Awesome 10/10 love the big bone I stayed here for like two hours picking through it and doing some work. Service was fast and they were nice. It is quiet ish inside and a lot of people come and go but I was sat in a nice quiet corner where I could enjoy myself!

Service was great, food was bomb. Only complaint was that a table next to me had just smoked a cigarette so that stunk up the area. I would recommend to eat here for sure!

I went to Pho Ha and ordered the bò kho (Vietnamese beef stew). Flavor-wise? So good. The broth was rich, deeply spiced, and super comforting: warm, aromatic, and packed with that slow-stewed beef flavor that just hits. The meat itself was tender and well-cooked, and the noodles soaked up the broth perfectly. Overall, the soup was insanely tasty and flavorful, the kind you keep going back to for another spoonful. That said... I was sadly betrayed by the carrots . They only brought out the meat and noodles, and if you know bò kho, you know carrots are a staple...both culturally and flavor-wise. They add sweetness, texture, and balance to the stew. I asked them about it, and they said "one minute"... and then never came back with the carrots. I waited. And waited. And waited. Nothing. This genuinely hurt my soul a little, especially since carrots are listed on the menu and are essential to bò kho. I'm still thinking about the carrots I never got. Service-wise, it was pretty chill and lowkey--nothing rude or stressful, just relaxed. That said, they definitely forgot about the carrots entirely, which was disappointing. Ambiance-wise, the place was clean, simple, and comfortable, nothing fancy but solid and pleasant for a casual Vietnamese meal. Even with the carrot tragedy, I can't lie, the flavor of the stew carried hard. The broth alone almost made up for it. Almost. Final thoughts: Food: Super tasty, rich, comforting, and flavorful (would've been even better with the carrots) Service: Chill, but dropped the ball on a key ingredient Ambiance: Clean, casual, and comfortable Overall, I really enjoyed the bò kho, but I wish they gave me my carrots. Please. I'm begging.

Best Pho in Riverside! This is such a popular spot and I see why. You can expect to see a line out the door during peak hours and on the weekends. There's plenty of parking and seating. Service is fairly quick. You can expect the server to visit your table twice (ordering drinks & the food)... other than thats it. The food is absolutely one of the best I've had! The pho & broth is flavorful! But I love ordering the vermicelli bowl (I don't remember the name of it, but it's the best selling one) and I'd recommend to try it if you're looking for something light and refreshing! I try visiting during non-peak hours. But I must say, I rather come here than other pho spots in Riverside

Pho Ha had updated their menus! Added more items on their menus! And it is written in three different languages (Vietnamese, English, AND Spanish)!! Looks like they picked up even more customers. Busy but wait time isn't too bad. Fast turn around time. Good amount of seats spaced out. Food comes out fairly quick upon order. Food is fresh and hot. Today, I really enjoyed their slow cooked baby pork ribs in fish sauce with white rice. There is a distinctive smell from the fish sauce but once you start eating the dish you forget about the smell haha! Will be coming back for some newer items on the menu that are not available yet to order.

I came in with a small group on a Saturday afternoon. I usually just get my pho delivered so it's been a long time since I have visited the establishment itself. The place had ample available seating and not too many guests at the time, so I figured service would be quick. The interior is bright and clean with some quirky framed photos on the wall and a quiet ambiance. They offer 5% off for cash payments. I ordered the crispy pan-fried egg noodles and the crispy fried tofu. The tofu was my favorite of the two. They were super hot and lightly golden. They weren't greasy at all. I would have preferred a different dipping sauce than what was offered though. The noodles were fine, but they didn't really have that nice wok-hay flavor I was hoping for and the amount of protein felt skimpy. Portions were moderately sized. The wait for my tofu felt long. It was around 20 minutes after everyone else's food came. My party ordered pho, and their bowls came out in like 5 minutes so it was a little awkward waiting so long. They really liked their pho though I didn't try any. They have a giant pho challenge too. If you finish their big bowl including the broth you can win a $100 gift card. Overall, the food was decent but I wasn't wowed. It's a good local spot if you're craving pho or want to attempt the challenge, but I'd probably stick to getting it delivered.

Been here a few times and after a while I stopped as I felt the broth was so sweet. So after what was maybe half a year or more, I gave it another shot. The bowls have changed to metal and wider, which was an interesting look. The broth was definitely much better than what I remember and very comforting. It was what I remember good pho being and was quite happy with my #11. The pho toppings was also fresh as always and plentiful. The salty plum drink also hit the right spot in terms of helping alleviate my nausea. One happy customer here when I was feeling too ill to go anywhere or cook at home.

