and milk tea is too sweet for me with too much ice. If you ask for no ice, the owner will charge you 50 cents. I also bought a $30 gift card. Supposedly you will get discount if you purchase a gift card, but the total bill is still averaging $6 a drink. So there is no discount after all. Overall, the quality of the drink is not worth $6. read more

This place has terrible customer service. I've come here several times and ordered their fruit drinks and they would always be able to adjust the sugar levels ,And I did last time they let me to posting on Instagram stories in exchange to get the "happy hour "price.First of all, that's a huge red flag because I have to advertise for Citea in order to get happy hour drinks ?!? Anyways, yesterday I went and requested less sugar and the barista told me she was unable to adjust it，because if she give me less sugar,the owner will give her punish! ! And I have to posting on Instagram stories in exchange to get the "happy hour "price by at each separate time! It just makes no sense! So I asked for their manager/owner to clarify and he simply wouldn't let me talk! He went on by explaining how you cannot adjust the sugar levels because it's the natural sweetness from the fruit??? Last time the barista said give you sugar levels ,they just lied to you, just make you feel happy! ！Every other boba place I've been to has been able to adjust sugar levels of any other drink!! This place isn't bad. I initially came to give this place a try because of their 50% off Mango Coconut Smoothie. (We all love a good deal.. ) Maybe I just got unlucky with my drink but it was very watery? I did sort of expect it to be a thicker consistency like what I imagine a slushee to be. It was also overly sweet and tasted very syrup-y. It was advertised in the store to have a decent amount of coconut milk as well but mine was lacking. I'm not too upset because I got it for half price anyways. If it was $4.99 ( the regular price), I don't think it is worth it. The environment is not bad for studying if you are okay with louder music playing. (They were playing Higher Brothers when I was there). They also had an assortment of games but they were all in chinese. I enjoyed the decor they had because it was very old school and I loved the fact that they allow dogs! One thing about this place that I did not like at all was that the worker was very pushy about having me write a review... It honestly made me extremely uncomfortable because he didn't even seem to be polite or helpful about anything to begin with. Were you expecting me to write some amazing review for your store when you haven't even tried to make your customer feel welcomed or comfortable?? The first thing he said to me was "ok what do you want" then proceeded to say "take a picture and write a review". & Immediately after I received my drink he just said "okay the review?" And didn't care to tell me to enjoy my drink or to let him know if there are any problems with the drink. Terrible customer service.. maybe I just got unlucky today. read more

The drinks here are very tasty and refreshing. I had the "make you thinner" drink and it exceeded my expectations. My friend mainly communicated with the owner in mandarin but he was super nice. Pretty good place to come and chill. If you don't like your drinks all sugary, this is the spot. Very little sugar in the tea drinks as is, didn't have to ask for any less sugar. The atmosphere is pretty unique, but definitely a more relaxing place than most other tea spots. Will come back to try the food next time. read more

I usually order pink dream and mango slush with coconut milk. They have really nice looking bottles and you can TAKE it with you! I love the egg pudding in pink dream. I even saw toddlers, ordering it and super excited to eat it. What I have ordered often from the shop are there toasts. You can get a choice of bread which is very high-quality, and add either avocado spread or a nut butter spread. I went yesterday on a very hot day and the avocados were not ripe enough, so I chose a cashew butter toast. There are many toppings to choose from like granola's, nuts, seeds, chia pudding, fresh fruit, and even natural sweeteners. I got some berries, fresh and toasted coconut and date syrup drizzled on top. It is such a satisfying snack with a bit of protein and other healthy ingredients that I did not feel guilty about eating I don't know if it was the bread I chose, but the size was a little smaller than what I remember. However, it hit the spot until my next meal. The shop is extremely clean and Service was very pleasant and friendly.

Their menu is huge and you could take a long time to even get through the entire thing. I recommend their matchas as one of their signature drinks. Staff here is great, they're very friendly and quick as well. My partner and my orders were out swiftly as we visited to get their BOGO on National Ice Tea Day. Portions are huge which was a shocker to me even though I've seen the cups before. Very refreshing although it's the ice tea tasted bitter for some parts. Overall, decent drinks, and definitely a spot you can visit if you want variety of drinks.

Staff immediately welcomed us in and offered a sample of their location exclusive Pinewood Pure Tea. The aesthetics are nice at this location as compared to the others. The seating is all along the hallway and the vibe is much more chill here. We opted to try the Pinewood Pure Tea as the sample tasted really good! We received the drink within minutes. Took some time to relax and wind down inside Torotea. It was nice and cool inside on these hot summer days. That Pinewood Pure Tea was top tier! After usually eating at the Artesia location and trying it here i was super disappointed just because of the quality. We did tell the staff and fortunately they were super nice and understanding and helped us replace it and the new batch tasted way better! I love bopomofo and appreciate the nice staff for helping us out with this issue!

When you find a teahouse that goes by the name of "CITEA," tea isn't what comes to mind. You know what does? Shitty. CiTea sort of half lives up to it's name. When I order my tea, I don't want it to come in some sort of mason jar. What do you think I am, trailer trash? Only southern hicks and hipster jipsters like that stupid trend. I also saw that this place offers CBD in their drinks. While I think that's progress, I don't want CBD. That's no fun. Hit me up with some THC. I need to get High off of my drink, dog. And get this promo, buy two drinks, get a free face mask. Like what do I need an extra mask for, does my breath smell or something? Ok, enough of the bad, what I liked about Citea is the drinks come in a decent size even though they're pricey. Not that it's any good for you to drink, it's probably standard to get a drink with the same amount of sugar as a liter of soda. That's why I always tell'em to cut back on the sweetness. The staff is super friendly and patient, providing great recommendations that perfectly matched my taste. The bubble tea itself is fantastic--rich tea flavor, perfectly balanced sweetness. I tried the Peach Yogurt Milkshake here and it was absolutely refreshing, perfect balance of sweet and tangy! The shop itself has such a fun and cozy vibe, especially if you're a dog lover. It's super pet-friendly, with cute dog-themed decor that makes the whole experience even more delightful.
