Came here for my brother's birthday on a Monday and it was excellent. Love that it's a BYOB. 4 of us shared: wings (some of the best we've ever eaten), the Thai salad, fried meatballs (Omg) and the hog and margarita pies. Everything was fantastic! Although it was packed and there was a half hour with about 20 people waiting, I thought for a new Italian restaurant located in Franklin Lakes- it would be better. Tried the hotsy totsy shrimp, I thought they'd have more flavor but instead were lightly breaded and soaked in Mariana. For starters I assumed they would have used rock shrimp but they were not. Pasta was good, I had the malfode, as they spelled it, it had peas and prosciutto with a light cheese sauce I believe; could've used some fresh black pepper but none was offered. There was a "bar" section that could seat about 10 people, however this restaurant is BYOB- but only temporarily, as the waiter informed me they would be expanding next door and acquiring a liquor license as well. This now my third time here since they have opened. Franklin Lakes dinning is very sparse at best prior to PAZZA. PAZZA makes real neapolitan pizza in their imported pizza oven. Makes the pizza delicious light and thin. Their entree menu is filled with amazing eats like their hanger steak and ahi Tuna. So happy we finally have a place in town that makes a great meal. Excellent service and it was my first time there so first impressions are everything to me.. The hostess and main entrance was very nice to redirect me to the back where I can order take out and the hostess there was exceptional as well. I got a fresh margarita with chunks of fresh garlic and the pizza was phenomenal. Wish I was working next door more often. My friends and I all went to dinner at Pazza and we shared the rice balls, the chicken wings, and the calamari. I only sampled the rice balls which were outstanding, but my friends loved the other apps. For dinner I ordered the chicken sandwich and we also got the Queen (plain) and the Farm (red peppers, eggplant, and brussel sprouts) pizzas for the table. On Sunday we had a baby shower for my daughter at Pazza. The food was fantastic. The service was terrific. Someone asked me what was the one thing I would have changed. Nothing! This was a beautiful event. Everyone raved about the food. The courses were brought out with time in between for people to digest a bit. We did not feel rushed at all. It definitely was a great time. It was everything my daughter wanted for her baby shower. The weather was beautiful so the doors were open and people could mingle inside and outside. Celeste was the hostess for the event and she thought of everything. I don't think the shower would have been so perfect without Celeste! She had the entire day under control. And she handled everything calmly. The staff was great. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The restaurant was spotless. The decor is beautiful and modern. It is a perfect place to host a shower. Happened upon this place in the same shopping center as another errand. Popped in to grab a slice, but they only do pies, so I ordered a personal Margherita pizza. So glad I did. Made a Thursday evening reservation, got seated quickly, and the staff was quick to get us water and to put bread on the table. We placed our order, again things arrived pretty quickly and the food was very good. It came to dessert, one of the people in our group said I'm really full but can you come back in a few minutes? It's 7:02 and your freaking out and being soooo rude and nasty! There are so many nicer ways of asking and saying we need the table! MAYBE it would be a good idea to post that on your website, or indicate it when making a reservation! I have never experienced ANYTHING remotely close to this ever!!!
