So, for coffee, its decent. Nothing to write home about but also MUCH better than Dunkin' DooDoo so its voting for the lesser of 2 evils IMO. My coffee is better bit it drinkable and had a decent taste. For your only 2 options, it is most certainly better than your other option. read more

First time came, ordered two small cold latte, got one medium. Very unfriendly about her mistake, definitely Won't be back again.

Not only was the staff extremely unfriendly, but my matcha latte had lumps in it and tasted awful.

I agree with a previous review. It's unfortunate, this place does not exemplify Peet's Coffee- it's a simple placeholder cafe in the airport. The line for this place was about 25 people long when I hopped on, it moved quick enough. Took me about 20 minutes to get my coffee. Coffee wasn't great, kinda weak. Prices were *alright* for airport but, I know I'm going to get destroyed buying anything there. I got the yogurt parfait. It did the job but it wasn't great, wish they had fresh fruit or something else. read more

The worst Peet's coffee experience I have ever had mostly attributable to a complete lack of desire to make good coffee by their 'barrista'. She was slow, kept forgetting orders that were communicated to her by the guy at the register a second ago, unfriendly with a line of 30 people standing and waiting. The drink wasn't mixed well either - had to make myself drink one half and threw the rest of it in the trash. Please change the barrista, train your people more and put more than one person behind the counter to serve all the customers that want to buy your coffee. read more

The most bitter tasting coffee in the terminal, is also the most expensive. They do make a good cappucino, but it also requires a home equity loan to purchase. A small will set you back nearly $4. read more

The coffee from Peet's is way better than you can find elsewhere in the airport. However, the breakfast food selection is REALLY lacking. I suggest you keep wandering down the terminal if you need breakfast since there are other places with a better selection. read more

The staff at the JFK gate 26 was incredibly rude. The sign clearly said they open at 4am. I was dying for a cup of coffee after missing a night of sleep. I stood at the counter at 4:10am and was told "we are not opened" while they were putting sugar in their own freshly made coffee. read more

Went to Peets after the, Foothills coffee shop (signs says for the love of coffee), overcharged me for triple brewed espresso shots and just ruined my coffee. Sharice/shanice ( I didn't pay ENOUGG attention to her nametag) was ABSOLOUTELY AMAZING. Made my coffee the way I wanted it, and didn't charge me 13$ for a single cup of coffee. She made sure I was happy with my coffee before I walked away from the counter and even offered to remake it if I didn't enjoy it. Michael who is the best employee I have met in all the years I have gone to Petes at terminal 4 across gate 20. He has the greatest attitude to help everyone and works very hard at all hours. I love Peets Coffee - it's absolutely delicious but I actually didn't even have coffee here, I had one of their breakfast panini's which was fantastic, I would have licked my fingers but that doesn't really imply manners. The workers at this location are ridiculously lazy. I tried to get coffee at 4:40a - the posted hours say they open at 4:00a - and the the workers would not take my order, rudely exclaiming "we ain't open yet!" If they were setting up, I might have understood, but I was standing right in front of them, looking at their menu and could hear them gossiping. read more

Horrible customer service. I asked for a simple modification to my drink since I can not tolerate very sweet drinks and she didn't understand that I asked for fewer pumps of the syrup. Instead of being nice about it she was incredibly rude to me and then the barista was rude and hit my drink on the counter so all the foam came out of it. I've never had such a horrible experience for such a simple drink modification in which I've never had this issue at any other location. The latte was rediculously hot (I could barely hold evem with the cardboard buffer), rediculously flat (no thickness/ light foam to the milk. I love Peet's and I am incredibly disappointed with my particular experience. The woman at the counter hardly paid any attention to me while I was ordering, didn't ask me what type of milk I wanted and then when I asked her for a cup of water she said they didn't have water. I said I only need a cup, not a bottle. She said no. I ask if they had a sink and she said yes and I said can I have water from the sink and she still refused me water!! Unbelievable. I know it's an airport so I expected the inflated prices, but if you're paying those prices, you should get a decent product. I got the stale-est bagel I've ever purchased here. Love Peet's all the way. I got off the plane, and it's the coffee I'm used to drinking in the west coast. It really is West Coast love San Francisco coffee. YEAH! Love. The pastries lack a little bit though, the pound cake should be more firm and breadier, but the coffee was a genuine strong brew just like back home.
