Horrible place, I will never come back, the man in the front desk was really rude, was rude about him getting my order wrong, horrible customer service, he over charged me and didn't give me a refund, I had ordered eggs rolls instead charged me for spring rolls, again, horrible customer service and again he was extremely rude, if I could give him 0 stars I would but 1 star is the lowest, will never come back to this place. My favorite local place for Pho! I always get the C1 Small, which is Chicken Pho and don't let the size description fool you; it's a big serving! For appetizer I recommend the Grilled Pork Spring Roll. If you're a fan of sushi you must fry the Roll 4! The service here is as good as it gets. The staff take the time to get to know you always remember you when you return. The location is always clean and inviting. The price is good. Definitely worth a try! read more

I come here all the time and I have NEVER been treated the way I was treated today. It's was just me and my friend in the whole restaurant and I got horrible service. I got seafood curry and couldn't even eat it because they put so much noodle it soaked up all the broth. The reason I wanted it is because I'm sick and I wanted the broth. So I asked for more and she tried to change me for a mistake YALL MADE? And I still have to pay for it? And then I ordered and to go order and didn't get the sauce that I asked for or the sauce that comes with the bowl. I received my spring rolls before I even got my drink. This is ridiculous and I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. I will not be come back. read more

I really want to give them a good review. I love pho and the fact they are closer to me makes this place a no brainer. However, I went with my hubby for lunch and he ordered pork fried rice. They brought out shrimp fried rice. No biggie- we'll just tell them and get the right one, right? Nope! They had both servers at our table arguing with us in bad English on wether we ordered the shrimp or not. Finally gave up and gave the shrimp dish to the two year old and her dish to hubby. (They don't have a kids menu so she had an adult dish and hubby doesn't do 'cockroaches of the sea') Then when we go to pay it was 'pork fried rice' written on the receipt! I ordered the chicken pho soup & taro milk tea.. & my boyfriend ordered the chicken fried rice. My chicken was juicy (not dry at all, thank God) and cooked to perfection, and the soup was just amazing! He said his chicken fried rice tasted healthy, but also good. Usually when we want great pho we have to travel all the way to Belknap to get it, so I was very excited to find Pho House here on the west side of Fort Worth. We weren't disappointed! We started with 6 (very generous) pieces of tuna sashimi, which were delicious. Then we each ordered a large combination pho. It. Was. Wonderful! The broth was clean, fragrant, and savory with the perfect balance of spices. It was just so, so good. They don't offer some of the traditional meat options like tendon and tripe, but the eye of round, flank steak, and brisket were all tender and delicious. I have no complaints about the service or the atmosphere; both were terrific. The restaurant is well-lit, the booths are comfortable, and the decor is inviting. First time here and over all it was really good. Husband had the pork vermicelli and a Thai tea, son had the chicken lo mein with no veggies, and I had 2 sushi rolls (the Cajun roll and the roll 1.) Our son had an adult meal because he wasn't interested in any of the kids meal offerings. The rolls were good but not very many pieces offered. Husband liked the vermicelli. Unfortunately portions are kind of small and I left still hungry. We will give it another shot but I will def order something else. read more

We were so excited to see this restaurant being built out and, after months of waiting, it's finally open and we've had our first visit. They wisely have multiple beef pho options. I always go with the eye round and it didn't disappoint here. I always get my meat on the side and some Vietnamese restaurants bring it to the table still almost frozen and it is often very thin. That's not the case here. The meat was thicker than most places and it didn't apprar half thawed out. My wife got the pork bahn mi and liked it. Took my mom & granddaughter. We've been here before. The language barrier was horrible today. We were seated & they bring silverware to the table for 2! Order 2 tea's & water. We got our food before got drinks, then we were told they had to make more tea. I ask for another set of silverware....had to ask 4 times! Finally get tea & silverware. I overhear the conversation between the server & another customer, he was charged $5 for fried rice, when he ordered brown! I was so happy to see a pho restaurant being built closer to home, and it's exactly what I hoped for. Their sushi, rice bowls, and of course the pho are all fantastic. Their boba teas are also a nice end to the meal. I'm only giving 4 stars because every time we go, we tend to get "forgotten" by the waitstaff and have to wait forever for the check or an appetizer doesn't get brought out until halfway through the entrees. Pho House just opened. The good part of the restaurant is the interior is very nice. A lot of wood and brick. The bar area has some nice HD TVs. Unfortunately that is the only good part. Ordered spring rolls (A2) with pork and shrimp. These were just okay. Too much lettuce for my liking, and they fell apart as we ate them. My wife and I ordered Pho with beef (P1). She got the small bowl and I got the large bowl. Other than the size of the bowl the main difference appeared to be the amount of soup broth. The noodles were slightly under cooked, and the quantity of beef and noodles was minimal in both bowls. The vegetables would have been sufficient for a single bowl at any other Vietnamese Pho restaurant. When we were ready to leave my 105 pound wife said it was a snack not a meal! If this had opened in Fort Worth 25 years ago it may have been acceptable, but with so many good Pho restaurants in west Fort Worth I will not be returning. Stuck together in huge globs of flavorless noodles, the chicken is just boiled chicken on top, rubbery and lifeless. Im so done with pho house on clifford st. In fort worth every time we go they get somthing wrong but tonight was the worst its ever been. The girls ordered chicken fried rice it was just fine. james ordered curry it was just fine. i ordered the General Tao's chicken that is not what i got. Whatever i got was fried over cooked something and it tasted like crap and when i sent it back i was then told that the kitchen was closed and that they wouldnt remake my food but i could still have the fried over cooked crap they call food. This place has excellent, steaming hot and fresh food. The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is nice. The server that we had was extremely kind and helpful. They checked on our drink refills multiple times. My only complaint was that everyone's food came out at different times. It wasn't a huge deal to us because our plates came out extremely hot and fresh, but as a previous server I know that many people get upset when their food comes out at separate times. I would think the restaurant could perfect their timing while maintaining the quality of their food. read more

Went there for the sushi. The sushi itself was mediocre. Not bad but also not great. However one of the rolls we ordered (Roll 3) was supposed to have crunchy tempura but none was present on the roll we received. We asked the wait staff and the sushi chef came to our table to explain that he made the sushi and the menu was wrong. He stood there for 2 minutes explaining that the sushi he was making was not the same as what was described on the menu! When the bill came...we were charged more than menu price for one of the sushi rolls. You may have guessed it...yep! We were informed the menu was also wrong on the prices for multiple menu items. So if you want to dine at a place that will cook you whatever they feel like and charge you whatever they like as well, this is your place!!! read more
