It was delicious! The Egg Roll had a nice combination of celery, pork, cabbage and the right seasonings. It passed my no duck sauce needed taste. The flavors were great. I tried the duck sauce, although it looked like, it had that great New England apple flavor. The only item I wasn't a huge fan of was their Hot and Sour soup. The Chashu pork was really good, although it was different than what I was used to. It didn't really have that "Chashu" taste that I've grown accustomed to, and it tasted kind of like it was marinated in a soy sauce or something similar. Again, it was very very good. It's hard to enjoy the meal when the order is wrong and the restaurant makes fixing it your responsibility. I know quality Chinese takeout options in the area are limited, but there are still other places I'd rather support. Unfortunately, I won't be returning.
