Pho & Beyond has amazing Spring Rolls with Peanut sauce. Service is GREAT!! ans fast. The ambiance is very beautiful with soothing music and relaxing

This place is tucked inside the shopping center so it's very hard to miss. But once you're inside it's so nice and vibey. I have tried a few pho spots around the area looking for the perfect broth, and honestly their broth is by far my favorite. The food did not miss. The spring rolls were a little too minty for my liking but still good. They might be a little pricey but I feel it's quite worth it , especially when the service was amazing as well. I would recommend this place to anyone in search of a good pho place.

Brisket pho, sorry killed it before I took a photo! Take my word for it, amazing!

Banh mi & meatball meal combo: 5/5. The meatball was tender and well seasoned, very black pepper forward. The smoothie was very creamy, wish it was a little sweeter but it was refreshing nonetheless! Good bang for your buck. Service: Pretty fast and attentive. TL;DR: Would definitely recommend this spot! The combo I got is only offered at this location. Great deal!

First and foremost, congratulations on opening your third Las Vegas location! My husband and I have now visited all three, and without fail, we've always been treated so well and left feeling completely nourished and satisfied. We're lucky to have two locations conveniently close to us, but honestly, you can't go wrong with any of the three. If you haven't been yet, you definitely won't be disappointed! P.S. Pay, thank you for your beautiful smile and for always greeting us with such a warm welcome. We truly appreciate you! We look forward to dining with you again soon. And a huge shout-out to the chef responsible for the best broth in Vegas! Thank you again for always making our visits so wonderful!

First time trying out Pho and Beyond and was pleasantly surprised on how good their food is! This location just recently opened and the decor was chic and modern. Clean and spacious dining area and friendly staff. We ordered the fresh spring rolls, banh mi sandwich and crispy chicken with rice. All were delicious and amazing. My personal favorite was the grilled pork sandwich with lots of flavor added to the crispy bread. I opted out of the jalapeños if you don't want your spicy. Definitely going to be a new go-to!

This is our third time to here, very clean place and nice service, of course the food are delicious, this is why we're here again!

    Brisket pho

We really loved the other location so we thought we would try this smaller more intimate location! We ordered the shrimp cheesy bread, brisket pho and fried rice! They either met or exceeded our expectations! Way better than dragon noodle it replaces!

I love the Pho here. I get the Brisket Pho and it comes with plenty of Brisket. The flavor of the soup is also very good.. I have had other dishes such as the Beef Chow Fun, and the Vermicelli noodles with chicken and egg rolls. My favorite appetizer is the Spring roll with Peanut sauce. Everytjing is delicious! The service is always good, quick and pleasant! The Ambience in the Restaurant is so pleasant and relaxing.

Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We ordered the Spicy Beef Noodle, Spicy Dan Dan Noodles, a side of dumplings, and the pork belly and every single dish was outstanding. The spicy beef noodle soup had a rich, flavorful broth with tender beef and perfectly chewy handmade noodles. The Dan Dan noodles were packed with bold, savory flavor and just the right amount of spice. The dumplings were juicy and delicious, and the pork belly was melt-in-your-mouth tender with the fresh pulled noodles. The portions are HUGE, so come hungry or plan on taking leftovers home. You definitely get your money's worth. What really sets this place apart is the fresh handmade noodles. You can taste the difference in every bite. Everything was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and arrived quickly. If you're in Las Vegas and love noodles, Shang Artisan Noodle is an absolute must-visit. Amazing food, generous portions, outstanding service I can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our…read morevisit to the W Flamingo location last year; this one on Maryland was closer to our hotel for the night. We dropped in for a late dinner at 8PM, driving there directly from Zion National Park after hiking Angel's Landing. It was still surprisingly busy inside and we even had to wait a bit for a table! The waitress first brought over some cucumber lemon water, then took our order. The food only took about 10 minutes to arrive. Spicy Beef Noodle, Knife Shaved ($15.97) - Whew that broth. It's like cough city on the first sip, that chili and sichuan peppercorn mixture really gets into the throat. It then transitions into a robustly beefy, salty, and even slightly sweet flavor. It's so beefy it's almost gamey in taste. The heat is actually very balanced, although after sipping on it throughout the meal, I started getting pretty sweaty even with the AC on blast in the building. The beef is great. it's fatty and has connective silverskin still attached; it's like the best part of the tendinous shank. Other than that there's the perfectly cooked, bouncy knife shaved noodles, and a couple of leaves of crunchy blanched bok choy. (5/5) Beef Pancake ($9.75) - I thought these would be dry like shao bing (I have never had 餡餅 before) but construction took us totally by surprised. The beef pancakes are almost like a flatter, beef version of sheng jian bao, complete with juicy beef aspic. The wrapper is chewy and thinner than a typical SJB, but works well here; it's not thin enough to cause holes that leak juice out. The meatball inside is beefy and flavorful, albeit not as tender as a typical pork meatball. The taste of both the juice and beef are very allium forward and full of umami. (5/5) Dan Dan Noodle, Hand Pulled Noodle ($13.97) - The topping is a cold meat and preserved veggie mixture, minced finely until very tender and soft. It's combined with plenty of sesame paste and peanuts, giving an overwhelming nuttiness. The noodles, in this case the hand pulled one, work exceptionally well, being perfectly cooked and staying the same bouncy consistency throughout the meal. My experience with the hand pulled noodles in broth at the other Shang location was that the noodles got too soft only ten or fifteen minutes sitting in the broth. I would definitely get hand pulled only with dry dishes. On the bottom of this dish is a really spicy sauce, both in heat and mala numbness. It's very fragrant and lemony even through there's not much red color. The dish as a whole is far more spicy overall than the Spicy Beef Noodle. (5/5) The portions Shang Artisan Noodle serves are huge. We hiked Angels Landing before eating dinner here and we were only able to finish about half our meal. Shang Artisan Noodle serves some really great noodle dishes. There's a reason we keep coming back for more! Bathrooms - Two individual rooms, one for women, one for men

The interior felt very modern and traditional at the same time. We ordered the hot chrysanthemum tea and it came out in a piping hot kettle. Service was very friendly and attentive. Spicy hand pulled noodle soup 5/5 - Incredibly warm, flavorful, and delicious. The noodles were perfectly chewy and the broth was packed with flavor. Generous cuts of beef as well. Zhajiang Mian 5/5 - My favorite of the two dishes and the best Zhajiang Mian I've ever tried. The minced pork sauce was absolutely delicious and coated the noodles so well. Would definitely recommend checking this spot out for your next visit to Vegas!

It is located in a strip mall with an abundance of convenient parking. Inside, they had nice tables and bench seating and also had a couple of nice sized round tables with lazy Susans for larger families. We arrived around 7:30-ish and it was quiet with one or two other parties dining. Their take-out business appeared to be robust, which was a good sign that they must be doing something right with their offerings. Menu is pretty standard fair. Noodles in broth with beef shank, various dumplings, rice plates and dry noodle dishes. We started with the deep fried spring rolls which were tasty. The wrapping was very thin and delicate and had a nice crunch for each bite. There are six in an order, which is a great value. Wife ordered the Lucky Beef Noodle which has a mildly spicy broth. She asked for half the normal amount of noodles, as she feels that the noodles end up soaking up a lot of broth. I ordered the Beef Soup with Dumplings, which is basically what my wife ordered without the noodles. I wanted noodles added, so they were gracious and added the noodles my wife did not want to my order. The broth was flavorful and mild, not much of a kick. But the pork and cabbage dumplings included in my order were out of this world delicious and paired perfectly with the beef and its broth. I highly recommend this specific dish! If you are in search for Taiwanese food, give them a shot. Good quality, fresh food that is nicely flavored!