Overall was very disappointed with the food and service when I went in today. I have been once before and the food was good. Went today and ordered the same thing (Pho #1) and was completely skimped on toppings. I paid 17 dollars for a bowl of broth and meat scraps. On top of that, we can never seem to get the waiter to bring us water. We asked 3 separate times to 2 different waiters and were ignored every time. My party walked out thirsty. Whats funny is the same thing happened last time we came as well. As a matter of fact, last time we went the waiter asked if we wanted water, we said yes, and he never came back. If it was one time I can understand people forget, but 4 separate times?? It wasn't even busy, we were one of 3 groups in the restaurant. Horrible service. Go to any other pho place

Pho Ha 7 really good Vietnamese food outside of the Little Saigon/ Orange County area. They offer a variety of food from Pho, rice dishes, and other plates. The sizzling steak hot plate always a good choice if you can't decide. I opted for the Com Ga ( rice with fried chicken and fried egg). I was eye balling the giant bone with meat, looks like giant bones with melting tendons and meats on the menu as my next item to try. Service was quick and fast. This location is pretty spacious as they even have single seater options if you are dining by yourself.

After a Yelp event in Riverside, a dear friend and I drove across the street to Pho Ha #7 for a light dinner snack. Pho Ha is a restaurant chain, but mostly owned by different people. I've been to a few of them in So Cal. My first time at this location. Free parking is available behind the restaurant. Wow, inside is quite spacious and bright. We were seated right away upon entry. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Thank you! We got an order of half shrimp spring roll (2) and half pork spring roll (2) which costs a little bit more compared to getting a full order of shrimp rolls (4) or pork rolls (4). We also got one grilled pork, meat loaf, and shredded pork rice plate with an add on of crispy shrimp wrapped in tofu skin to share. Btw, extra cost for add ons. Rice dish was very good, however, the rice used was not the broken rice... it was just regular white rice. All the meats were delicious. Vegetables were fresh. Portion was adequate. I liked the shrimp rolls better than the pork rolls. You get 4 halves of shrimp which means two whole shrimps. Dipping sauce for the rolls wasn't too bad, but I've had better. Color of the pork was too reddish pink that just didn't look right. It didn't taste entirely right either. I will not get the pork rolls again. Anyway, my overall dining experience was wonderful especially in good company with my friend. Next time when I'm in the Riverside area, I'll have to try their Pho. Thanks Pho Ha #7!

First time trying the Duck soup & it was delicious!!! The place is nice, clean & spacious. Staff is real nice & attentive. I hear anything is good on the menu. Besides the duck, I had the Shrimp Spring rolls & Avocado smoothie. They were as I say BOMB.com. You won't regret eating here. Plenty of parking. It's next to the UEI collage. read more

Came here when this place was new. The first few weeks they offered a free egg roll when you checked in. Then it changed to a free soda. Now they don't offer it anymore. But I still come here because it's close to UCR. The workers are a bit lazy. When you come in they don't greet you. They just sit around and will finally make eye contact then seat you. I had to flag them down to get my order. The food came out quickly. The portion of noodles is decent to the price. However the spring roll is not very good. Overall, it's decent. We were searching for pho in the area. Soup is rich, tasty and potion is big with regular vs large bowel only 50c difference so we all order large bowel. Lots of beefs in the soup. waitress is super friendly they even help us charge the phone. Lots of parking 3 out 9 of us got diarrhea, I noticed the soup is not hot with raw beef it could be the reason. Basil on the veggie plates looks not fresh with couple brown spots. Stir fly rice noodles is little bit plain. Maybe just order all cooked beef just be safe. read more

The SERVICE HERE IS TERRIBLE. The waitress was sitting down watching TV and snacking. When I came in the door, she didn't greet me. Barely spoke English, and stated "to go?" The bowls of soup are a nice size however, the broth is just bland. Came back the next day for shrimp fried rice to-go. Highly disappointed. It was like a HALF order for full price. My advice, hire waiters and waitresses that are fluent in English and basic restaurant skills. Or, call BAR RESCUE! This place needs a reality check. read more

