I have been coming here for YEARS, I rave about this place to family & friends. My brother in law commented on how rude the waiters are and I literally disagreed with him and said "they've never been rude when i've gone" boy was I proven wrong, today was the last time I will ever go back. First the waiter put my brother in laws soup down so aggressively to the point broth spilled onto the table next to our nephew who is 1 years old. my mother in law even said "geez" under her breath, my sister in law got nervous so she scooted the baby's high chair closer away from the table just to be extra careful since the waiter was being pretty aggressive and moving way to fast dealing with HOT broth. thennnn the waiter spilled an entire small bowl of scorching hot soup on me, which went alllll over my left leg. Instead of apologizing he just brought me a towel & i told him he really needs to slow down and not move so fast, he then tried arguing with me that it was my fault because I took the fried rice from him (he handed me the fried rice lol) which then led him to knock over the small bowl that he had already had placed on the table but that makes no sense? He didn't clean up the mess, he didn't bring another bowl of soup that HE spilled & still charged us for allllll our food, very strange aggressive rude behavior. I was in so much pain, my leg is bright red & his lack of urgency and care totally rubbed me the wrong way. I understand accidents happen but when you're dealing with HOT food, I would assume waiters should be way more careful & at least apologetic. I also didn't make this more of a big deal because i didn't want my in laws and nephew to feel more uncomfortable then we already did & ruin their meal with a bad time. But it needs to be said that they are not careful with their hot food & now my leg is extremely burnt. read more

I happened to be nearby and found this place via Yelp. It didn't disappoint! It's easy to see why the reviews are so good here. It's a nice pho restaurant with a family atmosphere. I got the pho with rare beef and brisket. The broth is soooo good. It's nice, clear, and so flavorful. The large size is only $1 more and it's huge with plenty left for another meal. The food here is consistently good and the service is too. They always have it clean and they are never under staffed and even when the waitlist is long they do a good job getting people in. Very meh. I thought this would be promising considering they have a GG location, numbers in the name, and the interior seemed authentic. However, their pho broth was watery, lacked enough fish sauce, and somehow tasted worse after squeezing in some lime. I don't know what happened there. I had their bun tom nuong cha gio (vermicelli salad with grilled shrimp and egg rolls). The vermicelli salad and shrimp was fine, could have used more salad. Their eggrolls tho. Probably one of the worst eggrolls I've had. They were kinda soggy and the inside smelled off. The only thing that was good that we ordered were the grilled pork spring rolls. This place was overall the best place to eat your pho. Once walking in for my kids they seated us and greeted us. Once seated and going over menu, the waitress came over bringing over my 2 kids a small bowl of simple pho with noodles only. That only made my heart happy. The kids were able to eat right away while I looked over the menu. The phos are all about 15.99 and was huge and delicious. The place is clean and well seated. They sat my granddaughter & I immediately & took our order. The even had my fave Vietnamese French Roast black! I got on ice. We both had ordered (2) the large, Filet Mignon Pho, (2, 4 pc) fried egg rolls. Egg rolls very fresh, crispy & not oily. Pho arrived steaming hot & looked & smelled great. They came with a plate of bean sprouts, shaved jalapeños & fresh mint leaves. My granddaughter's first time & she liked it very much. My goal is she have a good or great experience & she did! The service was great & constant, the tables & dining area was thoroughly clean & so was the restrooms. Prices vary but I'd rate it on the higher end. But, it's worth the quality. When I saw this, I was very excited because it must indicate that this restaurant is YUMMY! I ordered the grilled pork and fried egg with rice while my friend ordered the number 1 pho. I was honestly a bit disappointed... The grilled pork on my plate was incredibly salty, but the fried egg was delicious with a runny yolk and the pickled veggies were so refreshing and fresh! My friend said her pho broth was on the salty end as well, but the meat was at the perfect textures and flavor. On another note, the service was AMAZING! But the service is very quick and efficient and I like how clean it is. I tried their shaken beef recently and while it was good and I thought the portion was huge, I was bamboozled. The short rib pho is highly recommended. For appetizers, you can't go wrong with the egg rolls or pork spring rolls.
