In the area and did a quick Yelp search for a good pho spot and the reviewers were right. Walked in and was immediately seated where I wanted. I ordered my favorite: spring rolls for an appetizer, chicken pho with beef broth, and a ginger ale. In no time, the staff brought out the appetizer and gave the right amount of time before bringing out the soup. Everything was good, especially the yummy broth. I would definitely come back here whenever I'm in the area.

Located on a strip mall across the Wegman's...has a small parking lot shared with other businesses, never had a problem finding a spot. This is solid pho. Great for a cloudy/cold day. Spring roll was decent, loved the dip that came with it...good, fast service.

The food was great and the service was even better! The spring rolls were very fresh and the Pho was outstanding, I even bought another bowl to bring home.

I've been trying many of the different pho places around the area. I would have to say one of my favorites would be Pho 9 in cherry hill. Dined in the first time to doing takeout order other times. Every single time, it's been just as good, rich savory broth flavor to the perfect balance of meats and noodles. Not every place has it on the table but a must add on for me is some hot oil along with the sriracha and hoisin sauce

Our quest for the perfect pho in South Jersey continues. We've been going to different pho spots all across South Jersey. This is our 4th spot and it's average. Pho broth is decent but a little bland. What's weird is that they don't have fish sauce and soy sauce on the table but will give it if you ask. What's also weird is that their fish sauce is not typical fish sauce you would use in Pho - theirs was thick, like sugar was in it. Anyway, I ordered plain pho with half chicken on the side. It's was good. It fulfilled my hunger for pho. My husband ordered the beef special pho and it was bland. My daughter ordered broken rice special and she liked it. Their iced coffee was horrible. You can tell it was artificial, made with powdered coffee. I don't know what's going on with Pho spots in South Jersey not making the traditional drip coffee with condensed milk. The customer service was amazing. Very friendly people. So I might give it another try but order something different.

Someone pinch me. I have gone to 2 Vietnamese restaurants recently and haven't got pho. Am I okay? Pho 9 - Cherry Hill I got the Kings Wings, which comes on a bed of sautéed peppers and onions. Comes with a sweet dipping sauce, which I, of course, mixed in a ton of chili crisp and oil. Nicely fried wings, meat was juicy and slid right off the bone. I also enjoyed the crunchy breading. In addition to the wings, I got the Grilled Beef Banh Mi. The beef was very nicely seasoned and flavorful. The veggies on top were fresh and tasty. My only criticism is I would like a harder shell on the roll. The outside had some crunch, but I personally would like just a little more crunch. It was very satisfying nonetheless

This place is fantastic. Was my first time going here today after some business in cherry hill. The pho is great and the rice really surprised me, it was out of this world!

First time to this location as I've visited the location in Mt. Laurel and always loved the food. We ordered a seafood pho, a shrimp pho, and a shrimp pad Thai. The seafood pho contained 3 medium sized shrimps, 2 scallops, 3 pieces of squid, and 3 fish balls, and of course the rice noodles. The broth was a bit bland and really didn't have the seafood flavor I expected. The shrimp pho was the same broth but with 5 shrimps and no other seafood. The shrimp pad Thai was the shining star here. The portion was huge and the flavor was delicious. The odd thing about this meal was that all of the utensils and dishes except the chopsticks were plastic. I didn't even know they made flimsy plastic soup spoons like this. My guess is that they were stocked up on plastic wear due to some prior covid restrictions but nonetheless it really cheapened the experience.

We ordered a variety of dishes to really get a feel for the menu: the Vietnamese crepes (bánh khot), fish sauce chicken wings, bánh mì, hu tieu nam vang, and the garlic noodles with filet mignon. Every single dish was absolutely delicious. The Vietnamese crepes were crispy and packed with flavor, the fish sauce wings were perfectly balanced -- savory, slightly sweet, and addictive. The bánh mì had that ideal crunch on the outside with fresh, flavorful fillings inside. The hu tieu nam vang was beautifully prepared and comforting. And the garlic noodles with filet mignon? Tender, perfectly cooked beef over rich, buttery, garlicky noodles -- easily a standout. Beyond the food, the service was warm and attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere felt inviting and welcoming -- the kind of place where you want to sit, eat, and stay awhile. What really impressed me was the value. The prices for the quality and portion sizes are outstanding. You can tell the chef takes pride in every plate and is truly holding it down for the Vietnamese community by serving food that feels both authentic and elevated. We'll absolutely be back. Highly recommend coming hungry and ordering a little bit of everything.

