Laura came in and described what she was going to do. She asked if I had any areas on my body that were bothering me. I let her know my low back is an ongoing issue. I really appreciated that she asked me that and how much pressure I would like for the massage. I have to say, this was one of the best massages I have ever had. Parking is fine with three spots in front of the business and more areas to park on the sides. It did not seem like a busy area and parking does not seem to be an issue here. Amanda asked me if there were any areas she should focus on and also let me know I could let her know if I needed her to adjust the pressure. I've been getting massages in the San Jose area for years and Amanda is the first masseuse to ever ask me those questions. They also did a layer of heated towels between the sheet and the blanket that was magical and again, not something we've had done in other massage locations. In the morning they moved my time slot to 6:15PM (I was notified via text message from the booking website). Then it was moved back to 6PM (again notified through the booking website). Later in the day around 1PM they called asking us to move to 5:45PM. I was accommodating because I understood that I booked at short notice. Then 1 hour before the appointment at 4:50PM they told me that the couple's room is unavailable and we would have to get separate rooms. We specifically wanted the couples room so it's unfortunate that we can't even find an alternative now.
