I wasn't sure which provider to choose when I suddenly had to find these services. I chose this provider because of the other reviews here, which stated how quickly they were available to see their animal. I called right when they opened, and the phone was immediately answered by a caring professional. There was a short discussion about the weight and breed of my dog, and what the aftercare options were. Price was discussed and agreed upon based on my choices and the animal size. This is such a great service for the larger dogs who are difficult to transport. I was told that we could be seen in 1-1/2/2 hours. (Faster than I wanted, really). Finances were professionally handled while the doctor tended to my boy. I am pleased with the caring services received during a very difficult time. I will certainly recommend.

    Petunia RIP 11/2020

Where do I even start in describing the caring supportive services we received from Dr. Brett and Michelle. We called on a Friday AM as our beloved dog Petunia had declined pretty fast to see if they could come out the same day and help us get Petunia over the Rainbow Bridge. Without hesitation, Michelle scheduled us for a few hours later after taking some information down. When they arrived, it was clear by their energy that they were not just stellar human beings, but were caring people that wanted to help families and their pets. They took the time to explain things and give Petunia some love, never once coming off as judgmental that both my husband and I were in tears. Our younger pup Violet was present and they were wonderful with her since she was bouncing all over the place. Once the process was over, they brought in this little stretcher and put a bone/heart blanket over our precious girl and carried her out to their vehicle. The process is nice because they take your pet to be cremated and give you details on when to expect the remains back if that is what you choose. These two people and the service they provide are wonderful. I can't imagine for one minute not having them help us this last Friday and am grateful for the other reviews here that helped me hone in on Peaceful Pet.

We can't say enough about Dr Brett Hinsch and Michelle. You couldn't ask for more compassionate, kind and caring people to help during such a heart wrenching time. They stayed with us through the entire process and took the remains of our fur baby Yoda away with such loving care. After he was gone they wrapped him in a blanket covered with paw prints and hearts, and placed him on a stretcher for transportation to the crematorium. We will forever miss our "death row pound puppy" Yoda, who brought such joy into our lives for nearly 14 years, and we will always remember the kindness and gentleness shown by these wonderful people. Saying "thank you" just isn't enough

I recently had to face the inevitable decision that a lot of us dog lovers do and had to and put my grey on " the other side of the rainbow". I can't tell you how compassionate the whole staff was and Dr. Boyer especially was amazing. She understood my emotional pain and really helped me through the process. Especially after he passed by donating a tree in my greyhound 's name. What vet does that? You can feel very secure putting your best buddy in their care.

My dog was on the incorrect usage until I verified with another vet the CORRECT dosage. This vet fired me and my 3 dogs in the middle of treating them for major medical disorders. I believe she did this because she was not experienced enough to treat them properly. I found error after error. She's an unethical practitioner. She is high strung and very insulting. She takes 100% of your money (she's one of the most expensive vets in Tucson) but offers only 50% or less care. And she does NOT care for her patients nor their families. She refuses to answer questions like dietary needs or tests and procedures that need to be done. She misdiagnosed and mistreated all 3 of my dogs. I would not use Kayla Boyer she is terrible and has really gone downhill over the years. She's nasty and refuses to answer important questions because she lacks capability and knowledge. I have found so much better since she let us go. It was a door that was much needed to open for the betterment of our healthcare for our animals. Blood riddens speedway vet hospital.

A different veterinary Dr. Recently, my senior dog had a bit of a health emergency. The young vet was brazenly arrogant, and my entire body felt anxious when dealing with her. She made a threat to report me and have him taken from me if I did not vaccinate him, prior to first checking to make sure he was ok. It was maddening. His immune system was already taxed and he's been rapidly going down hill since. She actually refused to give me any vaccine information and I believe in my soul she actually misled me to the type of vaccine he received. He nearly died a few days later. He was not a candidate. He needed care and attention, and instead was received coldly and cruelly. It was an absolutely disconnected and strange experience. It left my friend and I horrified. This place is a money hustle and their new young vet lacked kindness and empathy. It was a dark experience. We have since found a lovely vet to assist with his recovery, who is cordial and kind... and most of all puts us all at ease. Encanto, you may want to make sure your Vets actually like animals or can at least pretend to care about each animal without bias or judgement: I'd give this place a 0 for medical care, however, the front desk staff has always been kind and accommodating. Suggestion: perhaps don't make threats to a loving pet owner with a senior dog they love with their whole soul, in a crisis. Just start there. Integrity, transparency and decency go a long way in life and business.
