    Wonton egg noodle includes pork.

I live in the Edgewood/Federal way area. Sometimes it can be a challenge finding good Asian food compared to Seattle area. This place had fantastic reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I got the oxtail and would probably pass next time. The broth is good, but the oxtails were not even close to being tender as I should be. The wonton soup was better than the pho. Also had good seasoned broth. There wasn't anyone in there when I had arrived on a Friday night. The service was quick and they were really nice. The place is clean. I didn't try any of the rice dishes, but I think it would be worth going back to so. Maybe most reviews are based off that.

    Kids portions available as well!!!

Stumbled upon this gem ! The kindest welcome to restaurant I've received in a great while! Pho is amazing!

I already ate half of it before I took a photo

Wow. I never thought we'd find our favorite pho restaurant in Auburn. The place is about two months old, but we went and tried it for the first time after hearing about them. We'd been going to Seattle for our pho because we couldn't find any decent place in the south end, and trust me, we've been to countless places. Pho is one of my favorite foods so I eat it quite often. Walking in, the restaurant is super clean. There isn't a ton of seating. Anyway, immediately, the service was friendly. I ordered a brisket and tendon pho and my husband ordered a brisket pho. One thing I really appreciated was how hot the soup came. We never put any sauces like sriracha or hoisin sauce in our pho. We like to taste the true flavor of the broth. I took a sip and wow... so flavorful. The noodles were also cooked to perfection. We've run into too many places where the noodles were just way too soggy. The tendon was perfectly cooked as well. The portion size is also very generous. The owner/chef came out to greet his customers and he seems like a really kind and humble man. I can't wait to go back and I've finally found our go to spot for pho without having to drive far. Check them out. You won't regret it.

I've only ordered the sandwich from this place before and I love it! I love the bread because it's not too soft or too tough. Whatever sauce they used is delish! The meat we got is Chinese sausage and I don't think I've ever had a Chinese sausage banh mi before! It is on the pricier side ($10), but I think that's been the norm in the greater Seattle area so I'm not surprised by the price. The good thing is it's a good sandwich and I think the price is reasonable. I'd love to come back to try their other dishes and actually dine in!

The pho broth was a little too sweet for my taste buds but the portions is exceptional for what you are paying for. My son wanted to order the special rice but to substitute the pork for the short ribs and we were willing to pay the up charge, until we were told by the server that it would be $12.95 extra for the substitution. Kinda outrageous, if you ask me. That would bring the total of the dish to $30+ for basic rice, short ribs and eggs. The tomatoes and dressing on the salad is probably not needed. I think they should just keep it simple. There were ample of spaces in the restaurant and plenty of parking as it share space with other establishment in the plaza. I would come back to try again later in the future. Come check it out yourself. I'm tempted to try one of their drinks as one of their customers share that she's been there multiple of times within the week for one of their drinks.

Walked into Pho Emerald which was having a grand opening day special and walked out impressed. The oxtail pho? Rich, fresh, unforgettable. Egg rolls? Crispy perfection. Every bite hit the mark. Service was sharp-attentive without hovering. The place gleamed with new energy and spotless charm. And then the chef came out. We told him the food was fantastic. His response? "It makes me feel good when people like what I cook." That kind of heart shows. I'm coming back. And I'm bringing reinforcements. Pho Emerald isn't just promising-it's already delivering.

This Vietnamese restaurant really a step above everything else in the area. Everything just has a little extra special technique or detail or high-quality ingredient to it compared to what's typically available. They recently cut down the menu to focus on quality. Very little is pre-cooked. The pork wonton soup is to die for. And the vermicelli salads are the best.

Nice pho place in auburn. The door brings in a really cold draft, so choose your seat wisely. The pho was great, servers were nice. Huge 75 inch TV showing food was entertaining. Nice clean restaurant. I'd come back. There's some kind of club or something I'm not even sure next door. It's mysterious because there's no signs about it anywhere but the parking lot was packed and people going in and out. Anyways, the restaurant has tons of pho options. The appetizers are way too expensive at $12, cmon.

Bo Bun Hue that was truly awesome.

