Solid spot for both pho & banh mi with reasonable prices, generous portions, good flavors, and quick service. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small-medium sized casual spot good for a chill meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Okay this place has been in our backyard for years and I don't know why this is the first time we've tried it, it's so good and their portions are great! And maybe we went here before but it's been for sure at least 3 years since any recollection can be made haha Anyway- Hubby and I went for a quick lunch date, ordered 2 pho bowls- he got the thinly sliced rib eye steak. And I got the round steak with meatballs The bowls are $15/$16 each Huge bowls Had to take mine to go The broth is filtered really well and tastes clean The soup comes out hot The meat is good quality They have the hoisin and sriracha right there for you Service is friendly [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the dining experience is casual - you walk in and they're you sit where you want[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will definitely be coming back!

Went in for a banh mi at lunch just now to go. The sandwich was made quickly and so fresh. Wow. This pork belly banh mi is amazing. 10/10. Their sauce. The pickled veggies. The pork belly and soft bread. All of it. Delicious. $10 and some change. Pretty fair to not have to drive to the south. I'd like to try more Sandwiches next time. Service was quick and friendly.

Number 11 broth on the side Asked for clear noodles which I really liked

Had lunch on a Thursday with 6 friends a little wait for the table it wasn't so bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Place has only a few tables but everything looked clean and inviting.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered A variety of dishes and 2 appetizers. The pork eggrolls were outstanding crispy on the outside with flavorable filling. I had a noodle dish sorry don't know the name But really enjoyed it I asked for clear noodles it had ground pork and shrimp and all The aromatics went for the soup on the side which is so much better as you can control The amount of broth. I just remember it was the number 11 and listed as a speciality and it certainly was. Looking foward to coming in again.

Came here for the Bun Rieu based on a friends recommendation. And I'm happy to say it did not disappoint! The portion was huge, I couldn't finish and took the rest home. The remainder of my leftovers filled the entire to-go full container! Love all the different things that's included, especially the pork blood. My husband ordered their pho dac biet but was disappointed that the broth was way too sweet and a bit too salty as well. The noodles in the pho weren't good either. I'd stuck to the bun rieu for this place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't like the bathroom experience, it's at the end of a long narrow hallway that's crowded with stuff, so there's not enough room for when people are walking in the opposite direction.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]And the bathroom itself was kinda gross.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

We were craving some Vietnamese noodle soups, and I especially wanted to try their pho (my go-to item). The overall bow was a decent sized portion. The broth tasted both a little too salty and a little too sweet, and the noodles were slightly undercooked. The staff were friendly and attentive and made sure we were checked in on every so often. Overall, the food was decent, but not the best.

Franklin x Laguna I went in the late afternoon when the lunch rush was dwindling. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a small restaurant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I was seated, ordered and I wasn't a fan of the Pho Chay. I didn't like it because the vegetables were overcooked/mushy and it's a prominent component of the soup. I don't know if that's normal here but that's what I got. Service was good. When I was done, I got up and paid at the counter.

Came on a week day, still were pretty busy and filled with people. Decent sized pho and pretty tasty too. Lots of flavor in the broth. Probably one of my top pho places in the area. Staff were super friendly and there were a ton of tables to sit at. Can get lively inside and it's a great place for families too

We always love to eat all here at this restaurant. The egg roll is really crispy and the food is always very fresh. Service is good ! They try to get to you as soon as possible.

The big three B's here (the BBB): Bun Rieu, Bun Bo Hue (BBH) and Banh Mi Xiu Mai are my go-to items. Soupwise, the broth of the bowls has good depth of flavor, perfect portion size and the accompanying veggie tray has all the right herbs. BBH for instance, has a generous portion of authentic pork blood and ultra tender beef slices; the addition of a small spoon of hot chili oil rounds it all out. Banh Mi Xiu mai is Vietnamese meat balls in tomatoey red sauce that pairs heavenly with the crunchy crusted french bread. On another note, the egg rolls, though crispy, contain an oily taste that does not agree with me so I am not a fan of that one. The fresh springs rolls on the other hand, are great. Servers - ultra nice and accommodating. Dining room is kept in reasonable order and generally clean each time I have visited. Pho Bistro is now a place I frequent when craving the BBB.

Fast, tasty and comes with service with a smile. Can't go wrong with Pho Bistro! Yes, this place stays busy but trust that your food will come fast, fresh and hot once you are seated. They are generous with their portions and doesn't disappoint in taste. My husband loves this place and so do I. We make it a point to come here, not just to have a great meal but to support the business. This restaurant was one of the restaurant that provided excellent service during the Covid Era and I will always remember how they treated the Healthcare workers and how they extended their business during trying times. I pray for continued success and blessings.

Hu tieu - bland, cardboard tasting - wish the server asked what noodles I wanted instead of serving me up this hot mess.
    Lisa C.

Ordered their pho tai bo vien - it's whatever, a little on the salty side. Their hu tieu was pretty tasteless. Server didn't ask me what noodles I wanted, I thought it would come with egg noodles and/or fat chow fun noodles but instead I got a massive amount of just dry bland pho noodles. Pretty disappointed.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Came here on a Saturday morning and it was packed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Service was still fast though. I wanted to go with something other than pho, so I got the hun rieu. Honestly, it was so-so for me. I couldn't taste crab fat flavoring. I wish the eggrolls came with lettuce.

It's impressive to see a team handle such a busy rush while still providing great service. The only downside is that they require you to pay before you eat, which isn't my favorite system. It wasn't a huge issue, but I personally prefer paying after the meal. Other than that, everything else was excellent. The menu had a bit too much going on and in my opinion -- restaurants should have a speciality rather than offer so many items because taste and quality loses itself somewhere in the middle of 100 different menu options. I know my partner and I are pho snobs but what we had wasn't even pho. The broth was basically hot water with a tad of salt or chicken bouillon. There were no hints of star anise, cinnamon (often referred to as Saigon cinnamon), cloves, black cardamom, coriander seeds, and fennel seeds -- nada. And the noodles were way too overcooked making my dish so difficult to eat. I ordered pho and it looked like pho -- but it tasted nothing close to it. I need to share that as a reality to the owner and staff so they can make changes to the quality of their food -- otherwise, I don't know if this place will survive the competition. Also, I observed a staff member behind the counter blending a smoothie of some sort, tasting it with a spoon, and then putting back said spoon into the smoothie to stir before pouring it into a cup (and I saw the cup delivered to a party a few tables down from us). That probably isn't very hygienic and it's sad to see that's how things are handled behind the scenes here. I just happened to look over from our table and was pretty disgusted. Moving on, I hope these guys shape up because the quality and taste of food was actually bad. And, I can rarely say that about restaurants I patronize because I love supporting local small businesses. Best of luck to these guys.
