    Chicken pho
    Lawrence K.

Best chicken pho I've ever had! (Then again, I don't get pho often, so I'm not an expert). But the chicken flavor in the broth is INTENSE, just from the first sip. Normally, I need to drown pho broth in condiments and Sriracha, but this was so perfect it didn't need any of that. The chicken portions are also sizeable--I estimate about 35/40 grams protein. So I appreciate that. I'll definitely be back--excited to try out the rest of their menu.

Lots of things to order and specials

Vietnamese cafe/ restaurant that feels family owned and operated and is located in a busy area of Westminster (Little Saigon). This spot is open on the later side and has a pretty extensive menu. I was in the area in about to head home, but also a little hungry. Saw that this place was open. I wanted something warm and comforting so I got the pho ga or chicken pho. While I was waiting for my food, I was looking at a bunch of other items they had on the menu and specials. Definitely would love to come back to try more items. The third self hit the spot. It was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. It came with your normal accoutrements and a dipping sauce for the chicken. The folks here were very kind too. It felt like I was going to a family friend's house and having a meal. Parking on the late side was easy to find, but I think this area might get really busy during the day

I've always seen this spot but never tried it since it's just hidden in a corner. I got the pho ga and com tam and it was really good !

Uhmmmmm never coming back... came here around 9:50pm and it was pretty crowded. We were not seated for at least 10 mins even though there's plenty of opened table. The servers didn't even acknowledge us. Once seated, we waited 5 mins and still received no service- I had to get up and get my own menu. After looking through the menu, I asked the server if we could place the order and he said no and told us we have to wait another 5 mins. Once we finally placed our order, the food comes out about 10 mins later but they made some mistakes - we didn't say anything though. Then comes time to pay, the server told us to go up to the register to pay, which is fine. We asked for a To-go box and he said not now, wait 5 mins..... uhhh what? Honestly I'm not a picky eater but I would give the food 3/10. Service is definitely a 0/10. Visit at your own risk.

    garlic wings - happy hour

OG Pho Place - I haven't been for years, but found out that they have a Happy Hour. We got two bowls of pho, bun cha Ha Noi sliders, chicken wings and got a free coffee because our total was over $30. All that food was about $35 total. The Pho for happy hour even though really cheap, they didn't skimp out on giving you a decent portion. The bun cha Ha Noi sliders were interesting, but I'd skip. The fish sauce wings had good sauce, but the wings were the processed kind with breading. Service was nice, the cashier gave me a free coffee when I paid. I didn't even know there was a promo. Appreciate how they are incorporating a happy hour menu and I felt like the price point matched the quality of food we received.

Fantastic pho (maybe other items too but I go here for pho). I also love their complimentary black bean dessert. Service is also pretty good. Parking can be a pain in this busy plaza so it may take a moment.

Pho ap chao, cha ca thang long

This spot is my family's go to for authentic Vietnamese food. They have a lot of Northern Vietnamese dishes that replicate the taste of home. Don't expect anything above and beyond or crazy for service. Go for the food. Their pho is solid, but I highly highly highly recommend their other dishes. The Pho Ap Chao is an absolute must for my family, and with the new introduction of the cha ca, my family has been getting that every time as well as a bowl of pho. Their bo luc lac is solid and their fried rice is alright. Chicken wings are solid here too. I usually never have to wait to get a seat here even with a party of 8. Give this spot a try especially if you want a taste of unique Viet food!

I've just had a great bowl of Pho, I left no crumb (jk) it was too full, I was kind of full so I put some togo. I think the restaurant should get more recognition, period.

Old restaurant , nice & fast service here, long time many years coming back for dinner this time. The food was good here.

This place is nice, first time I went and ordered pho, it came with a generous amount of meat and noodles. It was very good, Thai tea is amazing and the environment is nice. Its spacious, very friendly staff and great prices, would reccomend!