I've been here a couple of times and service is still up par to my expectations. Their broth is very good, you can taste the Vietnamese love and passion on every single drop. Drinks are okay, just wish the portion is a little bit more than. Overall, it's one of the good places to have Pho in Riverside. read more

The spring roll we got here was really bad. I think the bean sprouts gone bad, and the smell of it while chewing made me to spit the whole thing out. Im usually not a sensitive person when it comes to eating and i know how spring rolls taste like cuz i order them all the time from many other pho places. However, i couldnt eat anymore after the first bite, so i informed the server about what happened, but they would only bring out more bean sprouts to try them without any apology. I know its not the server's fault, but i wouldve appreciated it much more if they responded better with apology rather than just handing out more bean sprouts to try them when I clearly dont want any more of them. read more

I witnessed an employee drop a spoon on the floor while he was filling one of the spoon holders at a table adjacent to where I was seated. He was pulling the spoons from a bin that he carries from table to table. He picked the spoon up set it on the Table and continues to fill the spoon holder but, right before he finished he put the spoon that fell on the floor in the bin AND TOSSES ALL THE SPOONS TOGETHER AS IF HE WAS TOSSING A SALAD. I let the manager know, but he was not concerned! Another employee was listening and took the bin back to have all the spoons in the bin "washed" but, I can't imagine what is going on in the back while no one is looking. I worked in a restaurant for 10 years and I've never done anything like that Nor allowed my staff to. I'm a BIG advocate of food safety. read more

Pho Ha always comes in clutch when i'm feeling sick or during a cold evening. My go-to order is the pho dac biet. The broth is delicious and they are very generous with portions, even the meat! I was dining with some friends so we decided to order and share a combination fried rice which was also really tasty. As for customer service, it isn't bad at all, we did not have to wait very long for our food to come out. read more

The Taro smoothie was so delicious!!!!! Only problem. Was I didn't want a large. It was like 8$ so I asked to downgrade my drinks but the man gave me no option!!!! He was extremely rude. As soon as I got in there. He was whispering to his co worker and not nice at all from the end!!!. I believe he was the manager but yeah. Poor customer service big time read more

This is one of several Pho locations in Riverside - many of which are great. I will say that the person I usually get Pho with prefers Pho Vinam in the University Village, but since I am not picky I tend to bounce around. The service here is a step up from Pho Vinam but a step below Pho Star Bowl. The servers here are friendly and proactive, which is a refreshing experience. The lighting is very bright and warm and the decor is floral which makes for a happy experience while eating pho. The food is also pretty enjoyable - I had the Pho with seafood(probably #22?) and I enjoyed it. I felt the ratio of meat to everything else was just fine here and I got my fill off of a single bowl. This is a great Pho place to try and for a lot of people it's a favorite! read more

This place is definitely my favorite pho place in Riverside. The portions are large, the soup is good, and the service is fast. They give you a stamp card for paying in cash, and they offer a pho challenge. They've recently done some interior decorating as well, and there's always a variety of channels on the TVs read more

Mmmmm bun bo hue here is reallllllly good. The soup is so flavorful and yummy. It looks really spicy but it's not spicy at all don't worry. They used to put peppercorns in their cha which I didn't like but this time there weren't any so mmmm. Pho is fine here but probably the best place for viet food within 5 miles of the school. Service is very slow though since the restaurant is kind of big. But yes bun bo hue here !!! read more

My family and I were road tripping and made plans to come to this place for dinner. We drove 6 hours to get there and arrived at 9:10 knowing that they closed at 10 pm as mentioned on their Yelp page. As we walked in we were told that they were only doing take out even though there were plenty of customers still eating. We are really disappointed and will not be coming back. read more

Great Vietnamese location. Pho is hearty, but needs a little more flavor (star anise? Cinnamon?) which is why I only gave 4 stars. Otherwise, solid restaurant. We will def go here when we don't feel like driving to Westminster. read more

The food here is great, and the restaurant has a really nice, friendly vibe to it; perfect place to bring a group with. Love coming here after class or at night with friends. One of the few places close by campus that isn't just heavy fast food. Been coming here a lot over the years and have had some of the best customer service from Jeff. One of the best servers I've had hands down. He's super patient and polite, and even the times when the restaurant has gotten super packed, Jeff is accommodating and just seems on top of things. read more

This is as authentic Vietnamese cuisine as you would find in Vietnam. The sumptuous pho dishes offer a wide variety of ingredients to select from. The appetizers and entrees are equally delicious, but pho is what it's all about. read more

