These are the best bagels ever. I grew up in NYC and I'm a self-proclaimed bagel snob. "P-Bagel" Rivals all the big NYC bagel shops. They have a thin crisp shell and an airy angelic center for that perfect melt in your mouth experience and no toasting ever needed. I wish I discovered this hidden gem years ago because I would exclusively buy bagels here. Their spreads are also great. Easy 5 stars!

    THIS BAGEL IS SO GOOD

Got the bacon egg and cheese with a hash brown on it. Amazing. Also the place had a really inviting vibe. Good service too. Quick for me as I was a to go order.

There are NO good Bagels in New Hope, so I drive 20+ minutes here. Their Bagels are FRESH, they aren't over baked. Besides Bagels and spreads like Cream Cheese/Butter/Jelly/etc, they have Breakfast Sandwiches and Sandwiches for Lunch. I usually stop for Lunch so I'll do a Combo which will get you a side (Macaroni Salad, Potato Salad or Coleslaw) and a Pickle. I haven't had a combo I didn't like. I haven't tried the Potato Salad or Coleslaw because the Macaroni is so good, I can't not get it. If you like Hoagies, definitely try one here. They are made on Bagel Twists! It's busy on the weekends, so I'd get there early or you risk not getting your favorite kind of Bagel. Egg is mine, and there's been a few times they ran out. Another thing you can do is order online, it makes pick up a lot easier.

Pennington Bagel Experience sits in the far corner of Pennington Plaza on Route 31, right next to Diamond's. Nearly impossible to see unless you know where to look. The shop is a community hangout with small and large tables for customers, and a bagel centric menu for sandwiches breakfast and lunch. The staff is friendly, helpful and efficient. Coffee is strong and flavorful. Ordering is done in the far right corner next to the large bins holding their precious treasures. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese on onion sammy and retreated to a crumb filled table to await my meal. It arrived quickly with a smile. I liked their rendition of this traditional offering, although it would have been better had the store actually had a grill for the egg and meat preparation. I am not a fan of microwaved eggs, and although very bouffant from the radiation, there was not a yolk to be found. Taste of the egg was bland, but the sausage patty and bagel pulled it through. The bagel was of the light and airy school, which I prefer. I have to remember to ask about the cooking fixtures to avoid the nuked approach to grilling in the future. This Pennington Bagel was generally a good experience, but it could be so much better if they were allowed to use hot steel for cooking. That microwave is holding them back. 3.5 Stars

Awesome bagels, good coffee, awesome sandwiches. I moved away awhile ago to the midwest, and rednecks just can't make food like this.

We often have odd dining experiences, from our first date 20 years ago to last month. This is my second time at Boro, my wife has been there a couple more times. What sets this restaurant apart is not just the food, but the service. Genuine smiles when we arrived and left. We were sat next to a couple with 4 kids. Not a big deal for us as we have two. The kids were great. As they were leaving, only 15 minutes after we sat, our server said they paid for our first round. It was such a nice gesture even though they were no problem to us. Ok, the food and drinks. I've been hooked on this cocktail recently, a Paper Plane. I asked if they could make it and they sure could. It requires one specific brand of Italian spirit so I was really impressed. My wife had a cool cosmo with white cranberry juice and elderflower liqueur. The reason I will come here for one thing and one thing only is their Crispy Chicken Appetizer. It's everything that you ever wanted sesame General Tso's chicken to be, and more! Just enough so that you'll lick the bowl clean and order some to go...I did. The lobster risotto and chicken we had for entrees were fantastic. My second drink was a seasonally warm take on an old fashioned that was served with a flaming sugar cube and had me saying mmmm after every sip. The Zeppoles....theyre gluten free!! My wife loses her mind over these every time. Well done, Boro. I can't wait to come back.

We started by ordering the crispy chicken, and I ordered a drink from the bar. The crispy chicken was the highlight of the night--very flavorful. The drink arrived 15 minutes after ordering, when we were halfway through the appetizer. I could see the bartender moving slowly, and I heard other patrons complaining about the wait time. It happens, and if the rest of the experience was good, I wouldn't have even remembered that. Our waitress brought us some bread, which was a bit stale, but the butter was fantastic. Our main courses were very average--I had the grilled branzino, which is a simple dish but just lacked flavor or anything to make it stand out. My husband ordered the short rib pappardelle, and the pasta itself was good. The sauce was very, very heavy due to too much truffle. By the time we finished eating, we were fully sweating because the restaurant was so hot. It was a very hot day, and maybe the air-conditioning was not working. Again, forgivable, but on top of everything else, it made for an unpleasant experience. Overall, it felt overpriced for the food and service.

It wasn't showing up on my account. I called the restaurant and they were able to find and confirm. I don't know if it's an Open Table glitch. They were so accommodating upon arrival when our party went from 9 people to 7. The staff was amazing and on top of everything. We ordered apps off the dining room menu but they let us order large pizzas instead of the 12" ones. We had calamari and bacon wrapped shrimp. I love that they offer the calamari in both fried and grilled. I was outvoted on the grilled but I have to say that the squid was perfectly cooked. Not chewy or fishy at all. Very tender. The breading was light and not greasy at all. The bacon wrapped shrimp were interesting. The shrimp were huge. They were drenched in BBQ sauce. I thought it was ok but I'm not sure about the flavor combo. We ordered a large plain and a large pepperoni. I thought the plain was delicious. The dough was good and not too much flop. The sauce was a bit sweet, which I like. The only issue is that the cheese and sauce didn't stick to the dough so it slid off while cutting. Overall, I think they did a great job with a large group during weekday lunch.
