Honestly portions were not good. It was mostly noodles and some pieces of meat. Service wasn't the best we weren't half way done and they were already giving us the check. Also some of the chopsticks looked like it had mold.

This restaurant is one of our stops whenever we come from Knotts Berry Farm with our Son and his friends. They close late so this is perfect for us who are night owls. This is so far the only one we know that closes late near Knott's Berry Farm. Soup, Spring rolls, Noodles, Vegetable stir fry, Vermicelli with BBQ Beef or BBQ Pork are our usual order here, but the most reason my Son and his friends chose this place is for their pork chops with rice and eggs. Everything is very Tasty, the right amount of food serving size, especially their Pork chop with rice. Service is always quick here , every time we come here, the food comes out fast and delicious. Plenty of space for Parking too.

Pho 21 in Buena Park has been one of my favorite spots for years! The food is always delicious, the service is excellent, and I love that they're open late. Perfect place when you're craving a warm and comforting meal at night. The staff is always friendly, and the quality never disappoints. Definitely recommend this place if you love good pho and great service!

Food came out quickly! Service was great. Food is alright. Ideal for late night dinners and typically has room for large groups of people.

I was dying for some Pho for dinner after have Udon for breakfast. My family and I were lagging to get out of the door and it just kept getting later and later. Restaurants that I was viewing were starting to close. However, Pho 21 being almost 24 hours was a life saver. My whole family got our hungry hands on the most delicious pho. The broth is subtle, like not too over powering, which I like because it gives the other ingredients a chance to shine. I like that the broth is pipping hot because we really need that heat to cook the ingredients. The seafood soup was under $20, but FYI I got 2 shrimps, 1 muscle, 2 octopus pieces and 3 scallops. At first, I thought it wasn't enough at all but now after digging in I see that it was my American-ness that wanted more! Glad I called myself out on that. The staff wasn't exactly friendly but they do their jobs and God bless them I wish them happiness. The store still has Covid 19 plastic up, which felt like a horrible memory but whatever, to each his own. Those times were a trip! The best part of going to this location was a sweet old (maybe 70s) Vietnamese woman. She was sitting on the floor selling little trays of veggies. You could tell she struggles and is honorable because she isn't asking for handouts just for you to support her business and buy some little onions on a plate. Please give her your time and if possible bless her with something that can really help her out. Ok, I think I am done, sorry not sorry Ha.

If you need a place to eat with a big group and later at night, this is definitely one of those spots! For a Friday night, they were able to accommodate us pretty quickly and split us up. Got our orders and our food within 15min or so? I'm sure it would feel fast or faster with a smaller group since they had to prep more for us. As for the food, I got a large 9 with rare steak and brisket to share with a food. Overall I'd rate the pho as average. Nothing particularly bad nor great about it. It satisfies the craving. What put it down for me was that the noodles broke so easily when I lifted it up with my chopsticks. The broth was fine, not much depth in flavor. Meat was good.

Went back to visit Pho 21 because I was feeling sick and wanted some good comfort food. I'll keep the review short and sweet since I left one before. Yet another phenomenal dinner The food came out right away and it made me feel warm and feeling better. The service (as always) was quick but attentive. I will be back again soon!!

They were still there. It was open and they went in service and they were rude about it.

It's more like 2.5 stars. I would suggest Korean food instead of Vietnamese in this plaza.

I usually get either the #9 Pho Tai Nam or the #25 pork chop with rice. I also like the #41…read morevermicelli with pork and egg roll. #27 shaken beef is a good portion size, but I've had better. Pho portions are very good--lots of meat. Service is fast and friendly. It is a busy restaurant but I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes. They are very efficient at turning over tables. My only negative experience here was eating at the table by the door to the restrooms. At times, especially when people pass back and forth, you can smell the restrooms which isn't ideal.

This is hands down my favorite Korean restaurant. The quality of the food and the portion sizes are…read moreboth 10/10. The kimchi, kkakdugi (radish kimchi), and gat kimchi are absolutely delicious. I heard that the owner makes everything in-house, and you can really tell how much care and skill go into the food. The staff are also incredibly kind and welcoming every time I visit. Galbitang (Beef Short Rib Soup) - This is honestly the best galbitang I've had in both OC and LA. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is always fresh and tender. Whenever I'm craving galbitang in the OC/LA area, this is the only place I go. Yukgaejang (Spicy Beef Soup) - The amount of ingredients they give you is amazing. I've had it both dining in and as takeout, and it's consistently delicious every single time. It's perfectly seasoned, and has just the right level of spice. As much as I love the galbitang, I think I actually enjoy the yukgaejang even more. Pork Cutlet (Donkatsu) - This place is known for its galbitang and seolleongtang, so I wasn't expecting much from the donkatsu... but why is it this good? The cabbage salad dressing that comes on the side is seriously addictive. The portion size is huge, there's no way I could finish it by myself. It has the crispy texture of Japanese katsu, while still having a great pork flavor of its own. I honestly think this could be considered one of their signature dishes. If you're looking for authentic Korean comfort food with generous portions and warm service, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'll definitely keep coming back!
