Excellent service, authentic testing food and clean restaurant. It's woman owned. She is at times the cashier or server. She's very caring. You can taste the quality in the food.

Came here with friends on a Saturday night after seeing some positive reviews online, but unfortunately this place was a disappointment across the board. When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty, which quickly made sense to us. We were asked to view the menu via QR code but not order through it, but just tell the server what we wanted, which felt unnecessarily awkward. Prices also felt very high for what was offered. I paid nearly $25 for my dish, and it was absolutely not worth it. Additionally, they had images of the dishes on the menu which did not look like what we received. Food took almost 30 minutes to arrive. We were given complimentary lavash with butter and mint, but both the bread and butter were cold, making it nearly impossible to spread, and the combination itself was unappealing. Water was self serve from a jug that was never refilled. There were also cleaning solution bottles left on every table, which felt strange. We didn't know if we were expected to clean the tables ourselves. I ordered the gormeh sabzi, a dish I've had many times elsewhere. This version was overly sour, very oily, and came with very little stew compared to a large portion of rice. Service wise, the staff were friendly, but there were notable issues. My friend ordered chicken and was served beef instead. The server simply removed it from the plate. That's especially concerning for anyone with dietary restrictions. None of us enjoyed our experience, and given the price, wait time, and food quality, this isn't a place I'd recommend.

4.5 Stars This spot is one of my dad's favorite and he's a pretty particular guy. The food and the service are an easy 5. The food is flavorful and authentic and the portions are gigantic. We got the family platter of 6 assorted kebabs ($109.99) and the sabzi stew ($20.99) and it was all amazing. Us 5 people maybe finished like 50% of the food with plenty to take home afterwards. It was my first time having sabzi and I loved it - it was authentic and spiced well and wonderful. It had so much olive oil in it though - I wonder if that is normal. I'm not sure who was helping us out - she was so warm and sweet I figured she must be the owner, or friend of the owner. The interior is .... interesting, lol. Between the giant flashing LED screens, the garish fame flowers, and the choice of furniture... yeah, this isn't like, a classy nice ocassion spot. When I walked in I thought - oh god, the food better be really good or something. Oh, it was also completely empty when we walked in. Located in a strip mall.

First of all it seems that the grocery store portion will close this coming Friday and they will expand the business to be only a restaurant. Wish they could keep both!! We opted for Barg kabob, chicken koobideh kabob and ghormeh Sabzi stew. The kabobs were juicy and tender and the presentation was beautiful. The ghormeh Sabzi was Ok and lacked the sour flavor that should have. Seems they do not add lemon or sour grape juice to it. Hope they change the recipe and do make it the way it is traditionally. Minus one star for the ghormeh! I am sure over time their business will flourish as they do care about the customer service. Will be back after their expansion.

Even on a Friday afternoon, I placed my order online and it said about 45 minutes. I was monitoring the pick up times before ordering and it kept going between 30-60 minutes lol, insane. Don't yall work on Fridays?! (I had the day off :D). I get in the store and there were a bunch of orders sitting on the counter, people probably just order and pick up later. There was enough parking somehow. It wasn't too crowded inside, but it was warm like others have said. I got the avocado dragon fruit smoothie and a strawberry daifuku for the wifey. My drink wasn't bad. Going into this I was like... haven't ya'll had Avocado smoothie from any Vietnamese shop before? Like how good could this be. The drink was creamy and sweet enough, so it was good. Not exactly the same as a vietnamese avocado smoothie. I already had something similar to the Avocado signature smoothie from Naisnow and it wasn't for me, which is why I didn't order it here. The Strawberry Daifuku was alright. A little tangy, mochi was nice, but the drink wasn't cold at all. My wife works basically next door, so she can order ahead of time and pick it up on the way home. But definitely not planning to order, drive 25 minutes each way, just to have this.

Ordering was quick and convenient through the self-service kiosk, and our desserts were ready within just a few minutes. The process was smooth and efficient, making it an easy place to stop by for a quick treat. Another thing I appreciated was the spacious seating area. There was plenty of room to sit and chat, making it a great spot to catch up with friends over dessert. The toppings on the snow dessert were generous and complemented the shaved ice perfectly. Overall, if you're looking for a lighter, more manageable portion of bingsoo that still delivers on flavor, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. The desserts are delicious, the service is quick, and the atmosphere makes it a great place to relax and enjoy something sweet.
