Overall I was very pleased with the balance and flavor of this drink. This is probably my favorite latte in Livermore so far. I would come back in a heartbeat. Great, chill vibes here. A fair number of tables and seats inside. Tables also outside. Parking is a little tricky. Not too many spaces in their lot. A gem in Livermore.

They were kind enough to tell me which seasonal drinks I could adjust to oat milk, and the rest you can adjust the sweetness and add toppings for an extra charge. I tried their Snoopy Chocolate Hazelnut Matcha Latte with oat milk, less sweetness, and less ice. There was a strong Nutella flavor with good consistency, but the matcha wasn't strong enough for me when I didn't mix it. I even got myself a Snoopy matcha plush keychain as my birthday gift for $18, which is pricey but durable enough to hang on your bag. It's a pretty small shop, yet it's covered in cute and colorful decor. Plus, the tables are clean since most customers usually wait for their drinks and leave rather than sit down.

When customers are in a hurry, it's easy to approve a payment without noticing a preset tip. Tipping should be a deliberate choice, not a default setting. I was also surprised that Rosetta Roasting does not accept cash. While businesses can choose their payment methods, I believe customers should still have the option to pay with legal U.S. currency. The coffee and staff were good. My feedback is directed at the payment policies, which I hope management will reconsider.

The only reason why I continue buying coffee from this location is Rich. He just a ray of sunshine and positivity. His smile is so contagious and he makes your day better. He's kind, professional and just makes the overall experience of buying coffee so much better. It's unfortunate to see other staff members. Sometimes the employees dont seem to be happy or they seem very stressed espically if its bussy and u forgot to ask for no foam or a water sometimes they say "Ok, next time make sure to mention this at the regster" and they do, what u request. I'm a Peet's fan. I wish there were more of them so I wouldn't have to go to that other place (Star-something). The one in downtown is within walking distance form my house. I can walk the dog over in the morning and get a fresh coffee with two extra shots in it. Perfect! They always have a nice selection of pastries and muffins too.
