It's still a solid spot for me even two years after I first tried it. I normally get the regular pho tai with a cup of jasmine tea (which is only $2)! Service is exceptionally fast and was sat immediately - the staff are very kind. I did not take a picture of it but I ordered a vermicelli bowl with grilled pork and shrimp fresh rolls to go after my visit. They were both very flavorful and I recommend anything off their menu - it's delicious and worth the effort to dine in but not the right place if you want to chit chat and dilly dally. There's plenty of parking outside in the strip mall which shares a lot with QFC. I just with they included shredded banana blossom since that's a pretty essential topping to have on BBH. It does also have more meat to noodle ratio than most BBHs I've had, so that's something I would keep in mind before ordering. My partner thought the banh hoi platter was a bit disappointing. He said the banh was dried out and the proteins such as the shrimp on sugarcane were a bit bland. He also said he wished they included scallion oil. To wash it all down, I got a kumquat jasmine tea. It definitely ran on the sweeter side but was no issue since I just poured some of my water in it to dilute the drink. Service: (5/5) Outstanding service! We were served by two different people and they were both incredible throughout our entire dinner. Other notes: In most cases, I would leave a review like this at four stars.