This is the sort of place where if yelp allowed me to give 10 stars I would. Best Vietnamese food I've in a REALLY long time. It was amazing. First off, you walk in and the space is immaculate and modern. It's a nice space. I went there as part of a day trip and I loved it. I will travel to this place in the future. Next, and the real star of the show is the food. This is the kind of place where you realize why the world either does (or should) go nuts for Vietnamese cuisine. It's rich without being heavy. It's flavorful without being overpowering. Its deceptively simple, yet eminently satisfying. Pho Emerald's food, to the extent I had it, was damn near as perfect as it can get. I started with fresh spring rolls that were VERY big and PACKED. Very satisfying by themselves, stuffed with (for the type I got and they have multiple types) shrimp, Vietnamese ham, refreshing noodles, lettuce, and a wrapper that showed me it was clearly made to order. Damn.... And they did NOT give me some watery, thin peanut sauce. Like the spring rolls themselves, they were packed with peanuty goodness. Then, I got the Bo Bun Hue. This is one of my favorite dishes. The place has on the tables all the typical accompaniments and potential add-ons to your bowl, whether it was hoisin or chile sauce and a few others. But my bowl didn't need it. I did not need to add ANYTHING. It was awesome just by itself. It contained a broader variety of proteins than I'm used to and they were all great. I'm a huge fan of beef tendon and dang if these guys didn't do that better than anywhere else I've been. Tender but the nice texture you want. I also had a Vietnamese coffee, which I'm always a sucker for. If you have never had that, do yourself a favor and try theirs. Everything I had was generous but still well-balanced. Not sure how they accomplished that, but they did. The menu had a lot more than I could have tried in one outling, even with my giant appetite. They offer pho (which I'm anxious to try), bahn mi, and some rice dishes. What I saw coming out looked very appetizing. Darn... I guess I'll just have to go back. They also offered some dishes I'd never heard of. So clearly I need to go try those. The place was absolutely PACKED with happy patrons. The servers handled it with calm grace and they seemed really happy and proud to be there. I can see now, why. It's a small business run by passionate people who take pride (justifiably) in what they do. The clientele was a mix of all types of people, which in my mind really speaks highly of this establishment. When you can appeal to a broad range of people (especially when it's quite new) that makes you realize that handcrafted food is the way to go. The owners are great. Friendly, passionate, and very hardworking and it shows in what they put on your plate. I suggest anyone in the area go check out Pho Emerald. Because like its name suggests, the place is an absolute GEM.

I needed to return a few times. It's a small restaurant with big energy. Seating can fill up fast. I preferred to dine in. The gentleman was telling his story at one of my visits. Hats off to his passion for cooking. Lots of options to choose from. Love all the pho choices. The location is not so friendly when it comes to the parking. It's a place you must try!!

This will be my 2nd time coming here and the service, food and welcoming vibes have been consistent. I've ordered the same dish 2x now because ive been seeing this dish on my ig and I had to try it. Well here I am again getting the same dish! Its so hearty, savory, salty and filling. I already know I'll be here again probably getting this same dish HA!

Came here for dinner with my family during my husband lunch break from work. He stated he likes this spot and always go during lunch. So I gave it a try, the restaurant itself is very clean and staff is very welcoming. The owner who I think is owner is very friendly and nice. We ordered 3 pho, chicken sandwich, fish sauce wings, and some drinks. To start off the pho was pretty good decent. I wouldn't say it's the best but better than most places. My son said the chicken sandwich was pretty good. The fish sauce wings were kind of salty in my opinion and not a crispy. We also got a strawberry lemonade and Thai teas. The strawberry lemonade was good just like any lemonade. The Thai tea in my opinion was more on the milky creamy flavor rather than the tea. I did not smell or taste the Thai tea flavor as much but it was not bad at all. Overall the experience was nice, owner also gave my kids some snacks at the end of dining too. I would definitely come back and try other items, menu had a pretty good selection to choose from.

I ordered the p1 pho and the broth was so flavorful and very filling. I've added small amount of their chilli oil and it was light , spicy and garlicky. I've also ordered the shrimp fresh roll and I loved their peanut sauce. Customer service was great, always checked up on our tables and refilled out water without asking for a refill. It's small inside but very clean, simple yet modern feel to it. Owner was very cool, he came around to see how the food was and small talked to get to know his customers. Lunch time gets pretty busy but it was well worth the drive.

They tasted fresh and delicious as a great way to start the meal. I also ordered a grilled pork banh mi. The sandwich tasted great and had a nice balance of sweet and heat with the jalapeños. It had generous amounts of pork, pickled carrots, cucumbers, cilantro and jalapeños. Together, the flavors came together nicely. It is one of the best ones I've had. The ambiance was modern, nice and clean. They had nice background music playing. The employees that waited on me were nice and friendly. Their service was also good. Looking at the menu, they offer several noodle and rice dishes as well as pho. I like the number options available and look forward to trying other menu items in the future.

Solid 3.5/5. Food…read more(2.5-4/5). We had 4 grilled pork vermicelli with egg rolls, 1 pho tai with beef meatballs, and 1 spring rolls. Vermicelli was a 3.5 as it was fresh and a good serving (4) but the grilled pork was on the cooler side and didn't taste as crisp and fresh off the grill as you'd expect (3). Best part of the pho was the broth as it wasn't too salty like it can be sometimes elsewhere (4). Veggies were super fresh. Sliced beef was previously sliced and the whole chunk was placed in so you had to tease apart the slices from each other which was a little different than my experiences elsewhere. SKIP THE SPRING ROLLS. Picture had three shrimps/roll. Ours had 1/roll on one side with a slice of pork (I think) on the other. Seemed pretty skimpy if you ask me (2.5 at best). Service was good (4). Location was in a small strip mall with a Mexican and Indian place next door. The bars over nearly the entire front storefront were definitely interesting. For an out-of-towner, this part of Kent seems like a Santa Ana/Westminister/Garden Grove of OC, CA kind of an area with different ethnic offerings up and down the street.
