Been to this burger place many times food has been good every time. The service is awesome food is brought to your table along with any sauce or dressing you need. People are friendly place is clean and open plenty of space to sit inside and out. Burgers are great the teriyaki is on point. The item in the picture is the Philadelphia sandwich. Looks good right? It smelled like a good CA style cheesesteak too! Mushrooms, onions, peppers, well seasoned steak on a delicious toasted hoagie roll. However, I think I will stick to their cheeseburgers. The steak in the Philadelphia sandwich, though very well seasoned, was inedible. It was so tough, I'm sad to say. I couldn't bite through the sandwich without pulling out ALL the super tough, inedible steak which ruined the whole thing. I ate what I could but....damn. Damn. The meat just isn't cut thin enough to be put in a sandwich. Cut it thinner and keep the same seasoning and this sandwich will be a hit! That being said their cheese burgers, fries, and service is very good. Even though I didn't like the Philly sandwich, I will keep returning for their hospitality and the burgers. Price and portions were great. We had to get a to-go box afterwards. Too full to eat the burrito. Brought my mom here and she totally loved the place. She was initially skeptical because it was near the industrial park area. Interior on the other hand was bright and comfy. Server was nice and helpful. So what you see here is just about $45.00. 5 measly breakfast sandwiches. . I asked the lady why so much she said look at your receipt. She Charged for a sandwich then charged for meat on each sandwich.. I guess none of their breakfast sandwiches have meat so it's extra. In the beginning I said okay, whatever let me just pay. Maybe they are really big or premium sandwiches. The bacon sandwich had two small pieces of bacon. And the sausage sandwich had two little sausage sticks that were sliced and half. No drinks no fries no hash browns. She even hesitated to put more than three pieces of ketchup. I do not usually do this I am a small business owner myself. I know prices are high these days but I think this is very out of hand. Do what you want with this information. At least make a great sandwich if your going to rip people off. read more

Highly recommend "The Box" it comes with french fries, onion rings and zucchinis. Burgers are delicious and the chicken teriyaki dinner is to die for. Update to this review: Peak Burger has continued to impress with their quality of food. Their ranch is homemade and absolutely delicious. Fajitas are served in a hot skillet with sliced ribeye. First time here since the change from classic burger. Ordered fries and bean burrito. -"Large fries". (Received much more than expected! They filled the entire brown bag! ) BUT they are perfect classic fries for a burger joint. Exactly what I wanted & the ranch was perfect home style fresh dressing (not the sour kind that tastes like it has all those preservatives in it)...I just wish I ordered extra! Also bought a bean&cheese burrito, which was a bit bland, but again large in size; however still a bit pricey for what it is (and for what I can get at other fast food joints). We tried this place because Mikes burger is getting so expensive and we wanted something with same quality. The fries were so tasty and huge the four of us couldn't finish them. The price for the large fries was a steal 5 bucks . The pastrami was enough to spilt and the garden was fresh and the bun was toasted. I really like the location and the building. However, the bathrooms were dirty, which is a big no-no for any establishment. There's no pass on that because the staff has to cleanup in there,as well or are they not washing their own hands. The food is delicious however over priced but everything seems to be over priced so I don't hold it against them but I did enjoy my bacon and avocado cheeseburger and french fries and limitless drinks read more

We were visiting the La Mirada area over the weekend and our family brought us here as it is their favorite! I couldn't believe the variety they had on their menu, and everything we had was absolutely delicious! I had their avocado cheeseburger and it was giant and super juicy. We also tried their Philadelphia sandwich and fried zucchini and were super impressed with both the flavor and the speed of service. This is my go to when I come back home to visit. I moved to Vegas and you can't find spots like this. The pastrami sandwich is stacked and the zucchini fries are crispy and not soggy. My husband convinced me to switch to this mom and pop fast food joint over my go to spot around the corner... I just had to make a sure that their fried zucchini was legit and it is! They have delicious breakfast plates (my new go to is the Spanish omelette) and hubby liked the breakfast burrito. I've had other items and they seem equally good. Only thing is that the food takes some time since they have a steady flow of customers but it's worth it. read more

First off let me get to know before you go. 1. Drive thru is hard to understand 2. The food take time to get because it's made to order so plan ahead. ITS WORTH THE WAIT The club sandwich is a good size. Tasty filling with toasted bread, and crispy fresh vegetable. It was delicious. The pastrami sandwich husband said was good. It had good flavor and enough to satisfy a hungry man. A little on the dry side but he still enjoyed it. Their zucchini is the BEST. It was fried to perfection and good size sticks. The charred cheese paired with the grilled meat creates a lot of flavor and gives the burger a unique twist. Unfortunately, the overwhelming saltiness completely overshadowed everything else for me. That said, there were several things I did enjoy. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I appreciated the variety of drink options. The Strawberry Watermelon drink was my favorite. I also liked that they offer multiple dipping sauces for both the fries and burgers. My husband absolutely loved the fries and couldn't get enough of the chipotle sauce. I personally preferred the garlic aioli, and the creamy jalapeño sauce was surprisingly delicious as well--though a little too spicy for me to enjoy more than a taste. Despite my issue with the seasoning, I wouldn't write this place off. I think the burger could be really good with less salt, so we'll probably give it another try and ask if they can go lighter on the seasoning next time.

I was pleasantly greeted by ALEX, who when I told him this was my first time he began to show me the menu, as well as make recommendations! The menu is full of dishes for the whole family, even the pickiest of eaters can find plenty to choose from! The ambiance was reminiscent of an old school diner, cool decor and a very mellow atmosphere! I ordered a double cheese burger combo, an avocado cheese burger with fried zucchini, WOW JUST WOW! Everything was perfect, I even ordered a chocolate shake that was super delicious and the ultimate finish to the meal! Yesterday, I returned to mikes for a late lunch. This time I had a difficult time deciding what I wanted, and let me tell you ALEX and this woman who I think was one of his assistants helped me decide. This red carpet of service that they show at Mike's makes me only want to come here when I'm eating out! This time I went with the asada fries, and a California burger (lettuce wrapped). I can go on and on, but I highly recommend you bring the family down and enjoy for yourself! THANKS MIKE'S & CREW! Recently they made a mistake with my order where I called in 3 burritos and specifically asked for 1 without sausage and bacon. I double checked the menu beforehand and made that clear when ordering. After driving 25 minutes, I found that all 3 burritos had pork in them. When I called back, the employee that took my order told me "that's not what you ordered," which felt dismissive and a bit frustrating. She told me to come back with the burrito but I was already too far to drive back. Afterwards, I spoke with the manager and he offered to replace the burrito when I was back in the area, which I appreciated.
