The food is mediocre, not bad but not great. We ordered takeout once before dinging in and I feel like the portions are bigger with takeout than when you dine in. What really got me was that they have a "bar menu" with a few specialty drinks but when I tried to order one the waitress said they were "out" so I tried a asking for a different one, also "out." Pho house is fairly new and we were so excited for a pho restaurant so close. The decor was very nice, flat screens in every section and nice lighting through out the restaurant. For a friday night it was quite crowded. We were seated promptly, but it took a couple of minutes for our drink orders to be taken and even longer for our food orders to be taken. We had ordered two appetizers, eggrolls and traditional spring rolls, but only the spring rolls came out and the eggrolls were forgotten until we reminded the server and then they arrived after our meal was half complete. Our meal itself was okay, the children's beef fried rice was very bland, as if the beef was not at all marinated. The combination pad thai was good due to the perfectly cooked shrimp although the beef was still very bland. The combination pho (dac biet ) was good, although our server did forget to bring out the vegetables until we requested them. Overall I'd give the food a 3 and a half stars but the service made me bump it to two stars. read more

I thought I would give this place try. Service was great. Clean. Nice atmosphere. I had the pho round steak. *raw meat. The pho was flavorless and my steak was already cooked. The food is not as described on the menu and the sweet and sour sauce for the egg rolls is water with carrot shavings at the bottom. After picking up my To Go order, I realized the N3 Crispy Egg Noodle Stir Fry did not include all the vegetables listed, specifically the baby corn, and it was way watered down and soupy like Pho Noodle Soup. When I called to confirm my order, the guy read exactly off the menu as described and when I told him I didn't receive the baby corn he said he would check with the chef and hung up. The lady got mad because I let her know I was missing meatballs in my combination pho and told me I didn't order that. Definitely way closer to 4 star than 3 star. 26Dec2020. The fresh spring rolls with shrimp only were just ok. We asked for fish sauce (nuoc mam) instead of peanut sauce but peanut sauce came anyway. The rolls had only 3 half shrimps, rice, iceberg lettuce, and wrapped in rice paper. No mint or cilantro or anything to spice them up a bit. Not wrapped tight. Kind of small. The pork chop rice plate was good, but the 'vegetables' were shredded iceberg, a few shreds of fresh carrot, two thin tomato slices, and two thin slices of fresh cucumber. I prefer and usually see pickled cabbage and pickled carrots and other pickled veggies. The single pork chop was substantial and well marinated and cooked. The added fried egg was good. The white rice was white rice. The shrimp vermicelli was good, after it was corrected from the beef that was delivered. The banh mi (sandwich) with tofu was quite good; it was a bit on the small side as it could have used more stuff inside. I would return. It was nice inside with exposed wood beams. We have come here a couple times now and gotten take out twice. We were surprised at the food quality! All the chicken in the dishes is white meat, lean and tender. The pho chicken soup is delicious and comes with fresh lime, basil, and bean sprouts. We haven't tried the sushi yet but everything we have tried has been superb. Just stopped by here first time and placed an order to go. It is cold outside and a nice bowl of pho sounded really good. As others have mentioned, the decor is nice. Parking is minimal so I was glad there was only one patron inside. And perhaps this is the reason why the rest of my review differs from others. The pho was good and the portions were adequate. I like extra hoisin and sriracha, one goes into the soup and the other for dipping the meat in. Maybe this is why my palate enjoyed it more than the others, but in any case, it is something I will order from them again. The spring rolls on the other hand were just ok, but still edible, they didn't fall apart as the other patron noted, the wrapper just seemed a bit dry like maybe it hadn't been soaked long enough or something. Also, it's hard to find it in restaurants here, but I prefer the rolls to have fresh mint leaves inside, adds another dimension of flavor to them. I'm so glad this place is in White Settlement, which is convenient for me and the VN restaurants on Camp Bowie or at Ridgmar were not any better than I had tonight. read more

White Settlement restaurant , one of the newest restaurants and certainly newest Pho place in the last year or more. After visiting 4 Pho places not including Pho Noodle n Grill, this is my favorite. Why? Well the Pho isn't only better tasting but it's the largest portion. They really fill up your bowl and don't skimp on the noodles. The Spring Rolls are a healthy snack size too and filled with veggies. I also have tried it twice just to be sure and I had some appetizers including salmon sushi which was great quality. The shrimp tempura were small and basically shrimp bites not like a long breaded shrimp as I prefer. Wife had some noodles which she said was very nice. Very good service but it can get loud. I don't recall music just a group being loud in the middle of the dining room, noise carries well. read more

I am a big fan of this restaurant. I work near this restaurant 3 days weekly and I come here for food every time I work near here. It has been my one of best pho restaurant in Fort Worth until recently. I love the staffs and taste of the pho. Recently they replaced limes with lemons. I thought it was just one time kind of thing when you run out of ingredients but it wasn't. I asked them why they don't serve limes that make the broth very flavorful. They said they don't know but it was the owner's decision. They sounds like they will keep serve lemon only. Sadly I think today is my last day to come this restaurant unless they serve limes again. The lemon for a pho broth?!?!? It's almost insulting to me. :) It changed the taste of the whole dishes. Please let me know if the owner change his decision to use cheap lemon instead of limes. I went to this location yesterday for dinner and although the restaurant decor looked nice and inviting the owner should really spend more time training her staff. The employees did not know which beer was in stock and after I had to personally confirm with the owner about what they actually had the beer was delivered to the table unopened and without a bottle opener. After waiting to get a servers attention I finally was able to ask for an opener and when one came they set it on the table and walked off. Is this how a waiter works for a tip? The service really declined from there as we were asked to wait 20 minutes for our check without the food being cleared off the table. Went in on a Saturday night and we were the only ones in the restaurant for most of the meal. We ordered egg rolls as an appetizer. Came with two cut in half with a dipping sauce. They where very dense and almost seemed the insides were made of ground beef. Not a fan favorite for our family. We ordered meatball noodle soup for the littles and combination noodle soups for my husband and I. The fixings were as usual for pho and the pho wasn't too salty. Great flavors all around.