ORDERS: - BÁNH BỘT CHIÊN - GÀ CHIÊN NƯỚC NẮM - BÒ NÉ - PHỞ ÁP CHẢO BÒ GÀ - Dau Xanh Rau Ma - Sea Cream Thai Tea Everything was flavored and seasoned well. The banh bot Chien was a classic fried flour dish that pairs well with egg. The fish sauce fried chicken wings were yummy, buttery, and crispy. The pho ap chao is the OG. The pho was crispy and saucy. The Bo ne was ok but the steak was a different type of steak that was very chewy. Their drinks were very good! I was quite impressed because they are a restaurant so I didn't expect them to be specialized in this drinks. Service quick. Staff friendly.

The ajummas are really nice here and made sure we had everything we needed to dine in. The restaurant got more crowded and busy as we got closer to 6-7pm for dinner rush. Bossam - 5/5, really nice texture and thick cuts! Lots of umami and savory flavors. The pork belly was tender and they had all the sides for the wrap including the lightly picked Napa cabbage, garlic, jalapeños, kimchi radish, fermented shrimp, and ssamjang. Also more veggies including carrots and cucumber.

I barely had to touch them before the meat was basically falling off the bone. The broth had a deep, comforting flavor without being overly salty (which is a blessing to enjoy the flavor). We also ordered the pork cutlet on the side, and honestly, the portion was massive for like a quick lunch. Crispy, filling, and definitely enough to take leftovers home! The banchan was simple but solid too, especially the big slices of cucumber and daikon, along with pieces of pancake on the side. The atmosphere is very down-to-earth with Korean signage and an artsy wall, no fancy décor or over-the-top presentation. Service is straightforward and efficient. You're not here to be pampered. You're here for hot, delicious comfort food done right.

The meal starts with what feels like an endless lineup of little side dishes, a fried fish, rice in a scorching hot stone bowl, and then the bubbling tofu soup (medium spice for me) arrives like it's angry at the table. I ordered the bulgogi combo (C2) and everything was flavorful, comforting, and honestly just fun to eat. OK maybe a few too many onions for me. The stone pot rice situation was an adventure on its own. They ask you if you want them to pour hot water into the bowl to loosen the crispy rice stuck to the sides. I tried it. Felt very authentic. Still not fully convinced my rookie self handled it correctly, but we survived. What I liked most was the atmosphere and adventure. You can tell this place has a loyal following and there's a reason Yelp absolutely loves it. It feels authentic without being intimidating, and the portions are no joke. I took home enough leftovers for round two the next day. If you've only done Korean BBQ before, this is a completely different experience and definitely worth trying. Bring friends, come hungry, and don't be afraid to look a little confused your first time. Apparently that's part of the experience. Easy 5 stars for me. P. S. Quick shout out to the wait staff they are super attentive, smiling, and helpful. Maybe they could sense my menu awkwardness

Service chill, can pay at register in the front, like typical viet restaraunt where they kinda leave you to it. The Grandpa's noodles was good (a dryer noodle), great portion, meat was tender, the radish cube looking things was crispy bits of pork skin. The menu is unique here and mostly in vietnamese. I think I had wished for some sauce to go with the noodles (but I understand its mostly with the soup on the side), good tightness of the meatballs :D... They have the classic condiments on the side, the pickled garlic isn't very crunchy and kind of on the sweet side, the pickled chili does have that slight acidic kick that works well. I modified my noodle to egg for a dollar. The soup was good, on the more umami soy/beef side than clear. The wontons were abundant too, instead of a chili oil the sauce is more like a tangy sweet chili vinegrette thing. I showed him & everything & he was apologetic & asked what they could do to fix the situation. So I asked for a refund. And the other cashier said in Vietnamese something about me, like "Con nhỏ này" & I thought maybe he's talking about something else-but then when he gave me the receipt of my refund, he said "and I don't want you to be a customer here anymore." I was very appalled and I stood there wondering if he really just said that to me after I had an experience. I asked him why he didn't want me to be a customer anymore. And he turns to a customer to ring them out, ignoring me. So I waited til he was done with that transaction & repeated my question. He flat out said "because you're annoying." WOW. That's just so rude. And unfortunate bc I thought the food was really good & wanted to come back for the clam & the sweet corn milk.
