Solid pho. Broth hot and flavorful . Meat tender and plentiful. Noodles slightly overcooked so it fell apart as i was eating which was disappointing. The french fries were yummy. The bo luc lac was good but the garlic noodles werent that great- tasted super oily n barely any garlic flavor. Lots of parking takes cc.

We tried the short rib, pho tai, and fries. The noodles and veggies were fresh and soup wasn't watered down! The short rib was a bit tough and not easily off the bone. Would recommend to just stick with the normal steak, which was perfectly cooked. Fries were good, can't go wrong with that. The server was quick and attentive, although we were the only customers at that time. Felt clean and the atmosphere was comfortable:)

One of my favorite pho spots! Parking can be difficult since the parking lot is pretty small Inside was pretty small with limited seating Service was friendly, welcoming, and attentive Pricing was reasonable ($14-$20+) Most of their pho come with WAGYU and come in 3 different sizes (S - $13.99, M - $17, and L - $21) The Kuroshi Combo came with Wagyu rare steak, brisket, rib cube, and meatball with the option of wide or regular noodles. The steak and brisket were so tender and good quality! The broth was super flavorful and very delicious! Got a M and it came in a pretty big bowl with plenty of meat and noodles! Definitely one of the best pho I've had! This was 10/10. Would definitely recommend and return

Wagyu Rare Stake

Pho was good. Service was OK. $18 for Small rare stake pho was a bit pricey. Maybe because it says Wagyu, but meats were already been dumped in a pho so it was already boiled and I didn't taste like wagyu.

Wanted to try out a new pho spot and stumbled upon here. Kuroushi Combo (3.5/4) - you choice of thin or fresh wide rice noodles with wagyu rare steak, brisket, rib cube, & meatballs. Meat is tender and high quality. However, pho broth is on the sweeter side. Prices are as follows: $13.99 Small / $18 Medium / $21 Large Yukari Fries (3/5) - fries with Japanese Shiso seasoning. The seasoning was so light that it just tasted like regular fries to me. Nothing special. Then again, not sure why I decided to get fries at a pho spot... Ambiance is nicer than your typical mom & pop pho spot. Quick service.

Solid beef that's wagyu. Big bowls. Got the $25 special with rib. The rib was huge and meaty! That was a delight. Also the $11 wings were pretty on point and crispy. Some wings were heavy batter but the chicken was insanely good. Clean venue with cool decor on the top. Authentic and delicious. Would come back. Very reasonable prices.

Wagyu beef ribs, comes with 2 in the large order.

Food was very fresh and flavorful. The service was good and friendly. Very relaxed place with a small family owned ambiance. I would definitely recommend others to try it!

Kuroushi House Special Ox Tail

Food was pretty good, although the broth kinda lacks flavor but additional fish sauce on the table can make up for it. The house special has a lot of meat and so does the oxtail, favorite is the oxtail and beef cubes, probably brisket, very soft and melts in your mouth. Worth the visit. Menu is on the pricier side for sure

It might have been a fluke but waited about 15 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we ordered right away before the other large group in hopes that our food would come faster. The server worked alone and forgot our drinks. He is friendly though but definitely more help was needed. I noticed the manager and other worker just minding their own business and not helping out. It took 30 min for our dishes to come out. My Bo luc lac with garlic noodles arrived before pho. Pho shouldn't take 30 min! The Bo luc lac is as tasty but the garlic noodles were lackluster. The pho broth was actually tasty too. I would come back again and maybe the service would be better.

I always forget to review pho joints for some reason.. Which is cray since i go to so fukkinnn many. Really surprised this place hadn't been more busy the two times I've been there. Probably since I've been there both times on Tuesday but still. Yo, the broth is killer. Recipes are just on point. Got oxtail this 2nd time and it was insanely tender and flavorful. That concentrated broth that comes along with it is a meannn sipper. This is my gfs favorite pho joint in OC, which is a wild take cus I've taken her to Pho 79. The meat is supposedly all wagyu. I ain't no expert but hard to believe since the prices remain fair but I will say that the meat is FARRRR superior to most pho joint across the southland. Fatty, savory, tender and super scrumptious. All of it. Kudos. Highly recommend. Nice staff too.

A great spot for pho!!! Our group was excited to try out "wagyu" pho for the first time! Now i am not too sure if it is true wagyu but you can really taste the fattiness in the broth and meat slices! All the pieces were tender and barely needed chewing! One thing that stood out to me was the rib cubes in the pho, which Ive never had before. It was nonetheless very tender and quickly became my first bite! The service here is super friendly and told us recommendations and frequently checked up on us. Overall, I am likely to come back- their fries and chicken wings look really good!

1. The meat in the pho were good quality, and overall the pho was comforting delicious! 2. The spot has fun casual vibes with Vietnamese music playing! 3. There are only indoor seatings available! 4. The staff were friendly and timely with my order! 5. Parking lot is medium size, and it can get busy depending on time and day! Note: I did not easily see a restroom available for customers! From the friendly, attentive service to the aesthetic interior to the creative food taste profiles and presentation, everything is chef's kiss! I add tiny apple slices to sandwiches now lol - Spicy miso carbonara - Savory and creamy. I have a low spice tolerance but this was not that spicy for me - Truffle funghi pizza - great for lovers of truffle, mushroom, and arugula - Truffle cheese bread - also a melt in your mouth sensation. 10/10 cheese pull I also tried the summer menu and I loved the mixed beet salad (refreshing) and crab roe spaghetti. During my last visit, I had the spicy miso carbonara. This is probably one of my favorite entrees here! And it's actually not that spicy. They have seasonal salads. This round we had the mixed beet salad. Previously I had a salad with watermelon and another one with persimmon. I remember enjoying both as well. The beef carpaccio was okay. Their drinks are pretty good as well. I've enjoyed most/almost everything I've had at this place. I've come back plenty of times and I definitely recommend coming to try this place!

Here is what we tried: * Lemongrass Beer (7/10): Very refreshing! * Coconut Ube Beer (9/10): Incredible. I've never tasted umami in a beer before! * Shrimp Garlic Noodles (8.5/10): Creamy, garlicky, savory, and salty with shrimp grilled to perfection. * Banh Mi Chao (8/10): A pleasant surprise that brought back sweet memories of breakfast in Vietnam--packed with flavor. Service (10/10): Asia was prompt, attentive, and professional. Zero complaints! Overall: 9/10 | Highly recommended, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

We ordered the lomo saltado shaken fries and the calamari. The lomo saltado was definitely the highlight! the meat was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The fries had the perfect texture: crispy on the outside and not soggy at all. The sauce tied everything together perfectly, with a great balance of savory and sweet flavors without being overpowering. The calamari was also well-executed. It was crispy, tender, and didn't have any fishy taste, which I really appreciated. Another plus is that the portions here are huge, making it great for sharing with family and friends. There's plenty of seating, and the lively atmosphere makes this a perfect spot for a casual meal, family gathering, or a night out with friends. The banana flavor was a little too strong for me. My bf said the Taro Milk Tea was refreshing and def can taste the taro flavor. We ordered the garlic chicken wings, garlic noodles, fish balls, filet mignon lomo saltado, and the Crab House Congee. The garlic chicken wings and garlic noodles had a good amount of garlic flavor, if you're a garlic lover, you'll definitely enjoy these. My boyfriend's favorite was the fish balls, which were honestly the prettiest fish balls we've ever seen. The filet mignon in the lomo saltado was tender, and the Crab House Congee was one of the most prettiest presented bowls of congee I've seen, loaded with toppings.
