My limes were surprisingly juicy which is usually not the case. The meat was tender and the price was good. The only thing lacking is the broth. It's not the worst broth but lacked some depth compared to my favorite broth at Pho Than Brothers in Seattle. Cleanliness Rating: Good. The pho was extremely oily.. a layer floating on top which is not usual for pho. The chicken in the pho was super dry and flavorless. And the 2 eggrolls were tiny with no pork. My friend ordered beef brisket pho and they were also surprised how oily their soup was too. The beef brisket was not soft like most other pho places. It was dry and super chewy. This has to be the worst teriyaki I have ever had. The salad is discolored and disappointing, and the chicken teriyaki is dry, but it's the only good thing on the plate, and the rice tastes like dish soap. Great tasting pho broth. Good little spot to stop when traveling to or from airport. Their menu has something for everyone. A delightful Vietnamese culinary experience. I passed by this place so many times going to Walmart but never tried it until today. My friend wanted to get some pho in this cold weather and saw that this place has pretty great reviews so we decided to check it out. It is a small place and not visible unless you are actually looking for it. The place is small, maybe can fit about 15 -20 people at most. We came around 11 and it wasn't as busy, but by the time we left at around noon, the place definitely filled up. Both my friend and I wanted pho so she got the special and I tried the vegetarian pho. I like that the vegetarian pho used a different broth than the normal pho because most places say it's vegetarian but uses the same beef broth. We both got a small which was definitely enough for each of us. The broth was good and flavorful and noodle to toppings ratio was good. This is my first time eating vegetarian pho and it even though it's different, it still satisfy my craving for pho. It was filled with veggies like carrots, broccoli,etc and tofu as the protein. The veggie side dish (bean sprouts) was adequate as well. The only critique I had was that there was no small dish to put the sauce in ( that's how you eat pho) so I had to use part of the bean sprouts dish to put sauce on. I got a vermicelli bowl to-go and did a phone order. Super fast and easy pick up. When I walked in, it was fairly busy which was a good indicator and the restaurant smelled very good (pho)! We ordered through doordash and we got 3 small orders of pho (combo pho) The broth was incredibly delicious and was very flavorful. They also gave us a lot of meat (brisket, meatballs, tripe, steak & tendon) it definitely seemed like it was the same amount as the noodles. Came here on a humbug with my son and I'll def come back if in the need of Pho! It's in Renton next door to the Dollar store in the Walmart parking lot. I honestly have been to the Sally's right next to it many times and never even noticed it was there! That big, white trash emporium does overshadow this restaurant, which is actually very good--considerably better than a lot of pho places around the city. This place in in a strip mall near Walmart. We went here because I was on a hunt for pho. When we sat down, I noticed there was bun bo hue on the menu - Obviously, I HAD TO GET IT. I would not get the bun bo hue here. AT ALL. Not much spice or flavor, and the meat wasn't tender and flavorful. My friend got the regular Pho and that broth was much better and a lot more hot. Still not good enough for me to want to come back since I have my go-to places for pho I frequent. The menu seems diverse and there are signs that show they have teriyaki and almost everything on the walls. I'm not typically a fan of fusion and love looking for shops that specialize.