We had lots of lounge food including the chân gà nướng muối ớt (crispy chicken feet), gỏi bắp bò (beef salad), nghêu nướng mỡ hành (grilled top neck clams), ốc nhảy hấp sả gừng (steamed lemongrass ginger whelk), and more. The crispy chicken feet was a huge hit. It had the perfect crisp and was spicy, salty, and sweet (personally, this is my holy trinity of flavors). I think this would be a great way to introduce chicken feet to people who haven't had it before. The beef salad was super refreshing, and I appreciated the copious amounts of beef and different vegetables, especially banana blossom. I've had chicken in this type of salad growing up but this tender beef is a game changer. Everything else was great but those were the highlights for me. The staff is very lovely and they made sure we were taken care of. The whole restaurant is modernized and clean. I highly recommend trying DVR whether you're looking for a classic Vietnamese meal or wanting to tap into the lounge experience.

My favorite is the beef bone they give you with super tender meat. FYI for those not familiar : it's perfectly normal for your pho to come with raw beef in takeout orders. You will have to boil the broth and cook the meat. This is to keep it tender. If they precook it, the texture of eye of round beef will get tougher if not eaten immediately. Same deal for the noodles. If you want the best texture, ask them for raw noodles when you takeout. This way, it won't be already boiled and a bit more soggy during transport. Pro tip : cook your noodles and meat in a pot with just boiling water. This way, you're not using the broth to cook and mess up the taste and texture of the broth. Great service, very fast and efficient. Staff are all proficient in English. This might sound trivial, but they got large thick napkins. It adds to the experience. I hate those quick casual eateries that has the 1 ply napkins that rip as you pull it out of the box. When you know you've made it to their inner circle : They whip out the CAROUSEL OF CHILLIES. A caddy of 3-4 super hot peppers. Habaneros, jalapeños, Thai red chillies, etc. If they automatically bring it out for you, it possibly can mean : You look worldly and travel a lot to develop a taste for heat. They can sense your crayyy energy. Congrats !

By the time we finished our meal, we went back to the counter to pick up our takeout order, but it wasn't ready. We ended up waiting nearly an hour after our initial order for those items to come out. I'm not sure why it took so long considering it was only four items: a drink, a pre-made dessert, sizzling steak, and a patty. When we got home, we realized the patty was missing. Definitely double-check your order if you're getting takeout. We were bringing food back for a family member on a limited diet due to surgery, so the missing item was very disappointing. The building replaces what I believe used to be a Subway. Upon entering I was a bit stunned. The interior had an inviting small sit in area for dining in. The TV menus were vibrant with all the food options. Home made or locally sourced Vietnamese delicacies surrounded the register from drinks, snacks, and more. Very welcoming environment and decor. Being a new place and on the go, my wife and I shared the #2 which was the Bahn Mi Dac Biet and Vietnamese Iced Coffee for a total of $16.95 (this included my $1 tip). Bahn Mi Dac Biet ($8.95): The meats included were Grilled Pork, Pork Bologna, and Pork Roll. Once I opened the sandwich, I knew this was going to hit the spot. Visually it had all the semblance of an authentic Bahn Mi, the fresh slightly toasted French style baguette, liver pate, Vietnamese mayo, pickled radish and carrots, cilantro, and jalapeños. The slightly toasted sandwich was delicious. The tender flavorful pork in combination with the crunchy exterior bread and soft inside marriages well. Because of the richness of the pork and mayo, the pickled radish and carrot cuts through the fat and brightens the sandwich up. The jalapeños and cilantro brings in freshness. All in all it was wonderful. There were 14 different Bahn Mi options. To choose, I asked the cashier and the young lady recommended the #2 (what we got) and #5 (pork belly). She was super helpful and polite. After we ordered, a family unfamiliar with Vietnamese food came in and asked a bunch of questions. It was actually overwhelmingly the amount of questions (and demanding tone) but the cashier was patient, clear, and concise when answering. As a former waiter and now health care worker, I can recognize she is the type of person you want to represent your business. Give her a raise! We'll be back, not only because of the quality of food served here but because of the customer service as well Ca Phe Sua Da "Vietnamese Iced Coffee" ($6.95): we ordered a large. Let me preface by saying, I hate buying coffee out. I could go on a spiel about the cost of coffee out vs at home but I'll save you the bore. This coffee was elite. Vietnamese coffee is known for being on the stronger side and yes this was. Strong in the best way possible without being bitter. I believe the coffee is sweetened with condensed and/or evaporated milk. Regardless of milk, this coffee was worth the price because of its unique flavor. I will be ordering this coffee every time my wife and I stop by. Oh and they serve Pho as well! I'm excited to come back and share with yall. Peace

If I had a con it would be that the jalapeños weren't spicy at all, but we were pre-warned about that. The service was fast, and the cashier was able to answer questions about allergens and the food choices. Very important. The music was a little loud in there, but I'm a little sensitive to sounds. That might not bother other people. I noticed that there is a durian smoothie, so I'll be back for that and another banh mi. Overall a great experience.
