My friend and I stopped by late Thursday morning and were immediately greeted by a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our server Nikki was friendly, and the food was delicious. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. I had the daily quiche, while my friend chose the grilled veggie sandwich, and we shared the blinis. The quiche was packed with broccoli, cheddar, and bacon, a classic combo that never disappoints. The sandwich was layered with eggs, spinach, roasted peppers, mushrooms, mozzarella, and Cooper cheese, all tucked into perfectly grilled multi-grain bread. The blinis were crisp on the outside, light and fluffy inside, and topped with sour cream. For those unfamiliar, blinis are small, tender pancakes traditionally made with yeasted batter. With its consistently tasty food and inviting atmosphere, Mitzi's remains one my favorite brunch spots in the Lehigh Valley.

We were greeted as soon as we came in and our waitress friendly and patient as we asked her a few questions about the menu. We each had a quiche and fresh fruit. I had the New England quiche - cheddar cheese, spinach and Granny Smith apples. It was delish! The fruit was fresh and included pieces of mango. The coffee, even the plain ice coffee was aromatic.