My party of 8 was seated separately in two groups of 4 because 4 of them came a little late. So the first 4 of us ordered and got our food relatively promptly, as well as getting free spring rolls for their grand opening. But the second half of our group ordered and waited literally 35 minutes before receiving their food. We told the staff several times that they hadn't received their food and they kept telling us they'd check on it. Rather than simply apologizing for the wait (since they clearly forgot the orders) one of the workers argued with us that we had waited "only 30 minutes". Decent pho. Free spring rolls for checking in on Yelp. But inexcusably poor service read more

Large location with lots of seating. Came with my gal friend on an evening time and even though it was pretty busy we were able to get seated right away and order. Our food even came pretty quickly. Good pho and decent service. Their sizes for their regular is pretty big and it's also not expensive. Plan to come back. read more

So I stopped in here to try it because I've picked up a few doordash deliveries here..but my experience was less than enjoyable. I don't know if it's because I was dining by myself or my race, but the only time I had human interaction was when someone took my order & when the food was placed on my table. I sat there for an hour and NO ONE checked on me to see if I needed anything. NO ONE asked if I needed a to-go box. NO ONE even brought my check (and yes, I watched them do all of this for other tables). Instead, I nicely left my food and walked up to the register to pay also as I walked out, no one said goodbye or anything. As excited as I was to try this place, I'll never go back. read more

SO yummy! Big menu with any kind of combo of meat, noodles, rice, etc you could want. Nice, big and clean dining room- pics of menu items on the wall if you're unsure of what to get. I got the phô with thinly sliced thin beef, and my dad got the bbq chicken bún. Both came out quickly and were so delicious! I'll definitely come back next time I'm in town and craving Vietnamese. read more

After numerous visits to Viet restaurants in Riverside, I believe this location might be one of the best. I've eaten here multiple times with friends whenever I'm craving for pho and the food and service were always consistent. The restaurant itself is very clean and dishes come out pretty quick and taste good. My server, Vu, was knowledgeable, professional, and made my friend and I feel super welcomed! read more

This is the spot. Always packed because it's always good. They're quick, food is fresh and they have the best vegetarian egg rolls! I DON'T EVEN LIKE EGG ROLLS!! Veggie broth is really tasty and I love how the vegetables are always perfectly cooked. Not too soft, not too crunchy. I haven't found a pho place better than this. read more

The worst offender-- the sandwich was dry. Vegan should mean vegan mayo, not no mayo at all. It was sooooo dry. I had to take it home and add my own mayo. I don't hate this restaurant, and I really appreciate the willingness to incorporate a vegan friendly menu. However, the pho and banh mi missed the mark for me. This place is CANCER I just has the worst cases of diarrhea after eating at this place. I didn't eat all day due to busy work day so I know it was this place that got me sick. Went to eat dinner on Thursday. I got the #1 large and shrimp pork spring roll. Thursday night I start have cold sweats and hot flashes. My tummy was doing flips. Work up 4 times during the night to empty my soul into the toilet. Friday was hell at work. Dizzy, back pain, pooping green at this point now every 30 -60minutes. Hurts to move, hurts to walk, head is pounding in pain. Friday night after work, curled up in a ball of pain. Work up every hr on the hr to go sht, green and yellow liquid non stop. Ended up pooping on my bed a little thinking it was a fart. Suprise suprise. Right now is Saturday at 1pm. I had plans for a friends wedding. No longer going. Still in pain, trying to sleep it off. Do not eat here. This place is cancer. Ps I been reading the reviews. This place is nasty. Employees picking their nose and flicking their boogers then going straight to serve customers. I won't come back to this place. I ordered to carry out and I was told it could take up to 25 minutes. I placed the call at 5:55 and physically wait in the restaurant for 35 more minutes. I asked one of the waiter when will I have my orders. He told me "it might up to 15 minutes." When I showed him how long I was waiting he response:" you might call the wrong location " I mentioned to him earlier that the cashier already took my money and confirm the order. He then changed his story " oh may be up to 30 minutes " He did not even check if my order has been processed. After all he walked away and never check to see my order was done. Very poor customer services. First time and last time here. I don't really want to mention the food as it is a shame to have the brand pho Ha. If you don't mind to wait for 40 minutes to get your food then this is the place you can come. After 40 minutes I got my order the person handed out to me without saying thanks or sorry for the wait. _____SERVICE_____ This is the best pho place around Riverside. The service is has varied in my experience, but that's probably because we were seated in a corner away and not visible from the cashier. _____PRICE_____ They are in the high $ to mid $$ depending on what and how much you get. _____PRESENTATION_____ I got the large plate and it was huge. Did not finish the plate there and was able to take it back home. Make sure to check-in for a free eggroll! I will be back again! _____LOCATION/PARKING_____ Its in a plaza and parking lot in in the back of the venue. It was my first time in this area and there is a lot of parking. So my fiancé and I decided to go to this restaurant after working at a pho restaurant myself for 2 years I always enjoy something new. We walked in and got seated pretty fast because it wasn't that busy at that time. The guy that took my order was anything but pleasant, I got a pho and a veg crispy rice noodle dish. The pho was okay but when I saw my last dish come out I realized that they gave me a house mix of chicken and shrimp. I didn't complain since I'm not the one do so, hell I even liked it better then the pho. The server though Could use some help maybe not talking under his breathe with the guy at the register which Im pretty sure was the boss. I suggest trying vn dish or 5 star pho over this place. read more

