    6 for $6 Breakfast

Good value for money. Waitress was friendly and quick with service. The 6 for $6 breakfast gets you 2 pancakes, 2 eggs and 2 pieces of bacon. No substitutions allowed. Place could use a deep cleaning. Table was really clean & menu needs a good wipe down.

Food was delicious. People there were very friendly and made sure that we had everything. Great service! I would definitely go back on Sundays as a family brunch.

I absolutely love this restaurant from the cooks to the servers to cashiers are awesome so very pleasant to their patrons whether your dining in or ordering out. Every week I get their 20%off my order every week in my email and I use that coupon to order my favorite breakfast. POTATOE PANCAKES. They are amazing. Just like how my dad used to make them. This place never disappoints. I highly recommend PERKINS

I came to Perkins with a friend/coworker and one of her friends a few days before Christmas, 2015. It was my first visit, even though I live pretty close... I took pictures of our food and decided to write a review. First off, let me just say this place is sitting on top of a hill, with BIG windows, overlooking part of the town of Bethlehem. It has such a nice view for eating. Aside from the food, that was one of my favorite parts. Service: The service was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Offered great recommendations on some of the dishes. We didn't have to wait too long for our meal, and I was very impressed with the variety of foods they offer. They even have a bakery where you can purchase cakes, pies, etc. They also do breakfast ALL DAY, which I am such a big fan of, because I love having breakfast at night. "Elmo" was there the night we came in, so I decided to get a picture for fun, lol. Food: I ordered the "Build A Breakfast", choosing pancakes, hash browns, over-easy eggs and chicken sausage. Oh and raspberry iced tea. The pancakes were delicious, not too flat, not too mushy. They brought out a tray with several different syrups to choose from, berry, maple, and I think honey? Nice to have options right there on the table. The hash browns were good too, eggs were just right, not too runny but not over-cooked. The chicken sausage was pretty good too, it didn't taste like boring ordinary sausage, it had a unique flavor. I also liked the raspberry iced tea, I could taste the berry but it wasn't too sweet. My coworker ordered a hash brown plate with cheese, bacon and sour cream. Also a grilled chicken club sandwich with fries and ranch dip. Her friend had a salad with a BLT. My coworker let me try a bite of the hash browns, they were sooooo good! Loved the flavor and they were lightly crips on the outside with a soft inside. I tried a small bite of her chicken club and a French fry--the chicken club is pretty good, it has bacon and all inside. You can really taste it. Fries are just right, like the tots, crispy outside, soft inside. I love their ranch, its that rich, creamy kind. I commented to the manager that their ranch tastes homemade... He said their ranch IS in fact made in-house, its not pre-bottled. I always like to hear that. I did not try any of the BLT or the salad, but they look pretty good too. Just wanted to give a shout out about this place, I WILL be coming back! Very enjoyable experience, I wish I knew about this place sooner. I recommend it to anyone looking for a good family night out, or just some nice comfort food.

Food is good and Mike is always checking on ya. Food could be served faster but I guess it's because it's always busy in there.

However, the overall experience was disappointing due to slow service, lack of communication, and issues with the food. We visited after the Lehigh Graduate Commencement Ceremony and were seated from 1:30-3:00 PM. Our server, Younise, only checked on us roughly every 15 minutes. It then took 45 minutes for pretzels and another 30 minutes for our 2 entrees. While we overheard that the kitchen was behind, this was never communicated to us directly, which made the long wait more frustrating. There was also an issue with my order. I ordered the Caesar salad wrap (Julius' Chicken Dance $14), but I was brought a Caesar salad with chicken ($3 up-charge) instead. The server did not offer to have the kitchen correct it or provide an alternative. After discussing it, I eventually asked if she could bring me a tortilla so I could make the wrap myself. A 15% discount was applied, which I appreciated, but the bill still listed the incorrect meal and reflected the higher-priced salad instead of the wrap I originally ordered. The burger was also underwhelming, as the cheese was not melted. For a meal that came to over $60 for pretzels, a burger, a salad item, and one drink, I expected better communication, food quality, and customer service. The ambiance was great, but the entrees and service unfortunately did not match the setting

Great service, great food…read more The person who booked our dinner reservations did not know this was a cigar bar so we were a bit shocked walking in, but we were seated downstairs at the farthest away table so we thankfully didn't smell much smoke. Service was great, our waitress was very attentive and friendly. For apps we did the pirogies which were some of the best I've ever had, the red wine sauce was amazing!, as well as the shoulder lean which was good. For an entree, I did the Jimmy Pesto wrap. Good flavor and massive portion, but the chicken was very dry. Husband got the What's the Dilla, which was great and again a massive portion. We also enjoyed most our cocktails.

Dining at Swift was truly exceptional. The food was outstanding, but what impressed us even more was the entire experience. Every course, every interaction, and every detail reflected genuine pride and care. We spent the day exploring Historic Bethlehem, enjoying the charming shops and restaurants, then returned to what felt like a peaceful retreat. It was the perfect combination of a boutique hotel and a walkable, historic town. In a world where many places promise a luxury experience, the Wilbur Mansion quietly delivers something even better...an experience that feels personal, authentic, and unforgettable. We arrived hoping for a relaxing weekend getaway and left already talking about when we'll come back. Thank you to everyone for creating such a memorable experience. We will certainly be back and tell everyone about our perfect weekend getaway!

I mentioned this and was told that's because many of the same craftsmen worked on this place too. Made me feel smart! If you go. Do yourself a favor and walk around a bit. The food was very tasty I think it is the only restaurant I've been in locally that didn't use excessive amounts of salt. A big plus. The mixed drinks were interesting and reasonably strong. I usually quaff mine down fairly rapidly, savoring the buzz during dinner and still safely driving home after. I had potato soup, which was very good, and Ming had Beet Carpaccio, which was thinly sliced seared root veggies with seasoning. I only had a bite because she wanted it all! Then came dinner. I had the ribeye, which was done so that it was seared one the outside to keep the flavor in and red (while being cooked thru, not an easy feat) and it's was flavored but not overly salty, were unusual. I ordered my usual Worcestershire sauce to clean off the extra salt, but hardly used any. Ming had the crab cake, which was the only negative of the meal. While not overtired or salty, there was a bit of a fishy smell. Not terrible, but off putting. Luckily for me, I don't like crab anyway so I didn't have any. The desserts were good, with a tasty chocolate cake and a peach cobbler that was good but could have had a bit of peach goo to moisten it a bit. The prices were very competitive considering the venue AND the quality of the food. The bar was hopping too because it looked like a great place to hang out with friends!
