DISGUSTING!!!!!! My husband had a craving for pho, so we stopped. First of all their service was disappointing, we walked sat down waited for the waiter to take our order, but he decided to go to a table of people that had walked in after us and take their order first. Finally after we ordered my husband got his food and I was waiting an extra 10 minutes for mine, waiter asked us if everything was good and did we need anything else, needless to say I reminded him that I still did not have my plate. He look dumbfounded and said let me go check on that, and brought my food out, which was the grilled chicken breast with an egg roll salad and rice. We were both finally eating as I was eating the salad I saw a black thing in my salad thought it was the burnt part of the chicken, but it wasn't it was a FLY!!!!!!! Spit out the bite in my mouth and called the waiter over all he said was sorry about that and would I like another plate. I was disappointed with my visit here. The Vietnamese sandwich was off--one had no flavor, the other was oddly sweet, almost like it had teriyaki sauce. It also had lettuce (unusual for this type of sandwich) and no jalapeños, which left it bland. The coconut bubble tea wasn't much better; the jelly tasted old and unpleasant. Came here to eat and all we here is the damn owner yelling and screaming at the employees smh.. We came to eat and have a nice dinner with my family but all we hear is him yelling... He shouldnt be a damn owner. Hes a horrible and a terrible person. The waitresses are always sweet and they always work and tried their best to serve everybody especially when its busy. Went in for food, came out harrassed by a crackhead/thug to buy him food while in the restaurant, and half our order missing. There were 3 other tables and the wait time was about 30 mins. I've been to other places that make you wait until a smaller table opens up, so this is a nice change. Probably the best part is the service. All of the servers are so friendly and kind. They're attentive without hovering, which I really appreciate. Oh and they keep it very clean. One thing to keep in mind: if you want basil or cilantro with your pho you have to ask for it. They'll bring lime, jalapeños and bean sprouts but that's it. It's not an issue at all, just something to be aware of if it's your first time. All in all, 10 out of 10.
