These guys - and especially Damon - are great. My daughter cracked her iPhone screen badly and after using it for many months that way, we went here to replace the screen after pieces started falling out and it, finally, couldnt be used anymore. They fixed it quickly and cheaply. Then after a pretty short period of time, the screen started separating from the case and the screen would get all screwy and I guess she decided to live with it, but this weekend it went really bad again and she couldnt use it. There was a small crack in the corner of the screen that seems to have happened from the glass flexing when it would pop out. I took it back in at the end of a work day. Damon said that because of the crack, he couldnt return it, but would replace it for us for just the labor before they closed. When we came back, Damon was gone and the other guy said Damon said there was no charge at all. I tried to pay for the labor, but they wouldnt take it. I dont want to set up unreasonable expectations that this would happen every time because I think with the way the thing popped out those were extenuating circumstances. But what I can tell you to expect is really nice guys that do great work and really want their customers to be happy. This is the place to go to get your phones fixed. read more

My husband and I have had our screens fixed several times, we've had our batteries replaced, and we have even purchased a phone from them. Each time we need them, they work fast, they are friendly and they always do a great job for a reasonable price. I will never go any place else. I've been a member with Verizon since 1993 I've gone to the store here in Petaluma on Kenilworth with myself my family I bought many many phones for my kids and myself every time I go in there for an upgrade for myself I always get some young man who could care less about what my concerns are only trying to sell me something never reviewing my account asking me what I would like they always seem to be concerned about them selling the phone maybe they're getting a commission I'm not sure but they certainly don't get very good service and their attitudes are oh well no worries just so sad that they could give a rat's that I've been paying Verizon for many many years and many many dollars so sad read more

these guys took great care of me when I lost my phone. I called and they said they had the phone I wanted in stock for only $75. When I got there they unfortunately DIDNT have it, so they gave me a much better one, a phone that retails for over $400, brand new, for still only $75. Their mistake was my gain. broke the screen of my Moto X2 and this was the only shop that was able to replace my screen within a 15 mile radius of my home so I gave them a shot. Damon was extremely nice and helpful as were the rest of the staff I met. They offered to replace the screen for a moderate price on a Friday, they needed to have the piece they needed shipped, and it was repaired by Sunday. When I picked up the repaired phone there was a small gap between the seam of the screen and the frame and some other small superficial problems . I realized this may be an opening for dust or even humidity and may shorten the life of the phone so I took it back in. The owner was there and very helpful and polite. He looked at the phone listened to my complaints and said they'd be fixed by the following day.I came back the next day and everything was fixed. I've had an iPhone for two generations and never broke the screen before. I had no clue as to how to get one fixed. Damon answered at 10am on a Friday and said he could fix it this day. I went right over to his shop by the downtown parking lot and he fixed it in under an hour.
