They got two of our orders wrong, we asked for well done filet mignons and got raw and on top of getting the order wrong, they forgot to give us one of the soups we ordered. We also love the wings, their noodles, egg rolls, and always get chicken fried rice. Everything we have ever ordered has been so delicious and authentic. The restaurant is your classic small and humble establishment that likely does a lot more take out than dine in--think simple tables and standard fluorescent lighting. It was our first time trying it out so we dined in and was great. The service was good and fast (note your pay at the cash register at the end). Ok. Finally decided to try this spot. Had my eye on 3 things: Veg Bahn Mi, veg spring rolls, and crispy tofu, all vegan options. The veg rolls were fresh and tasty. But there was something in them that wasn't tasty to me. Not sure what it was because dissecting it would ruin it. I ate one of them before I just couldn't. The peanut sauce that came with it is very tasty. The crispy tofu is sliced really thin and seasoned with salt and something a bit sweet. Unless you eat them in the restaurant, they aren't very crispy by the time you get home because they are freshly fried. So vent the container when you get in the car. Also, eat one as soon as you get in the car! You won't regret it! Otherwise, this was my favorite. It had a nice sweet, salty taste. The sweet sauce was great too. It comes topped with a little bit of cooked onions, jalapeños, and cilantro. It was very tasty. The only complaint is it there aren't enough pieces for the price. The Bahn mi was ok but disappointing in quantity. It was loaded with fresh picked veggies, but only had two small, thin strips of tofu, same ones as the appetizer I believe. I actually ended up cutting it in half and dumping all the ingredients in one half. It has a nice taste and the bread wasn't too hard. read more

Don't let the small spot next to a gas station scare you off.. the food is actually legit. You really can't mess up shrimp spring rolls so these were delicious and it was the best peanut sauce I've ever had!. My first time at Pho Minh today, the food and experience was excellent. I had the vermicelli noodles with beef and chicken. The beef was very flavorful and tender, the presentation was as good as it gets. My wife had the beef bahn mi sandwich. She said the bread was delicious and crisped to perfection, the meat and veggies were proportioned well. We split the wings also. They were crispy and seasoned to perfection. Great new little Vietnamese place in Spring Valley. Seating is sparse at the moment, but is coming soon. I stopped in after work and ordered a large bowl if bun with BBQ Pork and egg rolls with a glass of their iced green tea for $7 and some change. You order at the counter. The bun was a handsome bowl with all the ingredients strategically placed around the bowl. Everything tasted great, including the savory and tender BBQ grilled pork, but I just wished they put more of it in the bowl. The two egg rolls were terrific and were my favorite park of my meal. They were well fried to a great golden brown and were exceptionally crispy. Their ingredients inside, the ground pork and glass noodles were great. The vermicelli was soft and mild in flavor, so I added a little fish and soy sauce, which did the trick, so I happily slurped them down. A great bowl of bun, but with more pork, it would of been fantastic. By the way, I always love those crushed peanuts and fresh herbs in this dish. The two employees that were working at the time of my visit, were quite nice, and they informed me that they plan to remove the buffet line that the old eatery left behind, to provide more seating inside. One of the better vietnamese restaurants in the area. The orange chicken is one of my favorites from here and just as good as most Chinese restaurants to be honest. Their fried rice is also really good. My only complaint is that both dishes were pricey for what portions they give you, I was charged $26 for the large orange chicken and beef fried rice. The peanut butter sauce was good but I am a little biased. I do love my mom's sauce the best. The egg rolls were not fresh, you could tell they were frozen and deep fried. Lacking a lot of flavor. Wasn't a fan of those. This was my first time having vegetable pho. It said on the menu beef or chicken broth they didn't ask my preference. I got the beef broth. The pho broth was just okay, I was hoping for more flavor. It was a pretty bland broth. The vegetables were okay, mostly cabbage and two pieces of tofu. Overall the pho was okay, I've had much better. BF had their bbq beef and shrimp vermicelli noodles. Very light on the noodles, they use a lot of fillers like bean sprouts. The bbq meat and shrimp were good. Overall it was an okay restaurant, a few things were good. But we came out of convenience and the reviews were good.
