Went here based on other Yelp reviews. So glad I did! Tried their Chicken Pad Woon Sen and it did not disappoint. The noodles in the dish had a fresh flavor and did NOT have that greasy pan flavor that some other places have. Plus you could tell the veggies were fresh. The broccoli florets were crisp and delicious. I will definitely be back to try their Pho! And like everyone said - it's in a small little shopping strip so blink & you'll miss it! Went here for some pho for lunch. Prices were very reasonable on everything on the menu. I ordered steak pho and some fried spring rolls. The spring rolls looked good and the initial bite had a great crunch but the inside of them had a weird consistency that I didn't like. They tasted ok though. The pho was a good size and had a good amount of meat. But unfortunately they use a spice in their broth that I really don't like. It's like a cinnamon type of taste. I'm not a fan of that type of broth and although it can be common at some places it's not for me. Other than that the service was ok. Sawadee, Pho La! This place is fairly delicious. It's in a really weird strip shopping center on the northeast side of town. I wouldn't really call their dishes authentic or inspired. They have a long menu of different types of pho and noodle dishes. I got the Pad Thai. It was not the best- lacked all the toppings that make the dish. It was sort of a stripped down version of the famous Thai dish. My dining companions got pho- which came in a huge bowl with a plate of fresh fixin's. They seemed to enjoy their dinners. The interior of the place looked fairly clean. There was no ambiance or charm to this place in a strip center. It lacks artwork, and the theme seems to center around the television that the bored waitstaff watches between refilling beverages. read more

The broccoli beef was very good and the veggies were not over cook and still have the crunch to it. Combination lo mein ...the boys wanted noodles. They loved this dish. One got excited to see shrimp and the other like the chicken. Yet they finish about half the platter of goodness. All in all we would definitely come back. The waiter is nice and the lady is super sweet. I didn't catch their names. I got the chance to talk to her and she is a Schertz local. Ordered some lunch as takeout and we weren't disappointed, even better than the last time we were able to eat in the restaurant. I ordered the chicken vegetable with fried rice; the sauce was delicious with many fresh vegetable and soft chicken. My husband ordered the shrimp pho and substituted extra for egg noodles, he said it was delicious with good broth. My mother ordered the shrimp pad wun sen since she likes thinner noodles. She said she loved how they cooked the shrimp a little bit fried, enjoyed her plate. We will continue to try more dishes! read more

Randomly did a cold walk-in, never been here. I got the pad Thai and that was amazing. It was a really good portion size. The chicken was cooked good, peanuts on the side if I wanted it and the flavor wasn't overwhelming either. My wife got the broccoli and beef and she said it was good as well. I'll give this place a solid 3 stars as the pho was on point for the flavor. However, portions are somewhat small and this was the first time I've ever left a pho restaurant still hungry.
