I came across this food truck at Lawless brewery in North Hollywood during one of the World Cup games. Cool, friendly employees, reasonable prices considering how much a lot of food trucks charge now a day. I went with the OTB Fries and they were a great choice, good seasoning on the fries, tasty OTG Tang sauce and a generous amount of steak on the fries as well. I have to give credit where it's due. These two young guys are incredibly hardworking, and clearly passionate about what they're doing! Both guys are respectful and respected! Their Philly cheesesteak is honestly one of the best I've had in Los Angeles and can easily stand alongside some of the most talked-about cheesesteaks around. The quality of the meat and cheese is noticeably better than what you find at most places, and every bite tastes fresh and well thought out. YOU GOTTA GET THE OTB PHILLY. What really sets them apart is their signature pepper sauce that comes with this specific sandwich. It adds a unique flavor that perfectly complements the sandwich without overpowering it. Flavor is amazing. I'm from New York all my Philly steaks out here have no flavor to the meat but this one does. The flavor is so good I'm writing this review right after having a sandwich. Improvements a couple you need more onions need a little more Mayo needs to be toasted a little more the meat ratio is pretty small for $18 but the flavor is so good that I don't know if I'm complaining. Also I will say they only have one cheese American Sharp no provolone no whiz. So yes the sandwich is Burbank style they even have Ranch. I will be back and I do recommend this place. read more

This is a food truck located in Burbank. We were out looking at Halloween decorations when we found this truck to eat at. They serve Ribeye based Philly Cheesesteak dishes. The menu is small, but packed with flavor. All sandwiches are made to order which is really good because the steak comes out piping hot. We got 2 Classic Philly Steaks and 1 Texas Toast Philly cheesesteak. The classic is ribeye on a soft footlong roll with gooey cheese and onions. The Texas Toast is classic Philly cheesesteak on Texas Toast bread. The cover it in some sauce and it is perfect. We also got the seasoned fries which were very crisp with the perfect amount of seasoning. We will be back in the area this Friday and plan on eating here again. Parking won't be an issue since they are in front of a CVS with a massive parking lot and the street has a lot of open parking. Philly on the Block in Burbank might be my newest obsession -- and while the food is delicious, the customer service is truly what sets this place apart. Absolutely phenomenal service from start to finish. We ordered the OTB Philly Cheesesteak, OTB Fries, and the breakfast burrito. I'm going to be very honest about the food while still standing firm on my 5-star rating. Let's start with the fries because WOW. The OTB fries were out of this world. Perfectly crispy shoestring-style fries (a little thicker than your typical shoestring), and somehow they stayed incredibly crunchy even with steak and sauces piled on top. The combination of the sauces, the meat, and that crunch was unreal. If you love crispy fries, this is a must-order. Our second favorite was the OTB Philly Cheesesteak. The meat was phenomenal -- so flavorful and well-seasoned. The sesame bread was fantastic, and the entire sandwich just worked beautifully together. I really, really enjoyed this one. The breakfast burrito was also very good. My only feedback is that it could use a dairy-based sauce of some kind -- maybe an aioli, chipotle sauce, or avocado crema -- to bring everything together a bit more. I also think next time I'd add crispy tater tots for more texture. Most of the cheese and flavor was concentrated toward the ends of the burrito, and I would've loved that evenly distributed throughout. Still, it was a solid, satisfying burrito. Overall, the food is delicious, the fries are elite, the Philly is fantastic, and the customer service alone makes this place worth coming back to again and again. Easy 5 out of 5. read more
