I called at 5pm said my order would be ready in 25 minutes it my sister went at 5:30 it is now 5:53 still not done I called the girl there who picked up Bernice I told her why it took that long if I would have known it was gonna be an hour from now I would have gone somewhere else I asked her if she knew why i was frustrated she's like no maybe the person at the register have it to someone else I'm like what? Pizza is great, but the crazy bread is not so great. I like this pizza more than Little Caesars because it tastes a little fresher and healthier. I have gone in before and used card and was never asked for ID, but this last time I came in, they asked for it. Service is A-OK. Beware when ordering pizzas with "half and half" toppings. I was charged $9 for a half Hawaiian, half pepperoni. Pepperoni pizzas are only $5.55(they just raised their prices too). Pizza is still good but they shouldn't charge full price for things that aren't "full" to begin with. read more

This place is like a block from my house and is a life saver when there's nothin to eat at home. The pepperoni pizza is okay but for five bucks that's pretty good. My favorite things on the menu are the cheese bread and the wings :) the cheese bread is to die for! I hate that it used to be cheaper and now it's 5 bucks but whatever it's worth it! Just tried this pizza for the first time a few months ago. Was a little hesitant because their pizza is only $5 for a medium one topping. But I'm so glad we tried it. Very good pizza and super cheap. Can't beat $5. The sauce is really good and the crust is just right. The pizza is always ready right away and even though sometimes there are people waiting, it's quick. PIzza is Great that is why i gave it 5 stars the first time I went here back in 12/19/12 but employees are incompetent! Don't trust phone orders for this location. I guess you get what you pay for. I have had my share of bad experiences with this particular location but this time I just had to send a complaint to corporate because talking to the incompetent employees and manager of this location got me a terrible response and didn't really get me anywhere. I placed an order on Sunday 10/6/13 right around 6:43PM and I was told that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I get there half hour after and they tell me that they had just given part of my order to someone else and that I had to wait 5 -10 minutes. I guess it wouldn't have mattered any other day but I rushed over during the half time of my favorite NFL team for that very same reason to not miss any part of my game. I then called the manager and I told him what had happened and I got the lamest excuse ever. He told me that they ran out of paper and were behind on their orders. What the hell does running out of paper have to do with anything! Also, he mentioned that they were busy but in my defense that is the whole reason why I placed the order over the phone. For those looking for a consistent pizza with a fair price and actually tastes good, you can't beat Pronto Pizza off of 1st and Raitt in Santa Ana. I work for a non-profit ministry where we serve hundreds of kids lunch every week and when I put in my order the staff has been on point with having them ready for me to pick them up. If you are looking to serve a lot of people this is a great way to go. Give them about a half hour and they can crank out like 12 boxes of pizza for you. This place has definitely improved since its first opened. They upgraded their registers to clover, so ringing up people is a lot faster than before. Wait time for fresh pizza is always about 10 mins, regardless of how many employees they have working in the back. Customer service has definitely improved! i usually come here on the weekends and get wings and jose (btw he is a great worker) does the wings and the girl takes my order. but today oswaldo the worker took my order and was kind of annoyed and giving me attitude when i asked to pay when i pick up the order like i always do. i really don't have a problem when i pay after but it looked like he had a problem because he was rolling his eyes. also i specifically said i wanted the wings really crispy like i always get them. and when i picked them up i got home i realized that they were not crispy at all they were just regular wings that have been there waiting to be picked with fat all over & i didn't even get to eat them towards the ends & i know oswaldo made them because he was the only worker at the time. kind of upset because it was a waste of money.. read more