Before going to read what i felt i have to tell you this, one of my friends works here and he knows lots of reviews on Yelp about this restaurant are fake, most of them are bought. Just like likes and followers on instagram or facebook. Veggies are reused after being served. So if you are worried about your health, consider this carefully. Awful place. Today is my worst experience ever in a pho restaurant. Food took 45 min to come out and they still got the wrong order. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Came here w my friends today, my overall experience was awesome. Their service is great, I feel very welcome. The place is new so their restroom is very clean. I got the Com Tam Bi Cha Thit Nuong and my friend got the Pho Ga and Bun Bo Hue . One of the server told us that we should put the House Chili in the Bun Bo Hue to make it more spicy and OMG I have to tell you that it's sooooo goood ! my favorite was the Thai tea with boba Definitely come back and recommend to my friends. read more

I recently visited this pho spot, and overall, it was a great experience! The food was delicious - the pho had rich, flavorful broth and fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly, and the food came out super quickly, which I really appreciated. My only downside was the parking situation, which can be a bit tricky. Be prepared to hunt for parking. But other than that, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone craving a solid bowl of pho! 4/5. read more

An excellent chain establishment for Pho. I'm glad that they opened up one closer to UC Riverside to location is more convenient for me personally. The Pho is always great, the meat (especially steaks) are very tender, and the spring rolls are delicious. The only reason I take down one star would be due to sometimes slow service so if you're ever in rush this may not be the place to go at the time but definitely worth a try. read more

I love coming to Pho Ha #7 because their pho is consistently delicious! Not to mention that this most recent time that I went, I had Vu as my server, and he was so sweet and helpful! He was always quick to help us whenever we needed service. Definitely my favorite server. In terms of the food, you can never go wrong with the spring rolls! If I could give them a zero star I would rate them a zero for the male Cashier who is working on the weekend. He seems to be having a major attitude or mood problem. Was told there is outside dining but he tells my group there is only take out and I said why you have seats and chairs outside. He yells at me to no go away. Favorite Vietnamese restaurant, i've been here several times and never disappointed. Sometimes when the restaurant is busy it takes a bit long for the food to come but it's understandable. Amazing food and good customer service. I recommend #25, #39 amd #28 if you like rice and #1 if you like pho. Definitely will come back . read more

I love coming here when it's cloudy outside and the tempatures are a little cooler than normal. When I came I was immediately greeted by Vu and he took care of my party right away. Vu was extremely helpful and even gave one of my friends a recommendation. He constantly checked up on us and made sure everything was up to par! read more

I love this pho place!! The food is so good and fresh and the portions are huuuuge. The service is seriously so great too. Called to get a take out order be picked up. The guy taking the order cannot hear very well voice he told me cannot take order over phone. Must come in. I still can not recommend this place anymore. This is my to go, especially in on chillier evening. Their soup have great favor. My partner was treated horribly by this place because she has a service dog. And she was asked to leave. I would never set foot in this place again. And you would think with businesses hurting the way they are due to COVID they would've grateful for any customers. Unbelievable! read more

My boyfriend and I love this restaurant. Their food is so delicious. The service is great and they are quick to get you what you need. Remember though, this type of food takes longer to cook than fast food, so don't expect your food in less than 5 minutes after ordering. read more
