Don't go here!! I took my MacBook Pro to the business because the charger didn't work, the confirmed that the charger didn't work but also told me that the battery needed to be replaced. I decided to replace the battery to extend the life of the computer. They called me from the store, told me that I would also need a new charger, I told them that I would just get one online. Sam or Javier (not sure which one) told me that it would be better to let them get the part. They would get a better and cheaper one than I would be able to get online. I agreed, he knows best, right? I picked up the computer in Oct. I've used it a total of maybe 8 times since I picked it up, I went to unplug it yesterday and the plug disintegrated in my hand, the electric prongs came out, the corner fell off and it wouldn't go back together: I called and talked to Andrew today who told me that I was outside of my warranty (for a part they convinced me to buy from them) and that I'd have to pay AGAIN to replace the part. This is the part they provided me, I've had apple products for over 15 years, a charger has never fell apart. The one they sold me didn't last me 3 months and they want ME to pay to replace it. I spent over $400 on the repair with this company and they sold me a defective part and refuse to replace it. Now I have no faith in anything they did with my computer. Is the battery they sold me going to die right away too? Is it a cheap quality too?!? I guess I'll have to wait and see..... DON'T go here! My computer screen and updates were not working on my laptop, and I am not a computer wiz, I took it to these guys and found out the problem. All it needed was a new screen and a better updated program to opertate on, The price was reasonable. Instead of having to throw away a $750 computer that was out of warranty it was fixed for less than $300. I will be back for all my computer needs. read more

These guys are awesome! I brought in my external hard drive because it conked out on me, completely. I am a photographer and EVERYTHING I needed was on that hard drive. After I had brought my hard drive to another company that charged me somewhere close to $200 to have it sent out and looked at, and being told that it would cost more to have the information extracted, I got my refund and had these guys look at it instead. Not only did they look at it, but they extracted all of my files and put them unto my other hard drive the next day, all for under $200. I brought two MacBooks to of repair. My husbands MacBook was extremely slow and had so many viruses. We couldn't click anything without an ad popping up. My MacBook would not boot up. Sami at PC repair was very helpful and professional. He definitely has the knowledge needed to repair pcs. My husbands MacBook was ready fairly quick. Quicker than I thought. It was done in two days and now is running like new. My MacBook took a while as they needed to know what was wrong with it. I appreciated that they emailed me and voice messages with updates about my MacBook. In the end I just asked to recover all my files from my MacBook. This place is great! I've come in a couple times now to have screens replaced on an iPad Mini and and iPhone 6s. Both times the customer service was great, very friendly people. They are very fairly priced for their services also. My iPad Mini was completely shattered, and the screen was replaced magnificently. I am picking up my iPhone today that the screen was pretty banged up on, but I expect it will be just as good! There was some miscommunication between the owner and myself, then again between the store associate and myself. The owner offered me $20 off my total! Sami did not have to do anything at all like that, but I am very appreciative of his efforts. If any other screens or PCs of mine need to be fixed, I'll definitely be bringing them here! But hopefully I wont have to do that anytime soon (as my 2 year old laughs in the background)! read more

These guys are amazing! I brought in my broken lap top and not only did they fixed it at a resonable price they were also always in contact with me. I feel like I got a brand new lap top! OMG, these guys totally rock!!I picked up my computer today 5/4/15. They kept me in the loop every step of the way of repairing my computer. Nothing seriously wrong just minor stuff, clean out virus, bugs ect.. Cost under $100 I am so stook about getting my computer back and working on it. I deleted my previous review as I believed this place tried to honestly be fair. I initially brought my iphone in because my dog had got a hold of it and I needed it repaired. First is was oh you need a front camera, oh you need a back camera. Was something new every time. I could wait days for a phone so I had to purchase a new one. I explained to them that I just don't have the time to be going back and forth here. After 4 trips back and forth and it not being repaired, they gave me a refund and told me they would still repair my phone. I picked up my "repaired" phone today only to find out the rear camera is still broken. I don't know why I was brushed under the rug. If all these things needed repaired I wish communication was better. Now I'm out the cost of a new phone, and am stuck with a broken phone, as it was when I brought it in. I will definitely not recommend them to anyone I know as they were not honest about fixing my phone. I ended up losing a lot of money, and still have a broken phone. In response to your comment: No most people would not be happy if they brought they're phone In and was told "yes it can be repaired" when after 4 trips back and forth and lack of communication had me out 81$ and no phone. I'm not sure what you mean by the dog comment but that is why I brought it in as MY dog cracked the screen and I was told you could repair it. Try putting yourself in my shoes. You wouldn't be happy either. And I have another repair shop fixing the camera that you promised you would fix yet now state some things can't be fixed. Uh ok. All I did was lose time and money here. I brought in my HP laptop after seeing good reviews on Yelp and I will say I was pretty impressed. My laptop display suddenly went out while I was using it and immediate panic set in as it is less than a year old. I took it into PC repair on a Tuesday evening and they had it fixed by Thursday evening! They tried to run general diagnostic tests with no luck, but they kept me updated along the way and asked if I would be ok with them taking the laptop apart to see if they could find the issue. I appreciated them asking as this was an additional charge instead of just giving me the bill upon pick up. Needless to say I agreed and they had it up and running the next day! Price was reasonable and I was able to use the Yelp discount code which brought my total down to around $100. Hopefully I will have no further issues but I would trust them with my electronics again in the future. read more

I had an older but usable laptop that I needed to be wiped cleaned and refurbished. I took it here and I am very happy with the service and support. They charged a very very reasonable flat rate, and the laptop runs like brand new! In the era of being able to buy a reasonable quality brand new laptop for $350, I am still surprised as to how companies charge close to that much to fix a used laptop. For $100 these guys made my "few years old" dinosaur of a laptop purrrrr like a car. Next day delivery. The drop off and check in took 2 mins, they said it will be ready tomorrow after 12. They called at 1230 to say it was ready for pick up. Pick up process took 2 mins, in and out, $100 just as quoted. I'm very happy with these guys: fair prices, good service, and on time. I took my iPhone to replace the battery at PcRepair center, Vista Way Oceanside estimate $40.00. stoped by there two weeks later i was told the battery that they replaced is defected they will send new one we let you know when is ready so I stoped by there yesterday after a month they gave me my iPhone they said battery replaced and is charging well tried it when got home found out the home button does not work but I didn't have problem with the home button before so I went there today they said they will charge me additional $80.00 to repair the home button but the home button was perfectly all right before he said that's risk you take when you replace the battery I think they are dishonest not good at their field I do not recommend this place read more
